The place was cutie pie - I liked that they were playing good music and had a silly book of animals I could browse at while I waited for the food to be ready. There was an altercation of two couples yelling at each-other and causing a fuss. Lowkey I wish the manager would have refused service to all 4 of them because why were they being absolutely terrible at 1pm on a Saturday. As they say, a sandwich is only as good as the bread it's served on and Staci's uses darn good bread. And it was a darn good sandwich. My only minor critique was the temperature of the tuna salad. It was a bit warmer than room temperature. I would have preferred if it was cooler. My wife ordered the Copy Cat which she loved. Sliced turkey, melted Jarlesburg, honey mustard on a warm croissant. Got to this location and the only parking available was street parking, but I got lucky and found a spot right in front. I came on a weekend, so there was a bit of a line and they only allow about 20 people inside at a time. Even with how busy it was, the staff remained very pleasant and organized. From waiting on line to getting my food, the whole process took about 45 minutes. But the moment I bit into the Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwich, it was totally worth the wait. My oh my! This place is absolutely worth the hype. I'm still full as I type this; I only managed to finish half of my sandwich from a few hours ago! After seeing Staci's on TikTok, I thought today would be a great day to visit since it was so beautiful outside. Apparently, everyone else had the same idea, as there was a 20-minute wait to get in. Luckily, the line moved quickly and I was able to order around 2:45 (they close at 3:00). Since it was so close to closing time, some people were unfortunately turned away because they were running low on bread and several items had sold out. I try not to be biased, but expectations are always high for me when something gets a lot of attention. The space is small, and because it gets so crowded with the line of people and others waiting for their food, I opted to take my sandwich to go. It didn't travel well. The chicken itself didn't really have the dressing, so that didn't make it soggy, but it wasn't really crispy either. The meat was moist though. I really love that it is a hand breaded fried cutlet, instead of a deep fried frozen chicken patty. The lettuce was overdressed and messy, but probably would've been better consumed right away. I loved the freshness of the bread, and I think it's baked in house like the Caesar dressing is made from scratch. The only thing is it wasn't very flavorful on its own.
