Probably the greatest restaurant in this mall HAHA! My wife and I LOVE CFA!!!! It is so nice to see a restaurant have a great moral foundation and make sure that their employees have off Sunday. You don't really see that anywhere! This is more of a CFA Express than one of their normal storefronts. Just like their other mall locations, they always have the LONGEST lines here! But if you know, then you know that the wait is totally worth it for the Best chicken! We have been here 7-8 times. It is located inside the Paramus Park Mall food court on the second floor. No other place in the food court ever has a line here, but they do lol! I do noticed that this location compared to most others don't give out as much sauce... The store is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. Although I will say that I do not get that "family" vibe that the other locations have... Its kind of hard to describe... Most other stores, the employees really care about their job as well as your experience. They do here as well, but not as strongly as other locations. Food here is always great! Love their nuggies!!!! Get them fried or grilled, they are amazing! Oh and their CFA sauce is truly what makes the world go round haha! I honestly with I could give a zero rating or negative numbers. So, on Jan 5 2023, I went to the mall for my new glasses, and decided to bring home Chick fil a for dinner. well ordered on the app...and got my glasses and walked up to get the food. Well, I was given my drinks, then a bag with someone else's food, and a different number. No one checked, so I looked inside, and there was only one sandwich inside, so I told the girl, and shower her the app, clearly not the correct bag. so, they made another order, but left me with the bag that was clearly not mine, and then gave me the rest of the order, so, beyond that, I did not get my actual sandwich. Fast forward to the customer service line, they were going to escalate this to the next level, as the girl said, that is so wrong, and she apologized on behalf of the company. Not helping my dinner though. So now, in a day or so, I get a standard email from the "owner" of the restaurant, and basically did nothing. I wrote the owner an email back, and never heard from them. I cannot fathom the ineptness in regards to the customer service. Now, as an afterthought, there were other incidents with the same place, just before Christmas, and I had explained those as well. Still nothing not than here is a sandwich on us. I know the owner of the enrtire company does not care and will most likely NOT see this , but I cannot in good faith return to that place, no matter how much I love Chick Fil A. I hope everyone that reads this is vigilant when they go to this place. Better yet, drive north to the Ramsey store, they treat people so much better there. read more

A great compromise if you want to eat healthy but have others who don't. The market salad is so fresh and it doesn't even need dressing! I recommend ordering about an hour before you think you will be hungry on uber eats since they usually have coupons. This is an ok Chick-fil-A located in a mall. The staff here is nice, and the location was very busy during the dinner rush while I was there. I have eaten at multiple locations, and personally haven't had any issues with my orders coming out as expected between sites. On the occasion at this location, they were short on what I originally ordered for dinner (spicy chicken sandwich). They told me when they realized, offered a free meal for another time, and switched my order to anything else I chose on the menu. They were helpful about it, fixed the issue best as they could, and I give them no fault with that. If looking for drive through you won't get that here, but this should deliver on your expectations for what standard Chick-fil-A does. read more

So Chick-Fil-A was pretty hyped up. I've known about this location for years, but didn't really care. So I ordered the Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich with waffle fries. My sister also suggested I get the Chick-Fil-A sauce. I wasn't expecting much really. What I got was the best looking chicken sandwich I have ever seen. It actually looked better than advertised! And it tasted great! Mildly spicy, not dry at all, and well constructed. The waffle fries were average, but having waffle fries is a plus in itself. The Chick-Fil-A sauce seems to be a mixture of honey mustard, BBQ sauce, and mayo and goes well with the fries and the sandwich. They also offer a brochure with their nutritional information, so I took one so I could ruin the experience. Wasn't too bad, EXCEPT FOR THE CHICK-FIL-A SAUCE. One little packet has 140 calories, 13g of fat and 6g of carbs. Oh well. Choose a different sauce if you're watching what you eat. read more

Consistently under fills order with smaller portions such as chicken sandwiches with chicken breast that is both smaller than the bun and super thin like a thin flat Milanese where other locations have the thick juicy chicken breast that you normally get from this chain. It is not just the portion size of the chicken sandwich but fries and side orders portions are also skimpy. You will notice that the fries are only 3/4 to 1/2 filled, same with the Mac and Cheese portions. This happens repeatedly and feedback is provided repeated but seems like manager knows here are issues and ignores or actually directs staff to short change customers on portion sizes. read more

Something else that really bothers me is that the chick fil a employees were serving car after car in the curbside pickup area. On a friend's recommendation, I tried a chicken deluxe sandwich, some nuggets, the fries, and a sweet tea. All of it was so good! I ended up getting another basic sandwich afterwards. The chicken is perfectly moist and fried without too much breading. Each sandwich has some tart pickles on them as well. The nuggets, while good, are definitely not as good as the sandwiches. The fries seem to be pretty fresh and creamy on the inside, and the sweet tea is pretty good southern-style tea. It's simply good food at a decent price! The food comes out really quickly here as well. I'll definitely be back, and now I'm going to be comparing every chicken sandwich with this one. read more

You may think that all the political press Chick-fil-A got in the past would give people pause, but when it comes to delicious, delicious fast food, my stomach's love for Chick-fil-A has no limits. How can something so wrong taste so right? Not possible. Chicken sandwiches are the best, bar none, compared to the measley competition McDonald's and etc. puts up. Tender and juicy every bite. Chicken nuggets with recognizable meat puts others to shame as well. The waffle fries... oh man. There are no words to describe the perfection that is their waffle fries. To top it off, service here is always excellent and efficient. Our most recent order was completed BEFORE we even paid for the meal. Now that's what I call fast! The only downside to loving Chick-fil-A so much is that you can't get it on Sundays but since this one is in a Bergen County mall... I can rationalize it as being Paramus Park's fault and not my beloved Chick-fil-A's doing. read more

This rating is STRICTLY for this location's service issues, NOT Chick-Fil-A the food. I've been to some great Chick-Fil-As and have never gotten bad service until last week. I came in from NYC with a coupon from my Chick-Fil-A calendar, driving in the car & paying tolls to get there. The woman behind the counter, Yolanda, tried to cheat me since the coupon called for a free water AND a free parfait. She tried to claim the coupon said OR when it clearly said AND. After some argument & standing my ground in the face of opposition, I finally got a free Icedream since they didn't have parfaits (which was a disappointment since I've never had their parfaits). However, another problem with this location is that they don't seem to mix their ice cream too well. I had a milkshake here a year ago that was poorly mixed & the Icedream I got didn't have the same taste as it would at any other Chick-Fil-A. When I had the same milkshake in NC, it tasted much better. The corporate office was responsive to these issues but I have yet to hear from the store operator on these grievances despite both myself & the corporate office contacting the guy. It makes me never want to return to this location & upset that there isn't a real one in NYC. For great service along with great food, go to a different Chick-Fil-A location. read more

When I visited I seriously expected garbage fast food style food. To my surprise and amazement the food here was actually insanely good! The wacky style french fries that look like mini waffles were soft with very slight crunch to them and they tasted pretty darn good. Then I had ordered the chicken nuggets & chicken fingers which both tasted like KFC if not better in my opinion, they had that perfect spice taste to it. Great waffle fries, and the chicken sandwiches are natural... but a bit dry. Was looking for a waffle fry place, and I found it. Natural chicken sandwiches are also a plus, but with being natural you do not get the oily juices flowing as processed chicken places. You will pay the extra green backs for getting all natural food, but that's what's selling at a premium these days. (Ironic how our country tries to emphasize healthy eating, but as soon as it did in the 90's, healthy option prices skyrocket.)
