A craving for Polish food hit, so we desperately tried to find a local place that would not make us long for the dearly departed Polish Place on Corson Ave. Terminal 1 fit the bill nicely. Very tasty homemade pierogi in potato and cheese and meat, followed by crisply grilled kielbasa bursting with juice and accompanied by tangy refreshing pickled beets, carrot salad and cole slaw. Delicious! Good beer list with nice variety of Polish beers. Husband had a nice crisp Okocim, only $6 for a 500ml bottle. Other good options on tap, not just the standard sports bar bud lite crap. Friendly waitress and chef. But did not rate it a five because the ambience is truly weird. Way too many screens--I guess it's going for a sports bar vibe--and crazy loud music, too loud for a half filled joint on a Friday night. But we will definitely add this place to the rotation, despite the fact that it's not a relaxing atmosphere. read more

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I dont usually write reviews, but this needed to be written. Unless you are either from Staten Island, know the owners, or from European decent then don't even bother attempting to come here. Although the pierogis were delicious, it took 19 minutes to get drinks and another 45-50 minutes to get appetizers. When we asked the "server" how long until the appetizers she said 2 minutes....it took another 15. The server did not even ask if we wanted any other drinks let alone silverware OR entrees. Should've realized the great reviews were from people that know people here or work here. I'm glad I don't live here or are from around here to have this place as an option. Went here last night with my group of friends for dinner and karoeke . Tried the taste of Poland on the menu, really delicious, the polish sausage was so good and the perogie .the waiter / bartender anthony was also great. Very friendly, comfy place to go with friends . The karoeke was good too, only wished the dj had two microphones. I like to sing with friends and it is difficult with one, most places for karoeke have two. We stopped here for lunch and got the porgies for and app (potato & cheese) - very good. We also had the BLT chicken salad & Greek salad with chicken too. The dressing comes on the side which is really nice. We were very pleased with our salads as well - good portion size. The people next to us got the polish sausage and that looked very good too. My wife and I stumbled into this place looking for a bar and ended up finding that they have amazing food. Portion sizes are enormous. The staff is great at answering any questions. I ordered the dill salmon and a house salad absolutely loved it. I even had leftovers. My wife ordered the sampler platter and loved it. She said the perogi (idk if I spelled it right?) reminder her of her grandmas. On top of it the drinks were awesome. We've been back twice since. read more
