The aesthetic in here is amazing! There isn't really space to sit here and eat or drink other than one couch but none the less it's very cute in here. Service was quick as I was only the second person here. I got the blueberry cheesecake latte 16oz price is typical to other place like 9 bucks since it's a speciality drink. The flavor was unbelievable! Like amazing! It's delicious! I was skeptical about the flavor but wow! On the first sip I was sold. It also comes with a heart shaped straw which I loved! Can't wait to come back!

Stopped by to try this new shop. They have a parking lot. The decor inside is super cute. Loved the vending machine. Limited seating inside so be ready to take your drink to go. I've been twice now. Once I tried the banana caramel latte and the second time I tried the salted pistachio latte. I also tried their butter croissant and their chive cream cheese filled croissant. My faves so far: banana caramel latte and the chive cream cheese croissant. Both were so good! The croissant was flavorful and the latte was a good blend of sweet and strong. They have friendly service and they warm up the croissants to you. The pistachio one was good but not better than the banana one in my opinion.

We actually arrived an hour before opening, but the owner -- who was sitting outside with another person -- greeted us with a big smile and invited us in anyway. He asked where we were from and spoke passionately about crafting his flavors fresh every day, using real ingredients. You could tell he genuinely cares about the experience. He offered us a sample of a dragon fruit flavor he was experimenting with -- it was light, clean, and bursting with natural fruit flavor. No artificial aftertaste, just smooth, refreshing perfection. We ended up ordering the pistachio baklava, and it was hands-down one of the best gelatos we've ever had. The pistachio was rich, nutty, and full-bodied -- not that artificial green stuff you get in most places. The baklava pieces added just the right amount of texture and sweetness, without overpowering the balance. It was creamy without being too heavy, and every bite made you want to slow down and savor it. There was also plenty of parking, and we got to sit outside to enjoy our treat in peace. We never felt rushed -- just welcomed and appreciated. We were so caught up in the moment, we forgot to ask his name -- but his kindness and passion won't be forgotten. This place is a gem. If you're looking for authentic, thoughtfully made gelato, this is it. We'll definitely be back -- probably with friends. *Update: We went back to Bosa Gelato last night and loved the experience even more. The place was very active and spotless, even during the final hour before closing. We shared a cone with strawberry and mint chocolate -- both flavors were delicious! The mint had a refreshing cooling effect without any lingering aftertaste, and the strawberry was perfectly sweet without being overpowering. The two young ladies working were super friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It was lovely to see the shop so lively at night!

I ordered a large latte with cinnamon, a croissant for chocolate chip cookies and a heated cinnamon roll. All this took 20 minutes to get. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the amount of people and took very long time to fulfill the order. Which was unfortunate because the coffee is actually pretty good, and it looks like they have a lot of events at this space that would be fun to come back to. Like a poetry open Mike game nights art painting. But the care in service leaves a lot to be desired. The cinnamon roll was soft and tasty and not overly sweet, which I appreciated and the chocolate chip cookies were also very good. the croissant was smashed inside the take away container as an afterthought and not with any care. This is something that I believe warrants attention by Management to train the staff. And waited essentially 25 minutes after ordering for
