Legit Chinese/Taiwainese noodle soup at the mall? For real? YES, FOR REAL…read more Having lived in NYC for many decades, I was very spoiled by my seemingly "next door" access to authentic Chinese/Taiwanese food and, more specifically, noodle soups. On those cold, wintry days, it was my go-to entree and not much can substitute for those hot, tasty broths, noodles and meats. Anyway, for the size of this state, possibly the best Chinese noodle soup served in town might very well be at the mall! Yes, it's going to be a dollar or two overpriced, but beggars absolutely cannot be choosers. Most customers at the mall come here really just for the Americanized Chinese food that is generously served here in gargantuan, fully packed takeout boxes - fried rice, noodles, orange chicken, kung pao chicken, chicken w/ broccoli, barbecue chicken, General Tso's chicken, etc., etc., etc. However, no offense to Yong Kang Street, but, I wasn't here for any of that greasy food because, honestly, you can get that ANYWHERE. We ended up ordering the Roast Duck Noodle Soup and Wonton Noodle Soup, both of which were actually made to order as I watched the lady put the super duper hot bowl together. The bowl was actually so hot that even 1.5 hours after I got home, the soupy bowl was still piping hot! Anyhow, the noodle soup was surprisingly delicious. The noodles were a bit soft, but the broth was very flavorful without being overly salty. There was some Chinese Broccoli and chopped up scallions in the noodle soups and they really added to the flavor of the entree. The meats were also very good. As we were eating, my question was - where does this place find their duck?!? Because it was pretty good duck meat. We also loved their pork wontons as well. Typically, the wontons served with noodle soups are made with pork and shrimp, but it was just pork here...and, well, it worked! The wontons were very delicious and well put together. Never would I have thought a small mall vendor would serve some of the best noodle soup in the area, but Yong Kang does. Goes to show you that you never know where good food might be hiding, so always give new places a try. As for us, we DEFINITELY found our new noodle soup go to spot.

THE GOOD ----------------…read more+ Plenty of Asian food vendors to choose from! 10ish from my count, including Tous de Jous and Gong Cha at the entrance. ++++ Food vendors include BBQ Chicken, Don Don Curry, Sang's Tofu and K-BBQ, Jeong's Noodle, Wok Bar, Gold Miss and many more. + All of the food from the vendors are reasonably priced at $10-$25, with the more expensive entrees being EASILY shareable amongst 2-3 people. Some have Grab and Go sections too. + They have a big retail area to the side that sells stationary, accessories and lifestyle products - beware of letting your young kids into it because you might leave a few bucks light in your wallet! + PLENTY of tables and seats inside, even when crowded. + Right across from the hugeee H Mart food market. THE NOT SO GOOD ---------------------------- - Nada. MIXED THOUGHTS --------------------------- = Nada. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = Recently dined in on a Friday evening from 6-7:30 PM and it was prettty busy inside, but still had a lot of open tables. The mall DOES get crazy crowded on Saturday evenings, so can imagine the same happening in the H Mart Food Hall as well during peak lunch and dinner dining times.

I forget the…read morename of the exact stall but I ordered two corn dogs and although they took a little while to be prepared, they tasted pretty good. I will warn that the batter is a bit thick so I heavily advise you eat over the container so it doesn't drop off the stick and onto the floor. The hotdog or sausage they used tasted better than the cheese too (in my opinion). And I love that right outside there is a plethora of sauces you can drizzle on top! Ordering was done via a self service kiosk too and then you took a little buzzer that went off when your order was ready which was cute.

My Jimmy Choo Nightmare -- A Cautionary Tale I splurged over…read more$700 on a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals. Seven hundred dollars. For that kind of money, you'd expect exceptional quality, right? Wrong. I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in. So I called their customer service, and that's where the real nightmare began. For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a "sorry." Shame on you, Jimmy Choo. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. If this is how you treat the people who spend hundreds of dollars on your brand, you don't deserve a single one of them. Save your money, friends. #JimmyChoo #NeverAgain #WorthCustomerService #LuxuryFail #ShameOnYou #CustomerServiceNightmare

Order to Go ... -Waiting time: 15 minutes…read more -Customer service: excellent!!!... -Low noise Today, my husband and I personally went to Wonder location in Cresskill, NJ. to buy our food and celebrate the New Year 2026. We chose the flavors of Chef Bobby Flay, whose burgers, milkshakes, and fries we know and love. We did a meal that includes a side and an appetizer( $47.95 + tax and was enough for 2 people) This time it was a medium-rare ribeye, which was cooked exactly as we requested. It had a slightly spicy and sweet marinade that was very interesting! The meat was top quality and delicious. For the side, we picked a baked potato topped with various ingredients, along with sour cream and pickled onions, which was also perfectly cooked and delicious. And a Caesar salad, whose dressing was tasty, fresh, and very gourmet. I've ordered pizzas and other items from this place, and we've always been very pleased. Congratulations to the entire Wonder team. Blessings and keep up the excellent work.

THE GOOD ----------------…read more+ EXCELLENT Korean food with at least 33 items to choose from (plus new items they had posted by the cashier glass window). ++++ Sobulgogi Combo (#33) was superrrr delicious. The beef bulgogi was very fresh (as in piping hot), flavorful and tender. The small stone bowl of tofu (we got seafood) was also fantastic too. ++++ Dwejibulgogi Doisotbap (new on their menu), which was basically the same as the stone bowl rice entrees, but with sauteed sliced pork loin was excelllent too. Plenty of meat, rice and a perfectly runny egg on top. THE NOT SO GOOD ---------------------------- - Nothing! This simple stall was just like the others, serving simple, but delicious vendor food. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = Like the other stalls inside of this H Mart, this looked to be mom and pop run. = Just remember to return your tray and their bowls back to this stall just like the others.

I stopped by a food stand called call Kasume Donkasu to grab something for dinner…read more I ordered a new dish pasta chicken dish with spicy topping. The plate looked very attractive and well presented. It came with fried chicken cut into pieces, ramen noodles, shrimp, and a spicy touch that added a lot of flavor. The dish also comes with a sauce that you can either pour over the plate or use as a dip. I personally preferred dipping the fried chicken instead of pouring the sauce over everything, which kept the chicken crispy. The combination of fried chicken, noodles, shrimp, and the spicy flavor worked really well together. I really enjoyed it, and this has definitely become one of my favorite dish of this food stands inside the H-Mark market. The food court is shared with other food stamp. There's always a table that you could grab because people tend to eat and leave fast. And there is always a staff ready to clean the tables if they're dirty. There is no music, but it gets a little bit loud because of people chatting.

THE GOOD ----------------…read more+ DELICIOUSSSSS food and, more specifically, Katsu! ++++ Curry Katsu - Phenomenal and verrrry tasty potato curry, which I used to douse the white rice and katsu. Katsu was fried to perfection and extra crispy. Oh, and don't forget to use that Wang Sauce to dip your katsu as well. ++++ Gyu Don - Slices of beef were super tender and juicy and had plenty of sauce mixed in to flavor the white rice. ++++ Cream Pasta (with Pork Katsu and Shrimp) - Absolutely DELICIOUS. The cream pasta reminded me of a verrrry good Italian creamy pasta. With the katsu and shrimp, it was perfection. It gets a littttle bit pricey with the addition of the protein, but was well worth the extra $$$. + Menu is relatively simple with 9 set entrees, so shouldn't make your head spin. + Food prices are pretty much on par with the other vendors in the food hall. THE NOT SO GOOD ---------------------------- - Nada. MIXED THOUGHTS --------------------------- = Nada. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = Came by on a February Saturday evening at around 5:50 PM and business was pretty consistent for them. Since it's part of the H Mart Food Hall, seating was easily available right outside of the vendor.
