I tried there new chicken bites with spicy barbecue sauce and it really didn't stand out for me. The sauce was not at all spicy and it just wasn't great barbecue. The chicken had pieces of cartilage and was very chewy. The fries were OK. I did also try one of their tenders, and I didn't like that most of the "spicy "seasonings were truly just powder rather than having seasoned the meat before cooking it. It's nice that you have the option to either go up to the register or order on the screen, it allows more people to put an order at the same time. There is a lot of seating inside and plenty of parking since it's in a strip mall

A Gluten-Friendly Nugget Haven in Chatham…read more First time at The Nugget Spot - Chatham, and I'm so glad a friend introduced me. I just wish they'd open one closer to Bergen County! As someone with a gluten allergy, I was a little nervous at first, but the grilled nuggets are a total lifesaver, and they even have broccoli as a side. I went with the medium grilled combo and paired it with the Smokin' J's BBQ sauce -- the nuggets were juicy, packed with flavor, and incredibly fresh. The portion was generous enough that I brought home leftovers for later. I also tried their homemade blueberry lemonade, it was refreshing. For anyone who can enjoy gluten, the wings and nuggets looked amazing -- and the sauce options alone could spark a serious debate! Service was quick and friendly. It wasn't crowded when we walked in, but I can definitely picture this spot getting busy during peak hours. The staff was fun to joke with, and the place was clean with plenty of parking. It's a great spot to get tasty food fast. Downsides: limited seating, so not ideal for larger groups wanting to dine in, and no bathroom on-site. Being part of a strip mall, though, you've got other stores nearby if needed. If I lived closer, this would definitely be a staple spot. Highly recommend for anyone looking for flavorful, fast, gluten-friendly nuggets!

It's not just your blended pink slime stuff, but they're really more like bites of chicken tenders. The breading is perfect and just a thin coating, and the plethora of sauces will keep you coming back for more flavor! If anything, I wish they sold a flight of sauces because I've yet to try them all and find my favorite. Also nice that they do ice cream floats now! The sides are no afterthought either, and even the broccoli is so tasty and worth getting. They also do have monthly or seasonal specials, so keep an eye out for that (think it's turkey for November)!

Top tier customer service!…read more Ordered online ahead of time and food was ready on-time and well packaged. Had their food once before but this was first time going to pick up food myself. Place was bustling on a weekday afternoon. Most pick up experiences are pretty mundane and not memorable, you get your food and go. However, the staff who serviced my order was so gracious that I was honestly taken aback - I had never been treated so special for such a quick interaction with just a few kind words. All this to say that the smallest moments do make a big difference in the food space and because of this staff, Fluffies has earned my deep loyalty. I did not get his name but if he ever gets a chance to read the reviews, I know he would know it's him, I hope he has a good day and gets a raise, for real. It's very rare to get this type of service anymore. Thank you.

Mega. Best hot fried chicken I've had, bar the original good truck version of Main Chick Hot Chick…read more(which has now franchised and is no longer as good). My go-to is the medium chicken sandwich (which I think is likely the best spice level), with coleslaw on the side as I am not a fan of that. The pickles that come with it are great- make sure you get a lot of extra honey packets to make it even more delicious! I will say, I strongly dislike their fries with the birdies french fry seasoning. I tend to forget and always get it, and never enjoy them- it really kinda ruins them. Try at your own risk of not enjoying the fries! I'd get the regular ones, but they're nothing to speak home about. The loaded fries with chicken tenders are solid (friend enjoys them) but I'd go for the sandwich. Recommend coming here!

I ordered the bird in the bun (sandwich), dusty fries and a side of coleslaw. It is not a saucy chicken, but they put sauce on it The sandwich was really good, but the tender was longer than the bun and there was left over bun as per the chicken to bun ratio. Still a heavy tender tho. Served with coleslaw and pickles inside. The dusty fries reminded me of some desi seasoning, like chaat seasoning or pani puri mix. And the coleslaw was basic, a little too mayo-y for my liking but did the job.

My father and I were in the area, waiting to pick up food, and needed to wait another 30 minutes. So I decided to check this place out. I didn't order anything fancy as I didn't want the food to take too long to prepare. So I ordered the chicken tenders meal that were at the counter. I expected the tenders, fries, and biscuit to be warm and not crispy; but they were hot and crispy. We were pleasantly surprised. Additionally, it came with a ranch dipping sauce, which was a tiny bit spicy... a nice touch. For about $12, we received 4 pieces of tenders, a honey biscuit, fries, and a drink. I didn't want the drink, so I asked if we may substitute the drink for another side, but they denied our request. The seating area itself is mostly clean and was empty on a Friday afternoon. I deducted one star because there was a chicken wing bone on the floor, and it kind of bothered me. The fact that the restaurant was empty, the staff should have been paying extra attention to the cleanliness of the place. Overall, the food is the most important part, and I enjoyed the food I tried yesterday. So I plan on visiting again to try their other menu items. InShaAllah.

This level of service truly goes the extra mile and is a cornerstone of what makes a simple meal memorable. I settled on ordering the Crispy Chicken Sandwich combo that comes with a sandwich french fries and a drink. The packaging is nice and cool. From the moment it was handed over, wrapped neatly, the anticipation was high. The first bite confirmed that this was a good sandwich experience. It was substantial in size, cooked perfectly to achieve that elusive balance incredibly moist and tender on the inside, encased in a shatteringly crispy, golden-brown crust on the outside. The seasoning was spot-on flavorful without being overpowerin. This is a good spot to check out, if you are around American dream mall.
