Came here to try the chicken Caesar sandwich and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly, and the owner is fantastic and super engaging. The sandwich itself was fresh, delicious, and amazing. Highly recommend giving this place a try!
Four and one half stars. Finally tried Staci's.They were super busy and I didn't go in prepared so I kind of choked in line and ordered the wrong items. Which were both excellent. But after watching the assembly line of preparers I noticed that 90% of the sandwiches being made were based on chicken cutlets. We ordered a Wildcat which is tuna, lettuce, red onion, tomato with olive spread on a perfectly crusty long roll. As they say, a sandwich is only as good as the bread it's served on and Staci's uses darn good bread. And it was a darn good sandwich. My only minor critique was the temperature of the tuna salad. It was a bit warmer than room temperature. I would have preferred if it was cooler. My wife ordered the Copy Cat which she loved. Sliced turkey, melted Jarlesburg, honey mustard on a warm croissant. Seating inside is very limited so plan to take it to go. I look forward to our next visit. I gotta try the chicken cutlets. Give it a try.
I and everyone I know LOVES Staci's in Verona. Whenever we are in the area we love getting our favorites which is the Caesar sandwich and AP!! The food is incredible and one sandwich-it literally could feed you enough for both lunch and dinner. The quality is always terrific, staff super friendly and those sandwiches are not only tasty but are HUGE. THX for always trying so hard and going the extra mile to help with any allergy requests too. We will ALWAYS come by Staci's whenever we are in the area. Not to be missed- fabulous! Enjoy!
Got to this location and the only parking available was street parking, but I got lucky and found a spot right in front. I came on a weekend, so there was a bit of a line and they only allow about 20 people inside at a time. Even with how busy it was, the staff remained very pleasant and organized. From waiting on line to getting my food, the whole process took about 45 minutes. But the moment I bit into the Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwich, it was totally worth the wait. What a great sandwich--perfect amount of chicken and salad, all on the best fresh bread. I also tried The Zach and The AP, and they were just as good. It's a bit of a ride for me, but when I'm in the mood for a great sandwich, I'll definitely!

My oh my! This place is absolutely worth the hype. I'm still full as I type this; I only managed to finish half of my sandwich from a few hours ago! After seeing Staci's on TikTok, I thought today would be a great day to visit since it was so beautiful outside. Apparently, everyone else had the same idea, as there was a 20-minute wait to get in. Luckily, the line moved quickly and I was able to order around 2:45 (they close at 3:00). Since it was so close to closing time, some people were unfortunately turned away because they were running low on bread and several items had sold out. Fortunately, I was able to try their famous chicken Caesar salad sandwich, which is definitely large enough for two people to share. The bread was soft, the chicken cutlet was crispy, and the salad tasted fresh and vibrant. I also tried the 'AP,' another chicken cutlet sandwich featuring arugula, balsamic glaze, burrata, and peppers (which my partner had removed). All in all, we were thoroughly impressed by the portion sizes, robust flavors, and courteous staff. I will absolutely be returning to try more.
Absolutely phenomenal sandwich! From the first glance, you can tell this is something special. The bread is out of this world one of the best Iv ever had, super soft but firm enough that the sandwich stays put together. The chicken cutlet is perfectly cooked, with a deep golden-brown crust and satisfying crunch in every bite. It's generously topped with fresh, crunchy romaine lettuce coated in a creamy, flavorful dressing and finished with a sprinkle of parmesan. ORDER AHEAD or you will be waiting a long time for your food. The workers are very nice and place is super clean and very nice looking inside.
I am here right now eating the breaded chicken cutlet Caesar salad sandwich on semolina bread. First of all the sandwich is heavy. It feels like it weighs several pounds. I can eat. And when I tell you, I ate 1/8 of the sandwich and was full. It would be no over exaggeration. This sandwich is at least 3 to 4 meals for one person and well worth the price ordering the sandwich online with Uber eats, DoorDash, or one of the other servicers does make for a quicker pick up. They close at 3:00 PM so it appears that after 2 o'clock they slow down significantly and is probably the best time to go. Parking is right on Bloomfield Avenue in the front. I pulled up and got a parking space directly in front of the building. Place looks really clean. Service is a younger crowd but very polite. I highly recommend you trying this sandwich. I also suggest that you bring a friend with you to share the sandwich because the sandwich is 100% too big for a single person to eat. The amount of food that's on the sandwich justifies the price wholeheartedly.
TOP TIER.... Came right before the lunchtime rush and I'm glad I did. Picked up a ceaser sandwich. From the moment I ordered till I got my sandwich was about 10-15 mins but it could take longer if there's a lot of people in front of you. Staff is very friendly and kind. The sandwich was AMAZING. One of the best I've had in a while. Everything from the quality of the chicken and bread to the balance of the lettuce and dressing... it did not disappoint. The portion is huge so please be prepared to save half of split this. I think it's very reasonably priced given the quality and size. Will recommend to others.
Unreal. I've been wanting to try this for so long but it is a bit far from me, so when a family member was in the area and offered to bring a sandwich back for me, I had to try. Even after traveling over 30 minutes, the chicken caesar sandwich was the best I've ever had. The chicken was so thin and crispy, the lettuce was fresh and perfectly dressed, the bread was incredible. Seriously the best sandwich around.

WOW!!! the flavor of that caesar dressing was no joke some of the best caesar dressing I have ever had. Truly, I could not make it better if I tried. Perfect balance of flavors. I'm not even the type to order a caesar salad or wrap, but this changed that for me. It was such crispy cutlet. Fresh and delicious. Bread I got the seeded roll, its from a bakery in staten island or Long Island. I forget, but someone had asked and I overheard. I agree - it was some damn delicious bread. I can't even explain the way I felt when eating this sandwich - so happy!! A massive sandwich its about $20ish but fed me and my parents. Truly the type of sandwich you have and still think about months later.... if you can even make it that long to have it again. Will be returning. Woman owned and operated too! The price feels more than fair, I honestly felt like I bought four regular-sized sandwiches. Both were delicious: one packed with juicy sliced pork and fresh broccoli rabe, and the other overflowing with Caesar salad and a fried chicken cutlet. My partner and I each had a quarter of each sandwich and couldn't believe how much was left, even though we were already full. We'll be back for more!

Okay - I went here because a coworker was insisting that this sandwich was something you had to have. AND OH MY GOODNESS. I think it's my top sandwich I've ever had. We brought it back home and the cutlet was still plenty warm and the romaine was cold and crunchy. My coworker and boyfriend suggest getting some extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping. The place was cutie pie - I liked that they were playing good music and had a silly book of animals I could browse at while I waited for the food to be ready. There was an altercation of two couples yelling at each-other and causing a fuss. Lowkey I wish the manager would have refused service to all 4 of them because why were they being absolutely terrible at 1pm on a Saturday. Not kicking them out promotes they can act like that and have no repercussions. But anywho guess the sandwiches are worth fighting over. I will be returning! read more
Went just passed noon on a Saturday and the wait wasn't too long but there were lot of people - rain didn't stop anyone! The size is so much bigger in person vs. shown online, so come hungry or be prepared to pack leftovers. They're a bit hard to eat like a sandwich so we had to use a fork and knife to cut it up into smaller pieces. I can see why people get a side order of dressing as it could be a bit dry - would recommend doing so (some people get buffalo sauce). read more
Ordered the chicken Caesar sandwich for takeout and honestly - holy moly cow!! This thing was massive, which definitely explains the price. I was a little hesitant when I saw the total. If I'm paying around $20 for a sandwich, it better be worth it... and this absolutely was! It was so so good - fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. Honestly, this was lunch and dinner, and lunch and dinner again the next day. Leftovers can go in the fridge and can be enjoyed the next day just as much. Will be back to try the other sandwiches! Only thing to note is their limited hours, so plan ahead--but it's 100% worth it. read more

Finally got a chance to try this viral foodie spot. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. So nice to walk into such a cheerful place. Very clean inside. Sandwich was absolutely worth all the hype it gets. I got the Cesar salad sandwich and it was excellent all around. Very generous portion size I had to save the other half. Run don't walk. We ordered the big rabe and man do I stand by the fact that the bread makes or breaks the sandwich. It's a hefty price at first glance for a sandwich but this sandwich could feed 4-5 kids or 3 adults without a problem. Staff is friendly and hospitable. Parking street or nearby. The space is cute and offers a number of games and activities for the kiddos to occupy themselves with a few tables and some bar seating. There are also a few seats outside. Grab and go stickers, baked goods chips, bread and drinks. If you want a sandwich come here immediately you will not be disappointed. read more
Finally got to try the famous Caesar sandwich from Staci's. The line was long, but they kept it moving along. The young lady at the register was very friendly, and personable. I try not to be biased, but expectations are always high for me when something gets a lot of attention. The space is small, and because it gets so crowded with the line of people and others waiting for their food, I opted to take my sandwich to go. It didn't travel well. The chicken itself didn't really have the dressing, so that didn't make it soggy, but it wasn't really crispy either. The meat was moist though. I really love that it is a hand breaded fried cutlet, instead of a deep fried frozen chicken patty. The lettuce was overdressed and messy, but probably would've been better consumed right away. I loved the freshness of the bread, and I think it's baked in house like the Caesar dressing is made from scratch. The only thing is it wasn't very flavorful on its own. They ask you if you would like a side of extra dressing and buffalo sauce (which isn't on the sandwich) and it definitely needed the sauce. Without it the sandwich was sort of bland. It's almost a $20 sandwich, but I think for the freshness & scratch ingredients it's a good value. I would return to try other non viral sandwiches. read more

Was the viral chicken cutlet Cesar sandwich worth the drive? Absolutely. Even with the long line at 1pm on a Saturday and packed joint, we were met with very friendly staff and The Sweetest owner. My partner and I somehow finished an entire chicken cutlet Caesar sandwich and yes get a side of the influencer because it compliments the whole thing. The bread and the breaded chicken cutlet were both piping hot and absolutely delicious. Staci stopped by our table and we ended up having the loveliest chat. Before we left, she surprised us with complimentary loaves of bread-such a thoughtful and memorable touch that made the visit feel even more special. Just come: you won't be disappointed. read more
Came here on a Thursday afternoon. Found street parking a block away. The place is fairly small. I waited about 10 min in line and another 10 waiting for my food. I ordered the viral Cesar chicken salad sandwich which was $18. I also got a side of dressing which was another $2. A bit expensive for a 2oz cup. The sandwich was massive and can feed about 4 people. It was pretty good. The chicken needed a little bit of salt and wasnt flavorful on its own, but it was crunchy and not greasy or soggy. The extra Cesar gave it the flavor it needed. I love the fresh bread as well. I suggest eating it as soon as possible for the best taste. read more

The Grilled Caesar Sandwich was delicious. The chicken was tender and seasoned well, the Caesar dressing was flavorful, and the toasted bread added the perfect crunch. Everything tasted fresh and the portion was satisfying. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The boss was especially nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was great, with positive and comfortable vibes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be coming back. read more
Absolutely worth the hype! We visited on a weekday, it was packed. Understandably so. The customer service is the best I've experienced in a while. We visited when their fryer went down and they handled it beautifully. We had to wait a bit longer for our sandwiches but it didn't bother us because Staci & her workers were lovely. It felt like being amongst friends. They genuinely love what they're doing. After our first bites, undoubtedly, we would've waited all day for our sandwiches if we needed to. The bread is crispy, the cutlets were phenomenal and the Cesar salad was crisp and fresh and brought it all together. We had plenty to pack & take away. We still talk about the sandwiches and it's been almost 2 weeks since. We recommend you visit if you're in the area. We recommend you visit even if you're not in the area. Take the drive...or flight..and come get a sandwich at Staci's!! read more

Visited Staci's on a Saturday noon which surprisingly didn't have a line wrapped around the building like social media makes it seem. Definitely a busy place as there was a line inside but The team inside is well oiled and their work flow was on point. They were cranking out sandwiches by the minute. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. Great job to Staci and her team. Now let's get to the best part the sandwich's and oh baby did they all look good as they were making them, lil sloppy as they were just rushing, a few seconds to evenly distribute toppings and for aesthetics would've been nice but it will taste the same eating lol. I chose the Ap just what I was craving. The fresh semolina bread..... crunchy shell and soft inside top tier. Chicken cutlets crispy juicy and good flavor, sandwich overall was delicious. Next time I'll get the known Caesar, but all I can say is if you're craving a good sandwich definitely definitely stop by Staci's. Are you kidding? 5/5 easily! We loved this spot! 30min street parking was easy to find and we really loved our sandwiches. There was plenty of tables and a few high top bar seats. Staci greeted everyone and checked in as we were stuffing our faces lol , she was beyond sweet. The food was fresh and we really loved the semolina bread too - we ordered The AC and the Birdseye. So good, I even had 1/2 for the next day and it was still delish! Would absolutely recommend this spot and can't wait to go back! Thank you Staci!! read more

#FirstTimerAlert and Certainly Not a #LastTimerAlert. Staci's Sandwich Joint in Verona, NJ for lunch today. Street parking was readily available despite the busy Bloomfield Ave. Clean, classy, and modern decor from top to bottom. Staff was welcoming and even asked if it was my first time. Nailed it. Menu had a solid amount of suggestions but not overwhelming. I knew what I wanted before I walked in and it was one of the recs from the Staff. Bonus. Ordered the Chicken Cutlet Caesar Sandwich. Peruse the rest of the shop to put together the meal from soup to nuts. Chips. Cornerstone to every sandwich. Mexican Glass Coca Cola. Wash down the deliciousness. Cookie for the touch of sweetness at the end. Head to the table in anticipation. Sandwich comes out on a small baking tray with parchment paper. Perfect for maximum cleanliness because it was housing this BEAST. Two approximate 8 inch sandwich sections. Semolina. Caesar dressing. Caesar salad with romaine and parmesan piled high on top of Thin and tender Chicken Cutlet. Crisp. Melty. Protein but packed with flavor. Can't say enough. Sent my wife this photo as I was getting ready to dig in. She serenaded me with outrage of not having it and being there. Tackled 1.5 of it and brought home 1/2, with the fixins. Talked with Staff afterwards about how long they've been open. Good discourse about small businesses, constructive criticism from customers, and always seeking to better yourself in the face of feedback. Great mindset on their part. Couldn't agree more. Will. It's like minus 50 outside, I still went back for another chicken Caesar sandwich. This is sandwich heroine. The bread was warm. The cutlets were still warm and so crispy. The crisp and cool Caesar salad was the perfect mate to the seductive chicken cutlets. This has to achieve top sandwich in America status. Overall: Great sandwiches and very friendly staff. Firstly, the staff is very friendly, whether it is Staci herself or the folks working the counter, greeting you and making general chit chat. Then the main event: the sandwiches. These sandwiches deliver on all fronts: Firstly: they are gigantic, at least a meal and a half per sandwich (the last sandwich I got was two solid meals). Secondly: there's no skimping in terms of sandwich contents. These sandwiches may be bursting at the seams (and that is appreciated). Finally: The sandwiches taste great. So far I've had The Big Rabe (roast pork and broccoli rabe) and The Caesar Sandwich (with chicken cutlets). The combination of the pork, broccoli rabe, and sharp provolone worked really well together in The Big Rabe. The cutlets in the Caesar Sandwich were superb. Great food by friendly folks in a convenient location. What's not to love? read more
