Not sure what the deal is with this Chick-fil-A or why it takes Freakin For-EVER to get your food here but I probably won't be doing that again. I swear the line seems to be moving in the totally opposite direction LOL!! Yeah so I wanted to try the new Spicy Chicken Cheddar Club Sandwich on Pretzel Bun so kudos to their advertising department for that one. Maybe those crafty folks could put their heads together and figure out what's going on with this super slow service here. Anyway, just for the record it's a really solid Spicy Chicken Sandwich offering. I like everything about it from that firm Pretzel Bun, Applewood Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, and Dijon Mustard. My only issue is their Spicy Chicken needs a bit more spice to it so I added their Buffalo Sauce for the win. I'm also a huge fan of their Salads here too so that was my side choice. Service SUCKS! Waited for food at curbside for 30 minutes! Get MORE HELP! Got food and it was all cold!

Order at your own risk! I ordered a Market Salad via the app but didn't receive it with the rest of my order. When I called the store for a refund for the missing item, I was told they don't issue refunds, only offering to replace the item on my next order and directing me to call Chick-fil-A Cares for a refund. Chick-fil-A Cares said refunds are at the store's discretion; however, if the request is made through them, the store will honor it. They requested a refund and then received a call from Wayne Chick-fil-A customer relations. After re-explaining the situation, I was told they'd speak to the store manager and get back to me, but I haven't heard anything since. Posting a review only got me another offer to replace the item on my next visit, but I don't plan to return due to the poor service. This experience has been disappointing, with unclear policies, poor customer service, and nonsense red tape between the franchise and corporate. It's unfair to be charged for something not received, and I would like my money back and never to set foot in here again. read more

I have been wanting to try this place for sometime now and I was not impressed at all. We got the chicken nuggets and grilled chicken sandwiches with Colby jack cheese, ehh not so great, a friend told me I should have tried the crispy fried chicken sandwich instead. Chick-fil-A needed some love on here and I am more than happy to provide it. While there was a bit of a line, it moved quickly and we had no complaints. The food also came out in a very timely manner, despite it being a full house. Now to the food. I want to start by saying - this is fast food. No matter all the hype and all the attention it's s currently getting, people tend to forget that this is still classified as fast food. With that being said, it's the best fast food I've ever had. The original chicken sandwich was delicious, cooked perfectly, juicy, with the perfect amount of crunch. My sister went as far as to say that it was the best chicken sandwich she's ever had. The chicken nuggets were also good, on the smaller side, but better than any chicken nugget competitors offer. The waffle fries were just alright, good enough but nothing special. The chick-fil-A sauce was our favorite dipping option out of all the options offered. My favorite part of the meal though was the chocolate milk shake....damn that was so yummy. I'm a fan and will be back in the future when I feel like treating myself to some fast food again. read more

Love their food ! Been in numerous Chick-fil-a all over the country. This one in Wayne is poorly run. The employees have not been trained properly and they need a new manager. I waited 30min After placing an order for one spicy chicken sandwich! Lots of employees walking around , talking .. some working , some looking exhausted and yawning. Didn't see a manager or anyone in charge. Hope they get their act together and improve their customer service and experience .. love their food.. very disappointing first visit . Hope people realize Chick-Fil-a is not like other fast food places. I always appreciate their service .. even in airports they are impeccable. Highly disappointed and shocked at the lack of service at this Chick Fil A location. For a restaurant known for its excellence and quality in food and service, this particular location is sorely lacking. If you were in a famine and this Chick Fil A was the last restaurant open, you'd most likely die of hunger before your food even got to you. Take it from my 1 hour wait time for "fast food," or any of the number of people around me: both those who mobile ordered well ahead of time, and those who ordered in the restaurant. The food tastes great, but if you're with a group who ordered separately, no one will be eating together, lest their food gets cold before everyone's has been prepared. TL;DR The great tasting food isn't worth it; there's a perfectly good Shake Shack next door. read more

Stopped here for the first time...I will avoid this location in the future. The line was out the door only to see available tables and the wait was mainly ordering food. They don't have the employees standing on line taking your orders like I've seen most Chick Fil A do. This place is slow...while on line I was able to download the app, create a new account, select food for 3, add my debit card and we still waited an additional 15 mins for our food. Terrible! I love chick fil a butncorporate needs to send these employees to chick fil a boot camp . I felt I got McDonald's service here . Waited well over an hour for food and when my husband complained they said they "accidentally" erased the order . Then we had to wait yet again . Finally got our food , food was good but the wait and service made me cringe . My husband went back to give them another chance he said he still waited a very long time for his meal . Stop accepting orders that you know you can't fulfill, make people wait 40+ minutes for food they already paid for, and then at the last minute say "the kitchen is closed", then offer a cookie and NO REFUND. The food isn't even that good either. read more

I understand this is a new business and the staff is not yet completely properly trained but there should be more effort to train the staff to be more efficient. I mobile ordered my food (on a weekday) and came in waited and got my food. I told one of the guys who works there that I'm just waiting on my two drinks that I ordered with my food. He said okay and I waited there for 20 MINUTES FOR TWO DRINKS after receiving my food. How does it possibly take 20 minutes to fill two cups with a drinks from the soda machine????
