For the "average american" you could take it down in one sitting, but be warned, you'd also be down for a nap afterwards. FLAVOR: The food took about 8-10 minutes from ordering, which I didn't mind --- because it meant the food was cooked to order. I love that at the very top of the fries, they are generous with their chimichurri and *chefs kiss* to the queso fritto added on the top! It was such a nice surprise to the already loaded platter. LOCATION: I know the location is a bit weird, but if you are around Teaneck, check this place out --- even if it's just out of curiosity. As you can see from my photo, not much can be said about this business' "ambiance", but what I can say is: I see a business hustling and just trying their best, and making amazing food! This establishment is a food truck, but the food is truly restaurant quality. My family ordered a variety of entrees and burgers, and every single dish was outstanding. The meat was packed with flavor, and the rice was perfectly cooked. Now the real boss here are their sauces -- absolutely out of this world! I highly recommend this place. He lost his wallet and became extremely upset. He and his aide could not find it and wound up leaving. Fast forward, yesterday evening, I got a call from Juan, an employee at the restaurant. He called to tell me they found my son's wallet. When I stopped by to pick it up, he offered my son 2 complementary cards for an ice cream or cookie. I was so thankful for his kind heart and grateful for his generosity. All the employees at this store were so engaging and friendly. Despite the cultural climate we are in these days, it is nice to experience a wholesome environment.
