Great drink selection and I was lucky enough to have a slice of warmed king cake during my visit. If you haven't had the privilege of tasting king cake, it is a must try! We love PJ's, and will travel 30 minutes just to visit. The staff are always kind and attentive. They offer a great variety of unique coffee beverages, and the coffee is always rich and flavorful. Additionally, the drinks are always very consistent. Coffee is never bitter, always fresh, etc. I am a huge fan of their iced latte. The beignets are incredible, which is truly the reason why we go. They are served hot and fresh. They are never soggy, and are always prefect. Be prepared to wait for them, however, as they are made to order. They are WORTH IT! I wish that they had offered ceramic cups for dine-in. I found the front of house quite trained and attentive. The cashier ensured that I clarified whether I wanted a hot or iced drink. At the handoff plane, the barista made eye contact to confirm that I was getting the right drink. 24 hours later, I can still feel my teeth. Went next-door with the family for a birthday party and with all the activity I felt a slight need for coffee so I visited Pj's. Environment was very quiet. The ladies were extremely quick with the service and very polite. Coffee was hot and tasty. I didn't enjoy the service but I wish they would've at least asked me if I wanted cinnamon in my cappuccino or even sugar. Not a big thing they do have a drink bar to set up your own drinks considering their environment is a little bit on the Starbucks side, which didn't seem too original. I always enjoy the coffee here, and they offer a great selection of food to pair with your coffee or tea. There's plenty of indoor seating, making it a comfortable spot to relax. I tried the red velvet coffee and really liked it. They've recently added a pickup window, which is very convenient. I decided to stop by PJ's. I haven't been here in over a year. I arrived 20 min before closing yet it seemed like it was 5 min before. They had only one flavor of coffee, Santa's Helper. The cream was put away so I had to ask for it. The seats were already up on the tables. It was very disappointing going here today. I may or may not be back. I didn't know what to get for a drink and I asked the barista and she recommended her favorite honey and cinnamon and it was so good! Rip off! Awful! My 20oz iced coffee was $6.50! The pastry was stale too. This place is ridiculous. It makes Starbucks seem cheap. If you order an iced coffee with light ice, they charge you $.75 extra!!!! If you order no ice, they charge you $1.50 extra!!!! And the place is a mess! No toilet paper in the dirty bathroom. Tables have stuff on them. Garbage overflowing. You aren't allowed to use the new baby changing table. Several signs by bathrooms say "customers only." Very unwelcoming. This place is horrible. I wrote about the incorrectly prepared coffee which got me sick, and to add insult to injury, did not receive reward points (which I could care less about). I think I found my new favorite cafe spot to do work. It has nice vibes, good coffee, nice people, but especially has amazing baked goods! I had a no sugar caramel iced latte which was okay, but I wouldn't recommend "no sugar" flavor. And there baked goods were truly amazing and fresh! I had the blueberry scone and beignet. What a lovely new addition to our neighborhood! I don't drink coffee daily, I usually have it more as a treat and I think that is because I am sick of these chain coffee spots. My husband and I were so excited when PJ's came to the area. My husband is a coffee snob and he LOVES their coffee, which in my mind shows that it is good coffee. First time trying this place. Walked in. Great vibe. Very nice ambience and decor. Welcoming exterior and interior. Welcoming faces. They also have a walk up window outside for quick to go orders. Inside there is a lot of New Orleans inspired colors and finishing details / touches. Tried vanilla Latte. Good taste. Good temperate. No latte art, however. So if that's your thing don't get your hopes up. Would definitely order again, though. Wife tried a seasonal drink that wasn't much her jam. But we like trying new things either way. Also tried the beignet which was fresh hot and delicious! And lastly we shared a bacon egg croissant. Unfortunately, the sandwich was not warmed up enough so the center was still rather cold. This place is one of the nicer coffee shops in the area. Gave it 4 out of 5, only for disappointment with breakfast croissant sandwich being cold. And the service was spectacular. Smiles. Although I've seen a lot of poor reviews, I'd say that PJ's is a solid coffee shop in the area. The coffee was solid and the spinach pastry was delightful warmed up. The young girls behind the register are just young girls so I don't really get why everyone's being so harsh - they're trying their best and were really sweet to me! read more

Not to be tough on this business, today is its first day it's not going to well least for us, the coffee is premade and yet it still took time to come out. Not really happy about the lack of customization since we can't always have dairy but we gave it a shot, not happy about things being premade especially for a new coffee shop. Not sure I'd really recommend this place since the coffee is not that great the service is still learning but obviously it can be seen that our drinks came out last compared to everyone else not too thrilled about this place at all. We waited a long time for them to open. Very disappointing not coming back. Call me a tough critic but moving forward for the business this would be a learning experience. read more
