Definitely the place to go on a Friday night or weekend vibe. It is a great atmosphere to hang out…read morewith friends, drink, eat, and catch up on those late-night gossips. This lounge serves DESSERT! Desserts include: huge milkshakes, ice cream sundaes, and cake slices. Decks of cards are also available if you want to play Go Fish or black jack with your friends, hehe. I was pretty excited to come here because it was my first time trying hookah. My boyfriend and I ordered a single hookah with an "exotic" mix of Sex on the Beach, and Passion Kiss (tip: mixture of exotic flavors costs an extra $5). After my first try, I felt like I was riding on a giant fluffy cloud while listening to Starboy by the Weeknd. It was a magical experience.

I notice that a few people had their laptops and were working, while enjoying some hookah. We were seated right away, and our server was very sweet and friendly. She recommended I try the grill chicken wrap, since it was pretty popular. I also ordered the housemade sangria. It was sweet and tasty, but the wrap was very dry and extremely bland. In the description, it says the chicken is marinated in a chefs blend of unique seasonings and herbs but I didn't taste any ounce of seasoning. My taste buds were so bored and underwhelmed. I believe it was accompanied by a tzatziki sauce, which I had to pour all over to achieve some type of flavor. It was so disappointing and I had to ditch the 2nd half of it. The fries were good but nothing to run back for. The hookah was just okay. We ordered a premium flavor, but there was nothing premium about it. At times, it got very harsh and tasted very ashy. They are very attentive though and come around often to ensure the coal is still active and the hookah is pulling properly.

Wow what a great experience! I must say I will remember "the Alamo"…read more First, buying tickets at the box office was seamless. No, they do not have kiosks to purchase tickets. I was still able to pick my seat and pay my way. Yes, you can still order tickets online but why pay a fee? Second, the theater is immaculate which is another plus. I love a clean theater. I found my reserved seat and wow.. comfortable seat! You see I haven't been to a IRL movie.since last year? Maybe? Ordering food is not new, in fact, Nite Hawk cinema in Williamsburg was a pioneer. I love the way Alamo sends "reminders" to order now because in ten minutes phones go away. Then you order by paper and pen, you know 1800's style. Be careful, if you do not follow the rules: no phone, no talking etc your neighbor aka " FBI moviegoer can fill out the card stating you are creating noise and off to movie jail you go; kicked out of theater. I was in the mood for popcorn and a soda. Michael greeted me right away and took my order. As I waited, I learned from my neighbors that Alamo has a Pre-Show. This one was highlighting cinematography and how directors went from Panavision to 70mm. Additionally, how Paul Thomas Anderson has creatively shot his films from Boogie Nights to Licorice Pizza. Pretty interesting. Michael served me my large popcorn ( only size they sell) it a big metal bowl. I asked for no salt and the popcorn was delicious. I also ordered the pretzel with honey mustard and queso. I must admit, I enjoyed the pretzel and the queso, perfect for a movie. I highly recommend this theater. It is located in Hylan Boulevard plaza. There are plenty of shops and restaurants to visit pre or post movie. So do I recommend "One Battle After Another"? Yes, Leo is in top form. See ya at the movies!

First time to this marina, drove a little over and hour from Nassau County Garden City yesterday…read moreto get there around 12:45pm. Yesterday was Mother's Day and I did not have a reservation, I randomly picked this place to have a lunch with my wife and kids. I went inside and since I didn't have reservations they suggested outdoor dining instead and we were perfectly fine with that. The sun came out and it was absolutely beautiful view, between the boats and water and houses near by I really enjoyed the scenery. We sat near the water; since there were other tables available towards the back for people who didn't want to sit close to the edge. It is kid friendly and has space to accommodate big parties with reservations ahead of time. We were 4 and got seated right away after walking outside the dining area for indoor. Valet parking is included with the restaurant and that was nice since it was busy and the parking lot is shared with boaters and others just enjoying the area. We ordered coke , Shirley temples and one of their special margaritas for drinks. Unfortunately the coke was not tasting the way it was supposed to, it had a bitter taste maybe it was flat, maybe the server gave us diet but we got it replaced 2x and still not difference between the replacement cokes. We all got Shirley temple's instead. Service was pretty good, server helped us take our order and then had bus boys pick up our dishes as we finished them. We had blue point oysters, little neck clams, and the lobster & crab sliders - they were to die for "delicious" as main entree we ordered the stuff chicken breast and the filet of sole franchise; both were delicious and highly recommend!! Side of broccoli robe to go with our meals. There is no Apple Pay, bring physical credit cards or cash.
