Old school charm with a long bar, we just had beer and didn't eat there just taking in the oldness and dark wood interior. This is the kind of local flavour I love to visit when travelling so highly recommended for doing just that.

Overdue post: Came here on a Saturday night at around 8pm…read moreback in April for drinks after dinner with a friend. The bar had a table in the front two corner with around 5 chairs per table and a table for maybe 2-3 people in front of the dj/karaoke setup. It happened to be karaoke night. Also, noone was sitting at the bar area at the time. There's also just one bathroom in the back of the bar. Since we just had dinner, we only ordered drinks. As always, we ordered 2 long islands. The drinks were lite at first, so it didn't feel as if there's much alcohol in them, but it hits later. Overall not a bad drink for the cost. I believe it was $12 per drink. Of course one drink isn't enough so we decided to get another drink similar to a long island but has blue curacao. We showed the server/bartender a picture of it and they said they could make it. We've never had the drink before so I can't compare it to other places. The drink was pretty good, but we still prefer the long islands more. Not that the drink didn't have enough alcohol though. Moving onto the vibes of the bar... it's very different from city vibes. It may be that my friend and I were the youngest ones there and everyone else were much older. Kudos to the singers though, they had such good lungs to assist with their singing. They were very much in tune and on beat. Would I come here again? Yes. But maybe not on karaoke night, since it was really difficult to hear my friend speak and have a conversation without asking him to repeat himself.

Came here with my father for an early lunch because the place looked cool!…read more I ordered the breakfast burrito and when it came out there was only egg and cheese in there. When I brought it to the waitresses attention she said it comes with either bacon or sausage and I was like, okay you didn't ask so I wasn't aware. To which she responded that it was on the menu and proceeded to bring over the menu for me to read as if I couldn't understand her. I was really tired that morning so I guess that parts on me for just reading what I want and ordering it, but as someone who's work in the service industry you also clarify what the customer would like. I never said I wanted ONLY eggs. Just the way she handled it was really rude when I didn't even make a fuss I was just confused why there was nothing in my burrito weird energy here if you're not a white townie. Glad my father got to enjoy his corned beef hash though. Only positive in this experience.

Came in as a party of two on a rainy Sunday for their brunch menu and was quickly seated and served. Waiters/waitresses were very attentive and quick to give us menus, waters, take our orders, and clear our empty plates when we finished the app/food. Definitely has a pub/sports bar vibe with bar seating and multiple screens broadcasting pretty much all the sunday NFL games. But they also had ample seating for larger parties and families and it definitely seems like a place that locals visit often. The food was great, though we wouldve liked to try the chicken empanadas if we noticed it on the menu early. Oh wells, maybe next time!

My friends and I and I were having a chill night out so we ordered Angry Orchards, which were only $6 for a large glass! We got the option of having it with/without ice. My friends and I also ordered a few cocktails during the night, which all equated to ~$7 per cocktail. There are darts in the back area, which you can play for free. The main reason why I love this bar are the staff. The bartenders are so friendly and familial; once you chat with them, it feels like you've known them for years! Our waitress was also very attentive, checking in with us frequently and offering water whenever it seemed like our glasses were empty. And when she gave us a complimentary mini-pizza... like WHAT?
