The worst service I'm getting at Wendy's. I was attended by an African-American man. First when I was taking the order he took it with attitude and raising his voice. Second when he gave me my order I asked for two biggie deals and I always check the bag but this time I didn't check it because I just wanted to leave because of the ugly treatment he was giving me, he only made a single biggie deal. Also when it came time to pay I put myself in the first window because that's where you always pay, he was in the second and I didn't realize and instead of approaching and telling me that it's in the other window he hit the outside wall hard so that it sounded and I realized that it's in the second window. I don't eat fast food. But my young "guest" insisted on it. We went at lunchtime but no line , YET. I ordered a plain burger, nothing on it, fries and a drink. I received a cheeseburger with ketchup. I returned it and said, "I ordered a plain burger, nothing on it, please." No verbal response, just an annoyed look. Next I got a cheeseburger sans ketchup. So I returned it and again asked for a PLAIN BURGER, nothing on it, no cheese, no ketchup, no pickle, NADA. That became the talk of the workers (in Spanish which I understand completely) and included the large Latina at the register. The gal took the burger, chucked it forcefully into the garbage and told the cook what I wanted. Now I have six people staring at me, yakking in Spanish and the line is now out the door. So I responded with a loud "que paso, pendejas? Yo entiendo todos" to a zoo of confused looks. The line of people waiting beefing to clap and some walked out. Wendy's sucks. Have been placing mobile orders for pickup lately. My order has been ready and prepared as requested. Nice not to have to wait for my food. Usually a freebie or discount available for mobile orders. Free medium fry this time! Really nothing to complain about, hence the 4 star review! Crummy service and experiences. So last Sunday was my first time at this Wendy's. We went to the first window thinking that's where we paid. We waited and no one came to get our payment. We went to window 2 to pay and get our items, and a staff came to the window upset at us and telling us how we needed to pay at window 1. Um, we waited and no one was there. Today, we decided to give it one more try, and boy, we are not coming back to this one. At window 1, there was a staff member there but didnt tell us anything. We were waiting to give him our payment, but he kept staring at his screen for something to happen. Another staff member entered his work station, horsing around. They eventually confirm our order and we go to window 2. By the time we get home, we open our orders and they got our items wrong. Why confirm if you will provide us with the wrong items. This Wendy's is right off the highway and it comes up quick so being the lookout. The staff is friendly but they are a little slow with orders so be prepared to potentially wait. The Wendy's is nice on the inside and out- well taken care of from when I was there. The food was good and the fries were hot and crispy which I really appreciated just annoying you have what's seems like a long wait to get it. read more

Terrible service. Went through the drive thru and employee mumbled the entire time, I could barely hear her. I ordered a Jr. Bacon chz burger 4for4. Got my sandwich and it was just chz and onions. Ok whatever that didn't bother me but what did bother me was the fact that when I went for my nuggets the nugget at the very bottom of my box appears to have a bite taken from it. Like it doesn't look recent cuz it looks like it was sitting there. But I am so grossed out!! More of a reason to stop taking the easy way out and coming here and just start making my own food! read more

Always delicious! This Wendy's gets super crowded as it is on rt 17, but the staff handles it well. 5 cars ahead of us in line today and we only waited less than 10 minutes at the drive through. I'm a big fan of this location especially because of the man who takes your form of payment and always calls my boyfriend young fella ( i find it very cute ) They always get my order rite and have no problem giving me both buffalo ranch and sweet and sour dipping sauces where other locations give you a problem. Junior bacon cheese burgers are my shit but hold the lettuce and tomato please. Their crispy chicken sandwich on the dollar menu is really tasty and like a giant chicken nugget. Speaking of nuggets theirs are my favorite. Forget Mc Donalds forget burger king this is were you get some good nuggets. I love that they offer baked potatoes and they are really tasty with a lot of sour cream, chives and butter. I too am a big fan that their burgers are made to order unlike many other fast food chains. You can taste the difference. Drive thru is always fast and friendly and open late. read more

The guy working the drive thru window was terrible. Young, Overweight guy, referred to me as "my boy" the whole time. I was ordering for my family and he told me "I was doing too much" half way through my order. When I got up to the window I noticed he was making the drinks and in between making them he would put his hands inside the front of his pants, not his pockets, actually within his pants. I love Wendy's fast food. The food here is the same as all others. It's a chain, so it's almost always the same. This location is soooooooo slow!!! There are 10-15 people behind the counter running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The three people after me got their food before I did. I really enjoy this restaurant.  I like the burgers, fries, chicken nuggets and salads.  The beverages are excellent, too.  The price are great and the best thing is that the employees are most helpful, courteous, professional, efficient and all-around positive.  Other people who have helped me include Taneil, India and many others. read more

After spending 2 years attending BCC this was my go-to lunch spot and let me tell you. The staff is nothing but respectful and extraordinary. Every time I would go there I would always be leaving satisfied from them always preparing my order fresh (and not smushed) to their excellent customer service I would always go there and never be disappointed. New fancy pants building, and who doesn't like new things? This Wendy's rarely messes up an order. Once there was a jerk manager who questioned my friend and I when we told him they had neglected to give us all 5 chicken nuggets (like we ate 2 in the 3 seconds he had his back turned) so that was a little obnoxious but this was back when they still had the 99¢ menu so I'm sure he's long gone. This was one of the worst service i have ever received from wendys. First of all the turn in was awful and too narrow. We almost drove into wendys like seriously?? Then the lady on the drive thru line was so rude and didnt get order clearly. And then after they got our order wrong we asked for barbecue sauce, lots of it. And she gave us 2 barbecue sauce and SPICY SIRACHA SAUCE! What the heck. Then we went all the way around again just to get order right again and all she did was give us attitude. Great fast service drive through or dine in. Gavin the manager is incredible. He has a great attitude and it rubs off on all his employees plus it makes customers feel so appreciated and welcome. They have renovated the entire Wendys giving it a nice and new look. Food always tastes hot and fresh. The workers keep everything nice and clean for everyone to enjoy their experience. Cece is another one of the people who make everyone feel that they matter as a customer and always is happy to see you and makes sure that you have everything you need. This Wendys treats you like family and its always a pleasure to see so many people return and turn into regular customers, which shows me that people are feeling appreciated.
