This is the synthetic brush pieces that were in the spanikopita...multiple

I'm not sure if this place sold or it was an off night or bc it was later in the evening but this was bad. Just all around not good. Chicken souvlaki pita....is a dry hard pita with some very over cooked chewy chicken, tomatoes of all different shapes from slices to fine dice to huge chunks and a similar presentation of red onions....and 5 soggy French fries. The chicken tastes like the gas from the grill not a nice char flavor. The tzatziki I'm glad I ordered an extra side of because there's none on the sandwich? And it's a weird tzatziki anyway again nothing is cut well big chunks of dill and bland. The Greek salad was fine, one olive in a regular side salad and 4 chunks of real sad tomatoes. Dressing was good and the capers were a nice touch but literally nothing is cut the same or even remotely same ingredients even it gives a weird thought that this was end of the night odds and ends. The chocolate Greek yogurt is still good but the cherry topping or any sort of fruit topping made it much better especially for the price. Now the really bad part....my husband got us a piece of spanikopita to share.....and when I bit it the flavor was great....except for the several bristles of pastry brush or some sort of hair that's plastic/synthetic that were in my mouth.... Will be calling tomorrow

Great food and service. Employees care about the customers wants and give perfect recommendations for first timers (which we were). We were so thankful that they were open on Christmas as not many businesses are. The inside of the restaurant feels like you're being transported to Greece. The food was the tastiest Greek food I had ever tasted. Definitely would like to come back.

Very surprised by this usually reliable Greek cafe. Last night we ordered the classic Mousaka and a few Greek salads. The salads were great - as usual. The Mousaka was not fresh. The bechamel was grey and had a funky taste. Tossed the whole thing. Maybe new owners?

Chicken platter with fries on the side-even better!

We decided to order take out tonight because didn't have time to cook. I ordered via phone, order was ready for pickup in 20 minutes. They took my credit card via phone easily. When I arrived about 22-25 minutes ready my order came right out. This is the 1st time I've ordered take out since I've been in quarantine. It all happened so quickly that I didn't have a tip for the gentleman that came out to my car. I wasn't prepared, didn't plan correctly and honestly felt horrible afterwards :( Thank you for delivering to my car and for having our dinner prepared so quickly and deliciously. We all thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. All cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly and nice and warm.

    Chicken gyro on pita!

Delicious and fast chicken gyro on pita. Couldn't ask for much more after a long bike ride. Side note - also our weekly chicken pickup place. Always good, and a lot of chicken for the price.

Though not huge, their menu is plant based with an assortment of brunch/lunch items like bowls, salads and interesting sushi, as well as smoothies and other drinks. If you're open to vegan food and uncommon items in a western diet, you'll enjoy it. The pad thai slaw and sushirito were delicious and well made and everything on the menu was inviting. The teas were lovely and I really enjoyed being able to select a blend of herbs for my tea mug. There was some herbal water available, and a selection of desserts on the counter and in the fridge - chocolatey delights like "snickers" bars. We found a corner next to the stage with two armchairs and a coffee table which was the coziest corner to sit and chat. Though it was Friday afternoon at lunch time and there were several other small groups, it never felt crowded and we were able to stay for a few hours enjoying our tea and meal. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and non-intrusive. You order at the counter and then sit down, and we were not disturbed at all besides our meal being brought to us when it was ready. Parking is limited but at least they have a lot. It's a short walk into the main part of the town. They also occasionally host events. Looking forward to returning!

Everything is vegan--I love it because for me it's less to worry about. Ambiance is comfortable, very similar to how they setup the dining room in their old location--which was earthy and homey. This location has an addition of an art room! For art days--appeared to be an area where adults and children can create art. I didn't venture in. Animals are welcome, some patrons had their dogs. Service was great. The cashier charged us for something we did not order and promptly sent a refund. They didn't have the salads and burritos from the previous menu but the owner told me that the menu items will eventually return. Will definitely come back!

I really wanted to enjoy the place, as I've had other friends frequent it. From the inception of the restaurant, they've had "pastrami" as the highlight. I really wanted that. They didn't have it. I told them the rest of my family's order and to come back afterwards so I can find something else. Decided on some chili as it was a cold day. They didn't have that either. I gave up and just didn't order anything for myself. Every thing came out bland. We didn't ask for no salt or lower sodium. Either way the cute little salt shaker visited a lot. At the price point that they have, I really was expecting something. The disco fries were scarce. I can basically count how many there were. As well as not knowing what kind of gravy it included on the side. The chicken tenders were bland, but at least the chicken was tender and the coating was crispy. Strawberry pancakes were fluffy and good on the first bite, but if left cold, it just became hard. The strawberry butter was a really nice touch and I enjoyed it. Too much strawberry for me, but will not lower the score for that. That's just my preference of taste. The mac and cheese was soupy and not thick, and again no seasoning. Cheeseburger was okay, didn't wow us. Also could not figure out if it was house made or not. It was lean, somewhat juicy, but it was a little tough. Wasn't horrible. What I found interesting was with the amount of fries that came with our order, they all came out differently. The disco fries were crispy, fries that came with the mac and cheese were over done, and the cheeseburger fries were a mixture of crispy, soggy and overdone. But one commonality with all the fries was how bland it was. Anyway, between the pricing and not having two things that I ordered, was just enough to put me in a sour mood.

Not enough words can describe the amazing food here…read more I didn't know what to expect when stumbling into Country MKT diner, and you shouldn't too. Take those expectations and throw them out the window, and open your taste buds and mind to new flavors to homemade dishes that will blow you away. I heavily recommend the mozzarella sticks which are more like bricks of cheese dipped in seasoned coatings that will make other mozzarella sticks think of a new name when these melt in your mouth and pull apart perfectly. The homerun of a sandwich is the Bun Jovi which is a honey Sriracha chicken schnitzel slathered with swiss cheese, pickles, pastrami, and coleslaw. And this dream of a sandwich delivers. The blue seating booths make the diner fun , with high backs they provide comfort and some privacy to your conversations. The staff is beyond freindly and each make sure you are having the best dining experience. To many positives about Country MKT Dinner to name, but each will create a core memory.
