Ordered the chicken Caesar sandwich for takeout and honestly - holy moly cow!! This thing was massive, which definitely explains the price. I was a little hesitant when I saw the total. If I'm paying around $20 for a sandwich, it better be worth it... and this absolutely was! It was so so good - fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. Unreal. I've been wanting to try this for so long but it is a bit far from me, so when a family member was in the area and offered to bring a sandwich back for me, I had to try. Even after traveling over 30 minutes, the chicken caesar sandwich was the best I've ever had. My oh my! This place is absolutely worth the hype. I'm still full as I type this; I only managed to finish half of my sandwich from a few hours ago! After seeing Staci's on TikTok, I thought today would be a great day to visit since it was so beautiful outside. Apparently, everyone else had the same idea, as there was a 20-minute wait to get in. Luckily, the line moved quickly and I was able to order around 2:45 (they close at 3:00). Since it was so close to closing time, some people were unfortunately turned away because they were running low on bread and several items had sold out. Fortunately, I was able to try their famous chicken Caesar salad sandwich, which is definitely large enough for two people to share. The bread was soft, the chicken cutlet was crispy, and the salad tasted fresh and vibrant. I also tried the 'AP,' another chicken cutlet sandwich featuring arugula, balsamic glaze, burrata, and peppers (which my partner had removed). From the moment I ordered till I got my sandwich was about 10-15 mins but it could take longer if there's a lot of people in front of you. Staff is very friendly and kind. The sandwich was AMAZING. Finally got to try the famous Caesar sandwich from Staci's. The line was long, but they kept it moving along. The young lady at the register was very friendly, and personable. I try not to be biased, but expectations are always high for me when something gets a lot of attention. The space is small, and because it gets so crowded with the line of people and others waiting for their food, I opted to take my sandwich to go. It didn't travel well. The chicken itself didn't really have the dressing, so that didn't make it soggy, but it wasn't really crispy either. The meat was moist though. I really love that it is a hand breaded fried cutlet, instead of a deep fried frozen chicken patty. The lettuce was overdressed and messy, but probably would've been better consumed right away. I loved the freshness of the bread, and I think it's baked in house like the Caesar dressing is made from scratch. The only thing is it wasn't very flavorful on its own. They ask you if you would like a side of extra dressing and buffalo sauce (which isn't on the sandwich) and it definitely needed the sauce. Without it the sandwich was sort of bland. It's almost a $20 sandwich, but I think for the freshness & scratch ingredients it's a good value. I would return to try other non viral sandwiches. read more

Came here on a Thursday afternoon. Found street parking a block away. The place is fairly small. I waited about 10 min in line and another 10 waiting for my food. I ordered the viral Cesar chicken salad sandwich which was $18. I also got a side of dressing which was another $2. A bit expensive for a 2oz cup. The sandwich was massive and can feed about 4 people. It was pretty good. The chicken needed a little bit of salt and wasnt flavorful on its own, but it was crunchy and not greasy or soggy. Absolutely worth the hype! We visited on a weekday, it was packed. Understandably so. The customer service is the best I've experienced in a while. We visited when their fryer went down and they handled it beautifully. We had to wait a bit longer for our sandwiches but it didn't bother us because Staci & her workers were lovely. It felt like being amongst friends. They genuinely love what they're doing. After our first bites, undoubtedly, we would've waited all day for our sandwiches if we needed to. The bread is crispy, the cutlets were phenomenal and the Cesar salad was crisp and fresh and brought it all together. We had plenty to pack & take away. Visited Staci's on a Saturday noon which surprisingly didn't have a line wrapped around the building like social media makes it seem. Definitely a busy place as there was a line inside but The team inside is well oiled and their work flow was on point. They were cranking out sandwiches by the minute. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. Great job to Staci and her team. Now let's get to the best part the sandwich's and oh baby did they all look good as they were making them, lil sloppy as they were just rushing, a few seconds to evenly distribute toppings and for aesthetics would've been nice but it will taste the same eating lol. Secondly: there's no skimping in terms of sandwich contents. These sandwiches may be bursting at the seams (and that is appreciated). Finally: The sandwiches taste great. However, it's much more than that. They also have salads, snacks, and tasty treats to either grab and go or enjoy eating in. 3. I got the Copy Cat sandwich along with a chicken cutlet. And... oh baby oh baby oh BABY! When I say delicious I mean DELICIOUS. The nice woman behind the counter left the chicken cutlet container cracked a bit so it still had a nice crunch when I got home. Also, the aroma! The smell coming from the bag was amazing. I was tempted to pull over and start digging in curbside! 4. BIG portions. The sandwich is stacked! Just WOW! I live 3 mins away so when my husband and I saw Staci's coming soon we were so excited to try and we finally had the opportunity today. I got a chicken cutlet, mayo and lettuce sandwich and he got a chicken cutlet sandwich with peppers and mozz. Both were absolutely delicious! The bread always makes or breaks a sandwich and it was clearly super fresh, crispy but soft on the inside. The chicken was ALSO clearly very fresh, it didn't look or taste like it was made, frozen and reheated like some other sandwich shops. And I definitely appreciated that.
