They set up in the driveway, set up their tent and got down to the business of feeding 60 hungry people. Burgers, Hot Dogs, killer Chicken Nuggets, Onion Rings, Fries and Hot Pretzels- all served with the proper condiments and sauces. Everything was fresh, delicious and well received. At the end they cooked off enough food to feed 60 people all over again! We noshed all night and still had plenty of leftovers. I've eaten at the restaurant and it was very good but their handling of this party was over the top! I wouldn't hesitate to call in this squad again for any event that needs great food and hospitality.

The smasher: This signature menu item has all beef patty with a 80% to 20% beef-to-fat ratio, hence the restaurant name. It was topped with caramelized Vidalia onions, American cheese, and topped with their homemade Mandy sauce. The quality and taste was more than superior. I especially enjoyed the Mandy sauce which is a savory combination of ketchup, mayo, honey mustard and barbecue sauce. (The combination of all these sauces may seem overzealous, but it was actually a perfect concoction.) The minor drawback is that the size of the burger is on the smaller side, which accounts for its cost effective price. Onion Rings: These gigantic beer-bartered rings were piping hot and crispy on the outside while soft and oniony on the inside. A cup of Mandy sauce is also included. Ironically, the cost of the side actually is slightly more than the burger itself. All menu items are sold à la carte. There is an up charge if you request any additional specialty sauces with your meal. However, complimentary ketchup, horse radish sauce, hot sauce and many other condiments are complimentary. If you do not wish to buy any beverages, a free water cooler is available. Everything is freshly made to order so expect a wait, but it is definitely worth it. I also added yellow American cheese for a $1 up charge. I cannot identify the ingredients of the secret sauce, hence the name. It was really tasty and I requested a small extra cup on the side for dipping. For the most part, this was a tasty burger. Next time, I will request to have the patty cooked medium well because I feel a well done burger compromises its flavor. The burger was cooked medium and topped with butcher cut bacon and IPA beer cheese sauce. The thick slab of bacon strips were chewy and they melted right in my mouth. The beer cheese was so mouthwatering that I requested an additional cup. The pretzel bun may look like a regular hamburger bun, it has the texture and taste of a pretzel; it is even sprinkled with a dash of rock salt. As a bonus, a full size pitcher of water and crispy fries with a smokehouse dipping sauce are all included with the burger. Both the burger and fries can be dipping in both the smokehouse sauce and cheese sauce. These sauces are the backbone to the burger and you won't even consider supplementing anything else.
