This is still my favorite Jersey Mike's, '"years after" bacon issue set aside. We went in 11/18/23 a.m. and the three guys greeted us as we opened the outer doors. They were quick, pleasant, sociable. The food was, as expected, perfect. Enjoyed talking with all three young guys. I got my usual and she took a few to decide as always. Kudos to this JM. Wow-this Jersey Mike's location does it right. My kids come here all the time and I joined them tonight and the service and sandwiches were so delicious. The young man who made our subs could not have been more personable, and the subs were perfect. The rosemary bread added so much flavor - loved every bite and will be back. As always, food is consistently good and everybody is friendly. The place is never too busy for special orders too.

Had the very best lunch from here recently once again. Their roast beef was especially yummy. The sandwiches I've tried all are excellent

A good experience with the food and service and the location is clean They have a good selection of subs, which are a step up from Subway. However, it seems similar to Charley's steaks, which I also like, except offering bigger portions. I had the chicken Philly cheese steak and it was pretty well cooked and moist, and surprisingly kept its heat after getting takeout. This is a good option in this plaza that has pizza, sushi and bagels and hopefully it survives! The service was also staffed by two young and competent workers. read more

My sandwich made incorrectly and once I let them know it was quickly remade to my liking.

Clean and quick location. One of the workers even brought my sandwich to me while I sat at the table and waited for it to finish being made. The vegetables and cheeses are all fresh. With Jersey mikes you know the deal, if the products are fresh and the person who makes the sandwich does it well, its great. This location does a good job. read more

A co-worker of mine shared an experience he and his wife had that made me come to this location to experience for myself. His wife is going through cancer treatment nearby and this day all she wanted afterward was Jersey Mike's (understandable). He raved about the amazing customer service and smiles on everyone's face. He said all the workers were really happy and having fun doing their job. He went on and on about the teamwork and how perfect his sandwich order was. They enjoyed their entire customer experience so much that they make it a regular stop every week after treatment. So obviously I had to see for myself and I couldn't agree more. Got to say subs don't really impress me much but these guys got a good thing going to beat the hell out of subway.

Not many delis around anymore. Sandwiches here are straightforward and deli fresh. John, the manager, goes out of his way to accommodate my sandwich particulars (I'm a no meat, lots of cheeses & tons of vegetable toppings kind of woman). Their pickle chips are so crunchy good; wish they sold jars of them. Also, the music at this location is amazeballs, at least every time the manager is there. Also, nice to see a manager jumping in and making sandwiches to help his employees when there is a rush. Space is bright, airy and clean. Bathroom was clean and well lit when I used it. read more

Been to a few Jersey Mikes, but this one was different. Bread was very fresh and the cold cuts were delicious. They also offer catering which I plan on using for my family BBQ. Staff was friendly and very helpful. 5 stars for you Mr. Mike read more

A far as subs go,it's pretty good. They use shredded lettuce here,which I like. And the deli meat seems to be of high quality. Can't complain. I did wish that they put more meat in there though. Minus one star for that. read more

Pretty good! The food is always consistent. I got a tuna sub with honey mustard. Love the oil vinegar blend that they put on top!! It's really tasty. I think it might be nice if they could do heated tuna subs. The tuna was fresh and bread was good too! Better than most delis, but they have zero vegetarian options which kinda sucks! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a meatball marinara sandwich that they have me ice cold. The meatballs were frozen in the center. It wasn't even warm to the touch. Then I asked if they could actually hear the thing. They put it in their oven for 3 mins or so and then gave it back to me insisting that it was warm. I took the sandwich to go and when I got home and bit in it was quickly evident that the bread was the only thing warm. The cheese didn't even begin to melt. Terrible. read more

As a frequent customer 1 word.... INCONSISTENT. $8.75 for a 7" turkey sandwich... always add extra meat so at $11 not happy 1/2 the time with a light sandwich. Complaints went unanswered. Expect this store to be available soon. read more

This is not my first Jersey Mikes review! Since I work in the area and this location just opened I am super excited. Have been there a few times since they opened and it is exactly what the area needs. I have ordered online to pick up my food twice and it has been quick and easy. Get service and food! The staff is very nice and helpful. The place is very clean including the bathrooms. No complaints.
