Do I go with a burrito or tacos? Do I try their wings or variety of fries? Well, being that it's called Bubbakoos Burritos, I went with the burrito. First you pick whether you want a burrito, burrito bowl, tacos, nachos, quesadilla or a Chiwawa (I have no idea what that is). Then you pick your protein. I went with the crispy Buffalo Chicken and my buddy went with the General Tso's. Next you add all your accouterments. I went with queso, white rice, black beans, pico de gallo, onions, cilantro, shredded cheese. My buddy got guac. I didn't know they had guac!! Ok. Pulling this out of the bag, I was thrown back. This baby is heavy. I'm talking a solid two pounds. I don't think quite three pounds but it's somewhere in between. I had to cut it for the cross section picture and feared it was going to all fall apart; which it didn't. The chicken was nice and crispy and the Buffalo sauce had the perfect bite. This burrito was packed with flavor. I know cilantro is not for everyone. That being said, I love it and it added the perfect accent to this burrito. For a lunch item, I was absolutely stuffed afterwards. The price is a buck or two higher than I would think it should be but in this particular case, I absolutely do not mind paying a little extra for the premium quality that you are getting. Plus, I do realize that are in prime real-estate in the Midland Park shopping center and that in itself can't be cheap. The staff was phenomenal. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all their products. Everyone was so friendly and the way they work the process from ordering to when you walk out is quite efficient. Lastly, parking is plentiful being that it is in a large sized shopping center. I look forward to going back to give the tacos a shot and of course the wings are on my radar.

To be honest, I've never gone to the "other" food truck because it's all the way in Morristown, and I'm all the way in Bergen County, so this place made sense. SERVICE: First off, I asked the worker what were the top-sellers and she said go with the fries, and boy were they loaded! Yes they are $20, but for a normal person --- it should feed 2. For the "average american" you could take it down in one sitting, but be warned, you'd also be down for a nap afterwards. FLAVOR: The food took about 8-10 minutes from ordering, which I didn't mind --- because it meant the food was cooked to order. I love that at the very top of the fries, they are generous with their chimichurri and *chefs kiss* to the queso fritto added on the top! It was such a nice surprise to the already loaded platter. LOCATION: I know the location is a bit weird, but if you are around Teaneck, check this place out --- even if it's just out of curiosity. This establishment is a food truck, but the food is truly restaurant quality. My family ordered a variety of entrees and burgers, and every single dish was outstanding. Then I remembered passing by their red and white font sign on 17, so I started heading that way in my car. I pulled into one of the parking spaces in front and went inside. There were a few customers there when I walked in. After I ordered a Golden Single Cheeseburger, fries, and a fountain drink, I grabbed a seat facing the windows. That first bite - so good! It's a classic onion burger done really, really well. Again, a must-try. You can taste fresh, quality ingredients. Oh, also, their fountain drinks are cane-sugar sweetened - nothing artificial.
