The sandwiches are always delish but it's my sisters birthday and this was her lunch. Now I'm late because urgency was optional in an EMPTY deli. Maybe I'd be less pissed off if there was any type of apology or any acknowledgment that they'd messed up, but instead they took their sweet ass time making these sandwiches(literally turkey and provolone and roast beef with provolone and lettuce. I went the Jersey Mike's on Route 17 to pickup lunch during the work week two weeks ago. The storefront is located in the strip mall that's in the same lot as PC Richards. I ordered inside the shop because this was a spur-of-the-moment decision and didn't use the app ahead of time. The guy behind the counter was friendly, took my order patiently as I was deciding what to get (it's been a while since I've been to JMS), and made a really good #13 Original Italian sub on Rosemary Parm for me. They slice everything in front of you and everything was fresh at this shop. I'm trying to bring lunch to work these days, but I would definitely come back here as an alternative lunch option (it's on my Top 5 list for quick lunch options if you're in Paramus). read more

Mozzarella cheese for the subs! because provolone on an Italian sandwich is not enough! Soup ! Especially for a cool, crisp, cold or winter day! "You know soup and sandwich!" Lastly, when someone tells you, they have an allergy to something, please train your staff to keep that ingredient completely away from the making of their sandwich, and take extra extra precaution and wiping the knife that you've use on other sandwiches to now cut their sand with the same knife. Even residue of the ingredient will cause an anaphylactic shock . If someone says they have an allergy, please use all fresh utensils in the making of their food item. read more

6 stars if I could! The bread is crazy fresh, the meats are sliced super thinly, but they hook it up! Sandwich was made correctly and was offered 3 different types of bread, but opted for white bread. Turkey regular sub and ac20 oz soda for free was sent to me during my birthday month, but had no expiration/is valid all year so I thought this was so generous! Never thought I'd do a review of Jersey Mike's but what the hell. Living in the Garden State, I never felt the need to get a sub from a chain restaurant. Proud to say, we have the finest Italian delicacies in the country. Don't get me wrong, when I was a kid I loved Blimpies. It's like ordering Dominos in NJ when we have the best pizza. I don't get it. Anyway, glad I stopped in today. Place was clean and the guy who made my sub was very friendly. As for the sub, more then happy. Huge sub and super fresh. Ham, salami and provolone done up the "Mike Way"! Can't wait to finish it for dinner. Well Done! Only gripe, no American yellow cheese! read more

I really like their sandwiches. Reminds me of Blimpies the way they made a sandwich 20 years ago. Much better than any other chain franchise sandwich store in this area currently. This specific location is a bit of a nightmare at lunch time during the week, the app often indicating 45+ minutes for a one sandwich order. Pleasant staff but simply not enough people for the volume this location gets during the week. Not specific to this location but the franchise in general - their prices are pretty ridiculous. $17+ for a large sandwich?! That is ridiculous no matter how good it is. read more

Nice service, but I told the lady preparing my sandwich exactly what I wanted on my sandwich TWICE. Yet simple instructions were not followed. Very disappointed that I had to keep repeating myself for one simple request. Tried Jersey Mike's on Grubhub for the first time, and I loved my turkey and provolone sub! Ingredients were fresh and tasty, and the sub was beautifully assembled, with the perfect balance of mayo, lettuce, tomato and dressing and just the right amount of turkey and cheese for a delicious meal. Decided to try this shop on their "Donate the Sales" promo day. I couldn't order ahead on the webiste; it was down. I did a walk-in during the busiest part of the day. The staff was more than pleasant; everyone hustling along and the whole process took about 15 minutes (there was a line.) I ordered a Club Sub on the rosemary parmesan bread for myself and a Stickball Special for my husband. As someone said in a previous review, in Jersey, we have a tone of locally owned sandwich shops and chain shops are usually visited by people who are not familiar with the area. Our sandwiches were absolutely delicious! I can't believe they came from a "chain!" Fresh, delicious and all ingredients tasted great and complimented each other very well.
