Francis was such a delight throughout the evening, but so were the local folks! Met some cool people and had some great conversations! It is a locals working class bar, plenty of beer and whiskey. There is a restaurant/take out joint next door that you are welcome to enjoy there. I got a Sazerac with cognac, I usually get that but this time they didn't have Pierre Ferran for they only had Ansac. I personally don't care for Ansac so I believe it totally changed the taste of the drink. The bartender could tell. I didn't like it and he asked me about four times " Are you sure I change it?
