The staff is super attentive and friendly, and even though there's usually a long line, it moves quickly thanks to how many people they have working behind the counter. Parking is easy with plenty of spots right outside, which is a big plus.One small thing: their Taylor ham is cooked on a grill that leaves a bit of a char line on it, which I'm personally not a fan of. When I order my Taylor ham, egg, and cheese, I always ask for it on the flat grill instead (much better that way) Prices are a little on the higher side, but overall, it's a solid spot for a great breakfast sandwich and a good cup of coffee. read more

I came on a Sunday morning and it was pretty busy, even though it was snowing. They have a lot of workers so the line moves fast, so I would recommend knowing what you want before you get in line. There are tables to dine in, but I noticed a lot of people were just getting takeout. Parking is on the street but there are plenty of spaces. I got a Taylor ham, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. It was good, but nothing special. I wish the bagel was toasted more, there was hardly a crust on it. My Taylor ham was also burnt. However, they did cook the eggs perfectly and I like how they put a slice of cheese on both sides of the bagel. I believe you can ask for no dress or a less amount; therefore, this is rectifiable. I couldn't find really excellent bagels in West New York, NJ so we make the trek to Bloomfield for Hot Bagels Abroad. Their bagels are so fluffy and still chewy on the outside. Asiago is good and so is multigrain and Black Russian. They perfected their bacon egg and cheese. Bacon is always crispy and on point and fried egg well cooked. Bonus points for getting a char on the sausage to get it well seared! Bonus points for crispy hash browns. Can't tell you how many times I received soggy hash browns at a bagel joint! The bagels are so good, that pessimistic Soho NYC coworkers called them "the best they ever had" when I took them to a room full of twenty to thirty something hipster know it alls . You get to know the people in the neighborhood just by spending the time eating your breakfast or lunch (ask for a club card buy 10/get 1 Free) sandwich in the very accommodating cozy interior, with clean tables, bathrooms, and even satellite TV. Outdoors in the spring and summer they have tables with umbrellas for those who want fresh air. In the winter at the holidays they have the biggest tree in the town of Bloomfield, have a fire pit, run drives for schools and kids, this place is an institution of the community. I went around noon on a Monday. They were still pretty busy, with a short line. I ordered 3 rainbow bagels with funfetti cream cheese. I was warned that it was just food coloring and that it would taste like a normal plain bagel. They were right, it tasted like a normal bagel. They have a wide variety of bagels, they even have "flagels" (flat bagels for those healthy conscious folks) and they have a large cream cheese spread!
