Solid shake shack location. Came on a friday night and it wasn't too busy (though there were a lot of pickup orders). Staff was very friendly and vibing, and there is plenty of seating. We got a to go order, and everything was packaged well. It's also right next to some outdoor tables and fairy lights, which may be nice when the weather is warmer.

Very disappointed with the fries! Shared with a friend to eat with our sandwiches and we were both disappointed after seeing and tasting the fries. They were not fresh and the picture speaks for itself. I called the store and it had a busy signal all the time, 718-307-7599. Please do better!

Ordered in the store, not beforehand for pickup. No reason for my burger to be cold when I got it. Fried pickles weren't great either. Quite disappointing when you're craving a shroom burger.

Team should not be sending up burgers that look like they were thrown together in a rush .Especially since the store was practically empty. I've been to this location roughly 3 times and unfortunately it's always been a disappointment. Sorry definitely not a fan of this chain

Came here for lunch while on break from jury duty. I have a craving for a milkshake, and after searching online all night, I opted for this location because I knew I would be here and have seen it before. I never really cared for shake shack when it popped up on the scene, but I finally wanted to see what the hype was all about. This location downtown Brooklyn is pretty busy. I walked in almost around 1 p.m., and it immediately got full. I proceeded to the kiosk to order, and it was quick. They have the traditional ordering boards in front so you can see what you want to order beforehand. Didn't take too long for my order, maybe 6-10min. I sat at the back; there are plenty of space and available seats, which is good. Condiments and napkins are on the side by the front. Customer service is good and quick. Very clean. I ordered the dreamsickle shake, which is limited time, and the single smokeshack burger. I chose not to get fries because it was a separate charge and not included with the burger. The dreamsickle shake is just eghh; nothing to rave about. It didn't taste neither good nor bad. I thought it was going to have a more orange-y taste, but it just tastes like vanilla ice cream - very disappointed. The smokeshack burger came with bacon and agian it was just eghhhh ok; nothing to rave about. Neither good nor bad. No distinctive flavors, just regular. I was really hoping that it was going to be this great tasting burger full of bursting flavor and i was going to put my money where my mouth is but, I wished I would've spent my $17 at burger king enjoying am impossible whopper that comes with fries and drink. So, in the end, I was right all along. The hype is Just That!. But if you want lunch, visit there and try for yourself. But the single doesn't really fill you up, though maybe if you get a double stack.

The meal was good, the service was better. I was a little disappointed in the lack of Korean flavors. It was seasoned well, but nothing about that burger tasted korean. The sauce that comes with the fries, the korean BBQ sauce tasted like a sesame, fermented soy mayo. Anways I enjoyed the meal didn't deserve a 3 star so I think the 4 star is the way to go. It wasn't busy on a Saturday for lunch (1:30pm-2pm)

I love Shake Shack's 'Shroom Burger. The batter-fried mushroom stuffed with cheese provides a great alternative to a veggie burger. Sometimes the mushroom is a bit tough to bite through, but it's very tasty. I usually add avocado and cherry peppers for some extra texture and flavor. Both their regular fries and cheese fries are also great. Crinkle cut and super crispy with just the right amount of salt. This particular location feels like a greenhouse with floor to ceiling windows and lots of natural light.

I been to this location a few times. Most recently I got some lunch to go. I ordered a chicken sandwich and french fries on the app. It took a few minutes before my food was ready even though it said it would be ready 15 minutes prior to my arriving. They moved pretty quickly even though the place was crowded and there was a lot of people waiting for food. They didn't provide any condiments and I had to wait for them to get them. The food was hot and tasty. The chicken sandwich tasted fresh and yummy.

My first time trying shake shack in Brooklyn and it's the place is really nice. The staff were friendly but it just took longer than expected. I ordered the truffle burger and garlic Parmesan fries and was so tasty. Although the burger is small itself and fries. You'd better off get a double burger.

I love the burgers here; in my opinion, they're the best among fast-food restaurants. It's quite clean and the service is fast.

I was blatantly dismissed after my order intake, payment, followed by receipt request with a rude scowl apathetic look. Why project an insolent attitude towards customers? Possibly ergophobia or social anxiety disorder to be surrounded by people? I exist. I matter. I am human. I am one life in the smallest measurement. "I exist as I am, that is enough." -- Walt Whitman By the power of observation, the next customer who went through the linear process of intake ordering, payment and waiting this same male server/cashier visibly made the same negative body language gesture again with disdain visible look. There is no reverence for customer service, but blatant insolent wayward behavior! Unfortunately, this male server/cashier appeared the sole worker on duty. Can this male server smile or nod to acknowledge customers' order request vs. "I wash my hands of you" vile negative body language? When requesting a printed sales receipt, it can only be either emailed or sent via text. Apparently, The Good Batch uses Square Register, a point-of-sale (POS) cashier register system as their paperless cash register, thus, no printed sales receipt will be printed but can only be either texted or emailed. I highly prefer Counterpoint as a functional and effective POS cash register for all retail brick and mortar businesses. The exterior appears to be a local, small quiet independent bakery business with a bakery glass display case loaded with various baked goodies accompanied with coffee. I entered with tempered expectations which was reduced to inhumane of near emptiness. This bakery offers British scones, but I have a strong predilection for American biscuits (either buttermilk or non buttermilk). There are ice cream sandwiches available. No comment for any as I did not purchase. Nota Bene: "Return Policy: All sales are final." Price is extortionate exceedingly high for mediocre baked pastries. Business cards are available for grabs which also appears much difficulties for this same male server. I refused to include this business card to my collection box. Backed by Giacomo C. and Michelle W.'s negative reviews, I agree 100% The Good Batch does not entice my interest for a return visit. The Good Batch, a bakery business is accessible via MTA NYC Transit C local train at Clinton-Washington Street subway station in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn followed by a reasonable walk. Chocolate chip cookie $4.00 It was hard and very bland. It was not sweet nor semi-sweet in any form. It was not worth the trek to Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, the negative body language for insolent wayward behavior, followed by the acquiesce email receipt request and the extortionate exceedingly high price. I exited dispirited with utter despondence. Bye, Felicia!

All those flavors pertain to the topping of your cup--the actual drinking hot chocolate is all the same no matter what you get. The drink itself was underwhelming and nothing I'd return to. It's so chewy and tasty, you'll feel your glucose spike through the roof. If you're into sweet--this is an indulgence for you. Pretty pricey for $7.50 per cup plus tax. Between the three flavors, all were tasty. Just depends on how much extra you're feeling on a particular day. Szechuan peanut butter gave the most unique flavor--slight spiciness to the crunchy brittle sprinkled on top of the marshmallow. If you go with classic, you won't miss out, honestly, as the toppings didn't add much depth or make any significant difference in the taste of the drink. No bathroom on premises. Very limited seating inside: a few stools that would fit 4 people max. If you come here during peak times, you'll have to eat outside.
