FOOD - I'm a fan of this chain and was in the area for work thought I'd stop by pickup a bagel for breakfast. I'm taking the bagels home to eat but I'm so annoyed with the service I'm posting this review before eating the food. SERVICE - 100% terrible. Someone greeted us hello when we walked in, ok fine. But the girl, she was very young, at the register was impatient I needed to look at the options before ordering. I placed an order and had a special request and she wasn't happy about it. I ordered three bagels needing cream cheese added and then wanted to browse some more to take home sans cream cheese. She made me feel rushed. It was only 945 in the morning idk why she's so cranky and rude to clients. I handed her my card upon payment which she took hastily from my hands then handed it back and walked away. I expected a thank you for your order and receipt. Nope so I walked over to what I assumed is the pickup area. She gave me a bag. I looked inside and a bagel was missing so I waited thinking it's still being prepped. She comes over to me and asks if I needed anything else and I asked about the coffee and the bagel I was waiting for. She pointed out coffee is self serve, great why didn't you tell me that when you took my order and payment. Then about the bagel she says "well I read your order back to you" and proceeds to read it again. I see the bagel was left off and it's no problem I'll pay and get it now. I'm not familiar with the area I don't know if she acted this way because she didn't like the way I looked or because I'm not a regular at the store. Also they do have a restroom but the door is very light. Usually bathroom doors are solid wood heavy. My friend used the bathroom while I got the food and the door swung open hitting the wall. The girl who took my order made a face when that happened. She seemed so annoyed I'll never want to come back to this place. COVID - they have one door for entry and one for exit which is great. I'm not sure if they're limiting capacity but they're not enforcing social distancing. They have two tables in front the the register so you can't get too close I guess but these tables are blocking the bagel display window.

By far one of the best breakfast spots in the area. I went here not hearing that Manhattan bagel is a chain and this one definitely does not feel like a food chain. Every time I walk in I am greeted in such a way that makes me feel like I'm in a family owned business. I have been in the area for three weeks due to work and I have gone here almost everyday for breakfast. I've tried multiple things from the ranchero wrap to the thintastic avocado BLT. Everything is absolutely amazing! There is not one thing I have tried that I did not like. They're coffee is great and the service is impeccable.

Started a tradition that we get bagels every Thursday. Started with me going with my boss and now I am on my own. I warmed up to this place. Everyone is friendly and you are in and out quickly. It is fast to get even two dozen bagels and they provide quick service. The egg and cheese on a croissant is super good. Oh my gosh the amount of cheese is mouth watering. It looks like a gooey melted mountain. Boy it was super super good!! The croissant is so soft and flakey at the same time it's delicious. The fruit is always fresh too. My co worker loves their muffins so much, any kind. They have corn, double chocolate, chocolate chip with sour c

Egg and Cheese Sandwich with Taylor Ham

I moved out of the area in 2020, but I will always cherish the Sunday mornings when I would stop by for my breakfast. A Taylor ham, egg, and cheese on a bagel, along with a cup of freshly brewed coffee never failed to hit the spot. This place is a gem.

    Looks nice on the outside.

There's no restroom in the seating area (I'm sure they have one in the back) and the seating situation is super basic. I decided to eat in anyway, and the cashier very kindly brought me a paper plate with extra napkins. This drunk chicken sandwich (vodka sauce) was enormous; I knew right away that I'd have leftovers. The flavor was excellent. But I wish they wouldn't wrap the sandwich in foil like that. Not only does it look less appetizing, but I t really threatens to make the bread moist on the way to your house. Also I found the chicken a bit chewy. It is a bit out of the way, so there's plenty of parking when you get there.

Do not order this if you do not like olives. I never got served olives on a chef salad. I was hoping for a salad matching their sandwich portions. Little tiny scraps of Ham and cheese and barely a bit of turkey. My guest ordered ham, salami & provolone Sandwich, requested mayo, no mayo. Also requested to heat in oven (warm sub popular in many places). They absolutely refused to serve a heated sub. I will make a can of tuna and dump it over salad for tonight, and she took sub to heat in oven at home. The employee at the counter could tell we were not enjoying this lunch ($40 total) but did not seem to care. I will not be back. I have given this location 5 stars in the past.

We brought it back home and the cutlet was still plenty warm and the romaine was cold and crunchy. My coworker and boyfriend suggest getting some extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping. The place was cutie pie - I liked that they were playing good music and had a silly book of animals I could browse at while I waited for the food to be ready. There was an altercation of two couples yelling at each-other and causing a fuss. Lowkey I wish the manager would have refused service to all 4 of them because why were they being absolutely terrible at 1pm on a Saturday. The staff I encountered were friendly & patient, which is shockingly not the norm these days! I ordered the tuna melt & fries & took a seat at the counter. I was the only one sitting along the counter, but there are also a few tables in the back that had parties at them. My food was ready relatively quickly & was served to me with a smile. The fries were of the steak cut variety, which aren't my favorite, but no fault of the delis - just my personal preference. They were cooked well & served hot - can't ask for much more! The tuna melt was actually a sandwich & not an open faced sandwich, as they tend to be, and I found that to be a pleasant surprise. Open faced tend to get soggy quickly. The tuna was aplenty & it was delicious. The bread was perfectly toasted & buttery as well. I do wish it was served with a pickle spear, though. Not sure if that's the norm & mine was forgotten or if it is not served as such. Either way, I'm obviously grasping at straws. Otherwise, it was a delightful lunch. I'm happy to have discovered The Cutting Board & even happier they are in the immediate area of my job, I will definitely be back to try more.

We came with our toddler for lunch, not expecting to be completely blown away by how fresh everything was. We enjoyed the muhammarah dip and tabbouleh salad as starters. We also tried the gyro platter, which was a stand out dish - each piece of meat was juicy and also charred to perfection. The toum or garlic sauce was the perfect accompaniment and didn't leave us embarrassed of our breath to socialize with others after. Highly recommend this establishment!
