Dear Jersey Mike's, Cheese is not vegan As you can see, my sandwich doesn't look anything like in the picture, but it was still pretty good. They don't have any vegan options and it was saddened me that the staff thinks vegans eat cheese. I wasted a cheat meal on this sandwich. My dad had and Italian sub and my mom had a turkey sub. They were both happy with their sandwiches. The "restaurant" was clean. The staff was friendly and quick. Jersey mikes has a great selection of drinks, chips and sandwiches. I think everything is pretty good, but nothing is exceptional, it is a fast food chain after all. The prices are reasonable. You can customize your sandwich. They are currently only doing pickup or take out. read more

Came here opening night. I ordered on the app, which worked flawlessly. Drove to the store 10 min later, walked in and scooped my bag off the counter. Everything worked perfectly and I was in and out in 10 seconds. Food was just as you'd expect from any other Jersey Mike's. Its always awesome. Definitely one of the best, if not the best, "chain" type sandwich shops. My 10 seconds inside I could tell the place was beautiful and clean. They had a lot of employees all husting to fulfill orders, it looked great. Awesome addition to town, I will absolutely be a customer! read more

Friendly and fast service. Cold cuts are sliced at the time of order, all the add on's for Mike's way are fresh. The cutting board is cleaned after every sandwich. They are busy but very amicable with every customer that went in. read more

New to the town and decided to stop in for a quick bite. The worker on the line, Steve was very friendly and welcoming. He made us feel at home to the store and made sure we were taken care of. The food he prepared for us was great. Turns out as we're leaving, Steve is the manager of the store. My sandwich a number 3 was made with 3 slices of ham and 3 slices of cheese was mostly lettuce and bread plus the place isn't kept clean.......rolls thrown on the counter out in the open and workers were not friendly...... First and last time I'll go to this location! read more

I want to thank Jersey mikes sandwiches in Clifton nj The manager Ray there was so sweet and helpful to me and my young daughters. I highly recommend this place. We order through door dash and the driver never showed up and to add insult to injury he delivered it to a totally different address and tried to say we had the food already. I sent him my address telling him he gave my food to the wrong place. He said he would bring another in which we never heard from him again. We called Jersey Mikes manager in clifton explaining what Door Dash driver did. she was so supportive, sympathetic and understanding. She made up another order for me and told us to come pick it up. They even wrote on each sandwich bag sorry for the inconvenience even though they had nothing to do with this screw up but felt they have to make it right for their customers. Good but not consistent IMO. Other locations are always great this one is more hit or miss.

I would avoid this location at all costs. They mess up your order and then are rude when questioned. The employee's are totally unaware of what they are doing. Maybe lack of training maybe lack of supervision I don't know and don't care at this point. I only know I will not go there again nor any other of the jersey mikes sub shops. August 6th, four young teens fooling around behind the counter. The young lady was cleaning the meat slicer and counter with the same rag. She takes my order and starts to make my sandwich without changing her gloves. Yes, she begin to make my sandwich with gloves she was using to clean. read more

The chicken in the sub that i ordered was definitely not fresh. It was hard and dry. When i also asked the cashier about using my rewards, they had no idea how to work it. They said they'd give me reward points via email and i never received anything. Horrible experience at this location particularly. read more

We've ordered from here 4 times since they opened! So easy to order on the app and we've taken advantage of the discounts offered. Everything is fresh and the hot sandwiches are hot!
