The whole inside of Rockland Bakery, amazing what a difference they did an excellent job and still business keep on!

Food is amazing, everything is in order. The people are so annoying and the bagels. I can't have it. Oh well, I just had the rolls, but one job well done!! I give them five stars

Yummy!

Seriously I would give this place a 10/10 if I could. My cousin turned me on to Rockland Bakery when she came over for a family gathering at the end of summer...A month or so later on the way back from another gathering her mom and I went and got some pastries, I bought a Tiramisu cake, a Cheesecake, cheese danish and small Cheesecakes for my nieces. All of them were delicious in every way imaginable! Service is good but don't look for smiles. It is like a direct bakery and it gets crowded! Ambiance is factory direct bakery...Nothing special but not filthy. Though they should serve coffee where you get the cakes. This is one of those situations where I do not care about anything except that this place has yummy stuff! When I move back East, this becomes a regular stop!

This is the ultimate bakery for everything. I stop in for bread to take home when I'm in town. Lots of bagels and choices of different types of breads and there's a counter too that sells pastries and cakes. Worth the drive if you're in the area.

Very enjoyable but very overwhelming. It seems like everyone has been there a thousand times, so it can be a little confusing the first time with little assistance. I asked some questions to the people in the bread room but they were not too thrilled about helping. I'm happy to go back, especially after tasting the bread, I'm just saying it's confusing the first time. Prices are incredible ! The bread room is incredible!! The Bread is incredible. I was confused about the deli. I wanted to get a cream cheese bagel but it seems like I had to buy the bagel and cream cheese separately and put it on myself. I get it through, not the place for a single serving bagel with cream cheese. Really enjoyed it, will be back

One word - YUM!!! Just a visitor to this area; purchased a cake to celebrate a birthday while in town visiting family and doing some sight-seeing. Cake very moist, very tasty, very rich! Worth the price! :-)

Best baked goods and bread, very fresh. Open early. Worth the drive. I've recommended it to several friends and we're all happy with it.

We felt the hot dogs were rubbery in texture, and they tasted like they were reheated. The matzoh ball soup was bland. My mother enjoyed her pastrami sandwich. As far as atmosphere goes, the first table we sat at was wobbly. and when we transfered to the other, we found the table and season shakers to be sticky. The greatest disappointment was not the mediocre food, or the sticky table but what we witnessed. An elderly couple was sitting at the other table. The gentleman asked a server, possibly the owner or manager, for a glass of tap water. The response from the server was, "We don't have glasses of water here, but you can buy a bottle and I'll bring your two cups." We found this to be uncourteous and unwelcoming, and we felt a little embarassed for the nice couple. It seems that when a nice couple comes in to patronize your restaurant, and purchase a lunch, a little water would not be an unreasonable request. Any restaurant that treats elderly people this way will not receive my future business.

I don't even live in the area, but every time I'm in town, it's the first stop on my list. Kathy's bagels are next level: airy, light, and bursting with flavor. What truly blows me away is how fresh they stay, even if you freeze them and reheat later, they still taste like they just came out of the oven! And if you don't freeze them? No worries, because they don't get stale! My go-to bagels are the plain, jalapeño cheddar, onion, and garlic. but let me put you on to the real star: the French toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I know it sounds like a strange combo, but trust me, it's divine. I even gave it a name.. Carri's Strawberry Delight because it deserves that kind of love. I promise you, once you try it, you'll be hooked too! Beyond the incredible bagels, the entire vibe of Kathy's is warm and welcoming. Kathy herself is the sweetest soul genuine, friendly, and always making customers feel like family. The staff is just as amazing: attentive, upbeat, and kind. Plus, they cater to everyone with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, and the shop is filled with beautiful natural light that makes you want to stay a while. My only complaint? I wish Kathy's was in Manhattan so I could go every day! If you haven't been to Kathy's Bagels yet, don't walk RUN! I have been ordering since they moved over to the Nanuet NY location and have been a regular since. They strive for consistency and have achieved just that. I would recommend trying the jalapeño cheddar bagel, plain, onion, garlic and French toast bagel!! It's definitely one of those places you gotta get to early to get first pick. The service is amazing and every employee is so sweet. I have never received a wrong order or missing ingredients. The atmosphere is like a traditional deli with a few tables inside and outside on nice days. Very clean and tidy. Lastly not only are the bagels fresh in store but if you buy them in bulk, wrap them up and freeze them, they reheat beautifully in the oven! 1000% would recommend.
