was told by my lady she "had a surprise" for me and surprised I was!! Love me a goated cannoli spot, especially one with staff as cool & welcoming as these guys are, also got a photo with Santa upon arrival (although he slimmed down a bit I gotta say, what's ya secret Saint Nick?) Gingerbread cappuccino had just the right boost and as you see in the picture, these cannolis are to die for.

Cannoli donut with chocolate chips - soooo good!

What a great place! An amazing cannoli shop that makes their cannolis there on site for you and you get to choose your toppings and drizzle. Tried their cannoli donut with chocolate chips and also had a cappuccino - both were very, very good. Brought home three cannolis too - topped with chocolate chips, rainbow cookies, and sprinkles. Very delicious! The place is really cute - very cool decor! The men that work there are very nice and helpful. It's really a wonderful place that even has a nice touch of Italian TV and music playing. Definitely plan on going back again!

We actually arrived an hour before opening, but the owner -- who was sitting outside with another person -- greeted us with a big smile and invited us in anyway. He asked where we were from and spoke passionately about crafting his flavors fresh every day, using real ingredients. You could tell he genuinely cares about the experience. He offered us a sample of a dragon fruit flavor he was experimenting with -- it was light, clean, and bursting with natural fruit flavor. No artificial aftertaste, just smooth, refreshing perfection. We ended up ordering the pistachio baklava, and it was hands-down one of the best gelatos we've ever had. The pistachio was rich, nutty, and full-bodied -- not that artificial green stuff you get in most places. The baklava pieces added just the right amount of texture and sweetness, without overpowering the balance. It was creamy without being too heavy, and every bite made you want to slow down and savor it. There was also plenty of parking, and we got to sit outside to enjoy our treat in peace. We never felt rushed -- just welcomed and appreciated. We were so caught up in the moment, we forgot to ask his name -- but his kindness and passion won't be forgotten. This place is a gem. If you're looking for authentic, thoughtfully made gelato, this is it. We'll definitely be back -- probably with friends. *Update: We went back to Bosa Gelato last night and loved the experience even more. The place was very active and spotless, even during the final hour before closing. We shared a cone with strawberry and mint chocolate -- both flavors were delicious! The mint had a refreshing cooling effect without any lingering aftertaste, and the strawberry was perfectly sweet without being overpowering. The two young ladies working were super friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It was lovely to see the shop so lively at night!

Gym, Tan, Creamatory!!!!!…read more Summer time in Jersey is all about GTC, and not Gym, Tan, Laundry (GTL)... How can a summer be complete without indulging in a sinfully, decadent, velvety, creamy- ice cream... and this ice cream shop did not disappoint on ALL those levels. The owner, Joe, is a diabolical ice cream genius with the concoctions he has come up with. I have never in my life seen an ice cream menu to this extent ever before. When I heard about this spot I had to come and check it out for myself, AND I was blown away... hard ice cream, soft serve, coffee, floats, sundaes, milkshakes- your imagination can run wild here, and this place will still amaze you. Go big AND Go home... I had to "GO BIG" and get a 3 scoop waffle cone (Nutella, Funky Monkey and Cannoli). These were the flavors my tastebuds craved! The best part was the ingredients that went into each ice cream flavor. You can actually see the ingredients packed into each scoop... every bite bursted in robust flavor. With that said, I had to "GO HOME" with 3 different flavored pints. And, since then I've been eating ice cream everyday- SMH! I am sooo amazed by the Cookies-n-Cream. It's filled with soooo many cookies that it's not your average vanilla based cream... so come to the dark side. This is the first time I have fallen in love with a place that makes it by packing that much flavor. Needless to say, winter is coming and these pints will be perfect for a cozy indoor indulgence. MOST importantly... NO freezer burn OR brain freeze! The last thing you want to have is a headache/toothache as you bite down or lick an ice cream cone. In order to compete with the big players in this league, you have to know how to make it from scratch and not cheap out on the ingredients. Having a creamy consistency is HUGE, and tasting ice chips is a BIG no-no for me. Creamatory lives up to the name- which is the icing on the cake... and by the way, they also make their own ice cream cakes. PARTY TIME... This place is built with a huge dining area and party room in the back for some child friendly fun-time. You can either grab some cones or a cake to make your party a memorable one, because with this vast space you can make any kid happy here. FYI: --This is located right off of Rt. 46 in a small shopping center with a large parking lot.

We ordered a banana split, even though it wasn't on the menu. They had the ingredients, so they made it for us in an açaí bowl. The bananas were all at the bottom. I wanted to ask them to put some on top of the ice cream as well, but didn't. Reminder to self...always inquire. They ran out of caramel, and only had chocolate syrup, not the strawberry, so we just took the chocolate syrup. They had quite a few toppings to choose from, and allowed us to try various flavors. We only tried one each. We also ordered a milkshake asked to be made thin, a glass of milk, which they don't sell in the fridge, but poured some since the kid wanted it, and one of their soda's. We then took one home to go. The young man in there was so sweet, genuine, has excellent customer service, friendly, the kind of guy you want working/running your establishment. You rarely see that in a teen, but they're lucky to have him working there. The games were such a nice touch like: tic tac toe, chess, a few we didn't know. It felt like a country home. The ambiance was perfect with the sliding barn doors and decor. Check this place out in Pine Brook, NJ.

I ordered a large latte with cinnamon, a croissant for chocolate chip cookies and a heated cinnamon roll. All this took 20 minutes to get. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the amount of people and took very long time to fulfill the order. Which was unfortunate because the coffee is actually pretty good, and it looks like they have a lot of events at this space that would be fun to come back to. Like a poetry open Mike game nights art painting. But the care in service leaves a lot to be desired. The cinnamon roll was soft and tasty and not overly sweet, which I appreciated and the chocolate chip cookies were also very good. the croissant was smashed inside the take away container as an afterthought and not with any care. This is something that I believe warrants attention by Management to train the staff. And waited essentially 25 minutes after ordering for
