My husband and I love this apple bees location. Food is great! Service is smooth, and the outside sitting area is beautiful at night.

It's been 3 years since I've been back to this place. The host was welcoming. The only issue we kinda had was maybe because it was slow (we came around umm idk 1-2ish on a Saturday) and our waiter was taking to long to get our drinks and food. He was nice though but I saw he was also managing other tables and I get it but when I have 3 hangry kids it also puts me in a mood you know. Went to the bathroom too and for it being half empty it was really dirty. We ordered the trio sample appetizers. (Couldn't take a picture kids were starving) but we got shrimp, taco wonton, and pickle fries. Everything was good. (That or we were just starving lol) Kids ordered the chicken quesadilla and the kids Mac and cheese and I always think their kid portions are reasonable. I ordered their southwest chicken bowl. It had a bit of a kick, had pico, lettuce, corn, black beans, chicken, rice and a sauce I can't remember. I enjoyed it. The only thing was they gave me the very end of the lettuce. And it made the lettuce bitter but overall it would have been better if they hadn't done that. My husband ordered the whiskey burger with the broccoli. He said he enjoyed it but also felt the broccoli was going a little bad since it had a bunch of brown spots but he still at it. We waited a min for the waiter to come back so we could order dessert. Eventually we just ordered it through the tablet thing. Idk. Maybe service wasn't it today. But the staff was very friendly. read more

Very disappointed in Applebee's the hamburgers were dried up and weren't even a quarter of an inch. The booths seats are ripped. We had to go from booth to booth to find one that didn't have any ripped seats. Not sure what's going on there, but I will not go back. read more

a fucking zero , we got the 3 appetizers and we both got chicken not even undercooked but completely raw , to the point I was concerned for my health that I was going to get salmonell. would absolutely not order from this restaurant ever again, or any franchis. read more

This was me and my ex-boyfriend go to cause the place was reasonable clean friendly. We would get there by 6:00 and we're out by 7:00 . This restaurant is to go to. read more

$130 for a chain restaurant for 2 appetizers, 3 entrees, 2 drinks and 2 beers is insane. The appetizers were good, my son wanted a crispy chicken sandwich with nothing on it, in which they charge for a higher priced sandwich then 'remove' toppings on the bill but still $19-$20. I ask for Onion rings instead of fries for my lower than mediocre cheeseburger, and get 5-6 onion rings for an extra $3.99. So 2 brewtus', 2 soft drinks, boneless wings, quesidilla, a sandwich, a cheeseburger, and a grilled chicken platter equals $130 before tip. Its Applebees. I never complain about a high bill, but for this mediocre stuff at applebees???? How do they expect to stay in business for long? Not worth it: go to any other non chain restaurant for something much better and even slighlty cheaper. 2 stars cause the server was OK even though she could have easily found a way around charging $4 for 6 onion rings and a way around the $20 chicken sandwich. read more

Food and ambiance was great, the server Nick was very distasteful. Slammed our food on the table, gave no greetings or patience and made splitting the bill seem like an actual chore. Extremely nasty server, I almost regret tipping. read more

Manager Jennifer and Waiter Nick were great. I was unhappy with the meal and they made up for it. The nicest service at an Applebee's by far. read more

Everything was great--the service, the food, and the atmosphere. Had a good night and some really delicious drink specials

Heard about Applebee's are open at the boulevard wanted to try it out. When we walk in they check the vaccine card which is a plus. The restaurant is pretty big and a little cold since air condition is on. The booth are pretty comfortable. There are tv almost every where which is good can watch some football game. The staff are very friendly. The service is pretty good. The foods came pretty fast and very tasty. Will definitely come back here again. read more

Favorite. Good people very good service. I had a really good time there on Mother's Day

We showed up here close to noon. Restaurant was mostly empty but a few tables and a couple of them were occupied by employees either having lunch or on their phone. I waited for a hostess to seat me for about 20 minutes, before I got annoyed and left. My dining partner even went to the restroom while I waited with no luck. The employees seated just glared at me never offering to help or at least let the staff not on break know that there were customers waiting to be seated. At least this helped me find a local small mom and pop eatery that was very delicious with awesome customer service! read more

I know that with Applebee's, its not uncommon to expect food that was once frozen. However, when I went here the food was still half frozen. Also, I ordered a salad and it was completely and totally DRENCHED in dressing. It is as if they poured an entire bottle on this one salad. It was gross. The interior is nice but the food was underwhelming. read more

Horrible!!! Service was terrible!!!! And that is being kind. There was an over abundance of servers and still waited over fifteen minutes to order. We were seated next to the order kiosk and had to hear them complaining and talking about customers amongst others things. Once we ordered an ice tea and seltzer it took another fifteen. No lemon! So why did you ask ? Server that finally came over ( the one doing the most talking ) said oh your server is tied up in the back. I will take your order. I hope she really wasn't tied up !!! Food was horrible! Missing dressing asked two people for it and it finally came. Lastly server came with the check and told me to go on line and pay. Never even asked if I wanted anything else. Needles to say never coming back. Waste of money. Food was subpar and service a night mare. If I could give them no stars I would. read more

Good service by Christ, very friendly too, food is delicious , can drink and watch the sport games, children are happy too

I have not been to Applebees since Covid started and a new location was recently opened. I found it to be as good as before the pandemic and the service was excellent. Beyonce was my server and she attended to everything I needed. The food was better than before and the new location was clean and well organized. I look forward to coming back again. read more

And my opinion is the best Applebee's. This is the only Applebee's I go to in Staten Island the services amazing! Definitely will be visiting this place again. read more

The owner Anthony was super friendly and warmly greeted on entry. Tim the waiter was first rate with his service, recommendations and overall help. The potatoes and corn are now brought in fresh and you can taste the difference. I ordered the snow crab boil and it was so good I forgot to take a picture. I've only had delivery from here in the past and this was my first time actually eating here. I had a great experience, I highly recommend you give this location a try! read more

I gave three stars because I don't really love chain restaurants. Service was good, the waitress was sweet and prompt. Price was good. Would def take my kids back. read more

Walked in the door, only three tables had customers, n no workers or servers were around. After a few minutes waiting someone came out and sat us, we looked at menus n were ready to order but no one came over to table to even take our drink order. We sat patiently another 5-7 minutes n when I looked u saw two waiters near bar n one bartender, I asked if anyone was working, they Ignored me n the two waiters walked off in the opposite direction, so I got up and approached the bartender and asked to speak to the manager. She completely ignored me, but spoke in her headphone, so I walked away n we left. I love Applebees food, but will never ever go to that location again. The disrespect from the employees shocked me, n left a really awful taste in my mouth. Be warned. Do not go to Hylan Blvd location, travel further out and try another one. read more

I have to give it up to this Applebees location especially to Nick. Nick was the bartender when I was there today at around 2pm. This guy is everything you want in an employee. He was nice, friendly, hard working, making sure everyone not only in the bar but in the bar area was eating and drinking, it seemed like from what I observed, the customers and his fellow employees were very fond of him. Little does he know I have worked in food business for a very long time and was very impressed with his work, multi tasking ability and cleanliness he had while I was there.I go to a bunch of places weekly and make sure everything is up to code now. I wasn't on the clock but I always look around since that's what myself and other do, whether I'm on the clock or not. When I asked him his last name I think I surprised him and I think he thought I was unhappy with him but it's not like that at all. I did say as I left it's nothing bad and it is nothing bad. I just want to give gratitude where it is deserved and for him to continue his hard work. From one food industry employee to another, keep slaying. read more

Wonderful experience!!!!! I went for lunch today at Applebee's. You are asked to show your vaccine card which is a positive move towards safety. Our server was Janet...she was amazing. Couldn't do enough for us....so kind and accommodating. We had my friend's little support dog with us. The whole staff smiled when they saw her. The manager, Jennifer, came over to say hello. She was so welcoming. The food was good and came out quickly.....We will definitely be back!! read more
