Review for 9/5/25 Today the hosts of our conference catered lunch sandwiches from Subway! Pleasantly surprised, how delicious the tuna sandwich was, the bread was fresh, as was the tuna. Was not a fan of the choice of chips but being a good sport, went with the flow. The sandwich was so filling, could only eat half. The cookie was a nice touch. I enjoy going to this subway. The place is very clean, has fresh food and nice people.

This was just ok. Our sandwiches were very soggy. They should drain the veggies first. My husband got oil & vinegar on the side but his sandwich was still very wet & soggy. I had mayo on mine but it was dripping out and very watery. This should not be. We were unable to enjoy these as much as we wanted to. Plus it leaked everywhere! read more

i went in at 1:50 am because the sign on the door said closed at 2:30 the emplyee refused to serve and gave me an attitude when she refused. she could've clearly served me because the spread was fully open but she refused to. I had a long day and threw up my dinner and I really needed something in my stomach. She had no empathy and care for me being the customer. Terrible customer service. read more

I wanted a quick bite so stopped in. I walked in and there was a small line. When I got to the front the nice lady took my order. I got the veggie patty on whole wheat bread. They made it just like I liked. I had a coupon and it was about $3.50. When I got to the car I ate and it was good. All in all I had a good experience. read more

these people are horrible why have a sign on the door that you guys close at 12:30am and close at 12:07am makes absolutely no sense & that lady proceed to walk away while she was talking on her cell phone & closed the store 24 min early fix your staff or you will lose lots of customers that are delighted to try a new location and drive nearly 30min away to just be disappointe. read more

This subway is a small location and not easily seen from the sidewalk until you're right in front of it. That said, it's an unexpected gem in an area that isn't overly pleasing to the eye. The staff here were incredibly nice and worked quickly to get our to-go order to us. Prices are standard for Subway, so still the same great value you get at any of their stores, though it seems a 15% discount is also in play here (very cool). Interior is clean and ready for your dine-in needs as well. If you're passing through and want something quick to grab on your way to elsewhere, this is a good choice. I stopped in here to pick up dinner one night. I used to go here frequently when I worked in the area. The customer service is great I've never had an issue with the staff. My only issue with this location is that they don't seem to clean the fountain soda machine. I put ice in the cups and there were black spectacles in there. I dumped the ice and poured the soda. The soda... I was so grossed out. The coca cola had a layer of dirt that would open up as the soda came out. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in forever. I was totally grossed out and now I'm questioning how clean they are. I probably won't be visiting this location again. read more

Very sweet subway! Super nice, I went about a half hour before they closed and they took care of us so politely! The manager was training a new guy but they still were super sweet and made the sandwiches just right! I literally changed my order multiple times and they were just happy to help. I got there today to get couple of sandwiches and as he (the owner) was preparing them, he had no gloves on and his mask was pulled down his chin. I asked him to put gloves on and he said that he had just washed his hands... Mehta discussed me was the fact that his dirty ass nose was itching or running while he was making my sandwiches he cleaned it or scratch it with his naked hands and after still proceeded to finish my sandwiches. I would give zero stars if I can. Placed an online order and got half my order and my sandwich prepared with ingredients I didn't ask for. Reading is fundamental. I called the store very rude girl answered with horrible customer service skills. My options were to go into the store to pick up the rest of my order or go into the store to get a refund. If I was able to go into the store I wouldn't have made an online order. Asked for a manager and was advised he quit. Horrible service! They won't be getting an order from me ever again! read more

To be fair, I only came for the cookies. I haven't gotten a sandwich from this particular Subway, but their cookies were great! I had previously went to the Subway closer to me and their cookies were burnt looking. The guy at the register was very nice and polite to everyone in the store. It's a small place and hard to miss when driving by, but it's decent. read more

Sometimes my kids like Subway and I must admit that it is a somewhat healthy option opposed to the many fast food restaurants they can choose from. So, on occasion, on a busy night I'll grab a few sandwiches and they're generally pleased. Most Subways don't deviate from what you'd expect, the variety of cold cuts, cheeses, veggies, etc. I used to go to the one on Summit Avenue which is nice, but it's out of my way. My son reminded me of this one located right on Main Street in Hackensack and I'm glad he did. The restaurant is clean. I've been there a few times and there is no exception. They keep it clean. The service is pretty fast and always efficient. They have quite a few tables for customers who prefer to eat in. I usually get my items to go. The guy who has helped me is nice and even threw in a few free cookies which I'm sure my kids appreciate. He also gave me a 15% off discount card which is something none of the other Subway restaurants in the area offer. A bonus is parking in the back of the restaurant and a back entrance since it's sometimes difficult to find parking on Main Street at times. No complaints except all of the meat is processed - even the turkey, but most people know that coming in and if you aren't eating there on a regular basis I guess it's not a huge issue.. read more

Great service, good subs, and they always take off 15% with a free card they give you. They give me the discount even when I forget the card. It can get warm inside sometimes but they have outdoor seating now. I love this subway. Can't go wrong with $5 footlongs. And they offer free coffee with a breakfast sandwich. All of you seem to be flipped about the lousy 15% discount they give you at the register. Well check your order pricing twice and make sure to take a receipt. They have ripped off myself and my coworkers numerous times by charging a higher price and then saying they gave you a discount. When actuality the price you paid is what it should have been normally and THEN additional discount. I went in there asking for the Rotisserie chicken sandwich and they were out of chicken. Okay fine, I'm flexible so I asked the guy what $5 foot longs they have. He named the list and the only one that sounded decent was the cold cut combo. I chose that and the man ringing up the register charged me over $6. I corrected him and he said that's not a footlong special. I explained that's the only reason I ordered that kind. He brought the price down saying he gave me a discount and it still cost more than what it should have been. They do little slick tricks here and there that may seem like minimal amounts of change but just think how much it results to when they do it to each customer! Today at 3:25 pm I ordered two sandwiches, a bag of chips, and some cookies through seamless. They took my money and promised me it would be at my house before 3:50. At 3:51 I got a notification saying my order was canceled without a reason. When I called the store someone picked up and said they canceled it because they didn't have a driver and then hung up on us. Why didn't they cancel sooner or take their delivery down since they don't have a driver i don't know, but I do know the employees there are disrespectful and incompetent. Last week I went in store to this same subway and saw three consecutive people complain to the girl upfront to which she replied by rolling her eyes. Learn from my mistakes and save your time.
