Iced Coffee: Surprisingly good as I didn't need any additional sugar or cream. Sausage sandwich: I would have preferred to have this on a biscuit, but they ran out. It wasn't the best croissant, but it will do. Bacon King Combo: This double patty was served with a decent amount of bacon, which was the best part of the sandwich. Unlimited soda is included, but this location does not have the largest variety of soft drinks: Oreo Sundae: There was a good ratio of crushed Oreo, but too much was placed at the top. I would recommend TJ spread the topping out more evening by placing some in the middle and bottom of the dessert cup; that would also enhance the appearance. I requested an extra cup of chocolate sauce because the portion serving wasn't noticeable. How do I reserve tickets for seats at the Rock N Roll hall of fame? People think I joke around too much and don't take life too seriously. Okay then, I'll get serious. Let's start with my background.: Since landing on this planet over 40 years ago via his trusty spaceship , the Electrick G. has visited numerous BKs. Back when he was a little G., he remembers standing in line, patiently waiting for his kids meal that came with a free toy. Fast forward to today, the now Big G. is preordering his meal on the BK App with his mobile phone. And it's bagged and ready by the time he arrives in his indestructible '72 Pinto. Amazing! This location is special to me because it has some qualities that other BK locations don't usually have. First and foremost is the customer service. They take "service with a smile" literally. Every interaction there is a total joy. If only other fast food places were like this, we'd be on our way to world peace. Also, this location is kept pretty clean and the food is consistently hot and fresh. Also, this location hasn't been updated to those generic looking, sterile, boxy type restaurants that's seen on modern Taco Bell's, McDonalds, and other fast food restaurants. This is the pinnacle of Burger King folks, my suggestion is to not go to any other location for the rest of your life. Although the government's mismanagement of interest rates and money supply have turned BKs menu into non-value meals, I still enjoy eating at this Canadian owned subsidiary a few times a month. Eventually the time will come for me to one day fly back to my home planet. I'll bring back fantastic stories about good natured Earthlings, warm summer rain, Reese Peanut Butter Cups, beauty queens, and the delights of visiting this Burger King. I don't often write reviews so when I do I must have had a really great experience or a terrible one. For this particular BK, it was the former. The place is clean and the workers are extremely nice and patient. Main example was when I changed my order and the cashier, John was patient and understanding about getting our order right. He could have given us an attitude as I'm sure other people would have, but he didn't. This is the kind of worker I would love to interact with more and more. Retro Burger King! It looks like the location was last renovated in the 1980's! Still clean and in good shape, with the exception of the soda machine. Logos on the buttons you push to dispense soda are worn off and you have use your imagination to figure out which button dispenses what! Service was your typical slow Burger King, but not bad. Ordered a $1.00 taco. Taco had been pre-made and sitting for a long time. Filling had soaked through the taco shell making it soggy and toppings were scarce! Rarely any screw ups. Good for late night junk. One major complaint. They introduced a bunch of new sauces, one of which was Kung Pao sauce (which I love, and think is the best sauce they have). They kept all the other junky sauces and got rid of the one good one, Kung Pao. Using drive-thru, I literally cancelled my order when I found out they didn't have any Kung Pao sauce. I went through the drive through this morning. The woman who took my order was so upbeat and vibrant sounding.....she knew the menu and the choices well also. I placed my order, drove up to the window to pay and get the food. The same woman greeted me with a huge smile and her upbeat personality was so nice first thing in the morning! She not only thanked me for my purchase, but she told me she appreciated my business! She sounded genuine and sincere. What a great employee......give her a raise and hold onto her! Her pleasant personality will have me coming back. Oh, the food was good too, hot and fresh (this was around 8am). I can get hot food anywhere, but to be helped by a polite and pleasant person.....that is rare these days! read more

I really have no complaints about this BK. This place has been providing tons of good food and memories for me since childhood. It was my go to hang out place. Always clean and always kept up to date, I never had a problem here, not even w/the bathrooms or service. I stopped by recently to grab a new sandwich, which I ended up eating entirely cause it was good, haha. Good to know this place still offers good service and tasty food :) read more

It's been at least 10 years since I stepped into a Burger King. This trip was made simply for convenience. I was pleasantly surprised by this location. Very clean with decor that made me forget I was dining at a burger chain restaurant. The favorable rating isn't for the food, it's for the staff we encountered during our visit. A gentleman by the name of Juan took our order. We knew what we wanted but we weren't familiar with all the different meal combos. Juan made suggestions that helped us immensely. Smiling, patient and courteous during our ordering. While seated in the dining room, we observed another gentleman who was wiping down tables and seats. He wasn't casually giving everything the once over, he was cleaning with a purpose. He said hello to us with a big smile as he passed our table. I felt compelled to speak to the manager regarding my favorable impressions. I asked Juan to speak with his manager. It turned out to be the gentleman cleaning tables, Tim. I let Tim know how well Juan did his job and that he was a great representative of the restaurant. I told Tim that he was doing a pretty darn good job, too. Imagine that, a manager cleaning the tables and seats with a genuine smile. As the saying goes; "If you think you're too big for the little job, then you're too little for the big job". Tim gets it. As for the food, the burgers and onion rings were good. The self-serve soda machine dispensed well. No heavily, watered down selzer beverage. Good job New Milford BK, good job. In closing, ignore the low rating reviews given for this location. They are petty, ridiculous and unwarranted. read more

Although New Jersey not known for their food, as a a fast food joint I expected at least the usual. This Burger King will show you how NOT to run a franchise. If you want slow service sloppy cold food then you came to the right place. The manager is clueless as you can tell by the disorganization and terrible staffing. My orders are usually accurate, but the staff seems strangely slow on the uptake: I have had to repeat my order, per item, several times. This place seems to have really gone downhill in the past year. Horribly prepared food. Slow service and the taste and quality has changed for the worst. I've stopped going as of 5/29/13 because we got two vanilla shakes and with two cars in front of us it took 20 minutes ( the car directly in front of me just got a cone) but when she handed them to me it was like liquid cream. No thickness like a shake. I brought this to her attention and she just looked at me like " and", so I asked her how long they had been sitting there and she replied they are made to order. She offered to add more ice cream and I was thankful she offered a solution. When we drove away and took a sip, it tasted like spoiled milk and chemicals. We immediately threw them out as it was clear we could have possibly gotten a case of SALMONELLA. This is the third incident in a year that questioned what was going on in there so we won't be back.
