Item missing from your order? Drive back there and they'll give you another, Item improperly cooked. like a burnt baked potato? I think they put those aside to give for takeout or drive through. That's happened several times. No refunds. Order a combo and the soda machine is broken (which they don't tell you while you're ordering the combo)? No refunds. Why can't this wendy's ever get an order correct? Every single time we order from them (via a delivery app) something is missing and/or wrong. Every. Single. Time. I know that's part of the fast food experience, but wendy's messes up orders too much. Tonight, we placed an order for a taco salad, jalapeno chicken salad, burgers, fries and nuggets. Simple order, right? The taco salad was missing. The jalapeno chicken salad didn't have the dressing (who wants a dry salad?) and they got our sauces for the nuggets all wrong. We wanted sweet and sour. Just sweet and sour. They gave us bbq and some crap called awesome sauce. Is it really that hard to get the order right? What's the point of having the customer choose sauces if they aren't gonna read the damn notes? How hard is it to read the order and make sure everything is there? C'mon now. The Customer Services was actually pretty good. The issue which is probably more important was the food and drinks. The burger in the Kids meal was under cooked and the fries for my #6 was pretty raw. The drinks from the fancy machine was mostly out. The drinks that were available tasted nasty. My best advice to you all is to order through the app, pick up through drive thru, and you'll be out in no time. It might also get the line going a bit faster. while in bergenfield nj visiting my cousin i notice a wendys along washington ave and the need for a vanilla frosty was to strong to pass up. no drive thru for me as its too crowded , no i am going in and no lines means i get my frosty quickly. your typical wendys menu and interior decor with plenty of empty tables at 1230pm on a sunday. i got my frosty and took a seat at a booth and now the place starts getting filled with customers. the free wifi is strong and place is clean ,so i just hade an uneventful visit at wendys and thats good enough for me ,lounge area with tv showing ESPN had me stay a bit longer. read more
