10/10 experience!! I ordered their biggest platter of chicken (50 pc) 2 days ahead and when the day came it was ready right on time and hot!!! They helped me load it into the car and left it slightly uncovered and it stayed crispy even after the 30 minute ride to my destination. The quality of the chicken is also top notch, none of those mutated pieces you find at fast food places and it actually tastes better anyways. I could actually taste the brine in the meat, so so sooooo good. The crowd loved it and I will definitely be back! read more

Ordered a big spread for NYE and the chicken had a great flavor. Pepperoni pizza (halal!) also fun and tasty, standard amount of cheese and pepperonis. We got some mac and cheese on the side also good. I loved the honey biscuits, so unique and delicious. Crispy wings as well :) my sister orders from here often and always has had a great experience! Although I wasn't a fan of the original flavor wings or the other sides, the fried chicken is great and so is the pizza, AND our big order came on time with everything fresh. read more

I have been eyeing Krispy Kruncchy Chicken for a long, long time now. Probably since it opened. And I finally got to try it yesterday and was so excited. My father and I were in the area, waiting to pick up food, and needed to wait another 30 minutes. So I decided to check this place out. I didn't order anything fancy as I didn't want the food to take too long to prepare. So I ordered the chicken tenders meal that were at the counter. I expected the tenders, fries, and biscuit to be warm and not crispy; but they were hot and crispy. We were pleasantly surprised. Additionally, it came with a ranch dipping sauce, which was a tiny bit spicy... a nice touch. For about $12, we received 4 pieces of tenders, a honey biscuit, fries, and a drink. I didn't want the drink, so I asked if we may substitute the drink for another side, but they denied our request. The seating area itself is mostly clean and was empty on a Friday afternoon. I deducted one star because there was a chicken wing bone on the floor, and it kind of bothered me. The fact that the restaurant was empty, the staff should have been paying extra attention to the cleanliness of the place. Overall, the food is the most important part, and I enjoyed the food I tried yesterday. So I plan on visiting again to try their other menu items. InShaAllah. read more

I was in South Paterson for work and I was driving down the street looking for somewhere to eat. I couldn't read most of the signs in this area and stopped at a place that called itself a deli, but wasn't a deli at all. And then I went on yelp and saw there was a fried chicken spot down the street. Thank you yelp! I wasn't sure If this was considered the hood or not, because people always say you gotta go to the hood to get fried chicken! I'm usually skeptical to try places like this when I'm too far from my own bathroom, but f**k it, at least I can read the menu. I got 2 pieces of fried chicken and fries for under 5$. It was banging, so this must be the hood! The fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. I don't know what magical recipe the have or what they did to those fries, but it worked! My biscuit was a little dry, nothing a little butter can't fix. I can't speak for the pizza but I appreciate the variety. The service was quick and friendly. The prices were cheap. They had limited inside dining and outdoor as well, although nobody was eating outside, I guess cuz this is the hood? I'm not going to drive 20 minutes out of my way for some fried chicken, but if your in south Paterson or Clifton, they're at the corner of Crooks and Main Ave. and can fry the s**t out if a chicken. I kept expecting to see Gus from Breaking Bad show, but he didn't. And I didn't even have to run to the bathroom. read more

I ordered a whole pizza pie but was instead given a few slices that had clearly been sitting out in the window for a while. The pizza tasted stale and unpleasant. This was not what I paid for, and the quality was very disappointing. I won't be returning read more

I ordered a chicken sandwich and a biscuit and it was so dry. I didn't like it. I I hate it. I would never go back to her again one star

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The service and attitude is horrible. The chicken wasn't even cooked all the way. They didn't want to give me a refund and the manager told me the chicken suppose to look like that. It was pink. The person next to me was even waiting for their food and the cashier stated he "forgot". This type of service is such a waste of time. I highly don't recommend going here. read more

The chicken is good but the chicken tenders is the real hero. It is juicy and flavorful. The honey biscuit is to die for! Great work!

Not sure why my review keeps getting removed.. I'm speaking facts here and feel the community should be made aware of these facts. The food is half decent so not much to complain about there but the staff including the manager who whoever he is claiming to be are probably the most rudest people I have ever come across. They get angry if you say can I use credit or debit and then throw your food onto a tray as if they are doing you a favor. The experience here was so bad that I almost felt afraid sitting with my children at a table. As you can see, I'm not the only one with this complaint, other reviewers have felt the same .. just go through the "self created" praised reviews. No more krispy for me and the many family members I will warn from going there again. Manager / Owner needs to get kicked out and the ENTIRE staff re-placed... maybe then they have some hope. By the way, if you do go here.. good luck - you may just get towed by their towing company. read more

I am so sad that now krispy krunchy chicken is so cheap on garlic sauce. Last 2 order, I didn't get any of garlic sauce. I bought a lot of meals and sides for those orders. I have to ask them for it, and they just gave 2. I hope they understand that the garlic sauce is one of couple reasons why we love krispy krunchy chicken! read more

Very worst experience ever had during dine in, the staff was rude and very disrespectful behavior with all clients shocked when found the manager itself doing this kind of behavior and his coworkers follow him same way over food complaints. The way they humiliated clients felt they don't need you to come back to store. Not recommended, Don waste money to go this place try somewhere else. read more

I had the worst experience ever. The chicken shawarma tasted incredibly dirty, and I even got food poisoning from it. To make things worse, the staff were cleaning the floor right before serving the food, which was extremely unhygienic. read more

We did take out order and the pizza next morning smelled bad with the chicken almost turning blue. Not sure, since when the pizza was out that they put to sell. I had to throw it in the garbage. I would've come back as only fries were good but gyro was ok but the front register guy was very rude and only interested in charging for items without even answering any questions or help. I do not understand how there arent more reviews up for this spot. Their food is excellent. I'd come here for the honey-glazed butter biscuits alone. It's some of the best biscuits I've ever had. Their fried chicken is done well. I'd be curious to see chicken & waffles here. It would probably be amazing. My boy and I also had their chicken sandwich. The chicken was so tender, it felt like it melted in my mouth. For half a second I thought I ordered a fish sandwich. I really liked the sandwich! If I had any complaint about the chicken sandwich, it would be I wish it was crispier on the outside. We also ordered sweet & sour wings! SO GOOD. Reminded me of chinese food! I LOVED it. I CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK HERE! read more

I was extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant! It was clear the staff was either undertrained or just not motivated to provide any level of decent service read more

Bad customer service. Chicken came out cold and undercooked. Needs improvement. Prices are high for the quality of food being served.

If you've seen this place passing by or it popped up on your maps and you're debating whether or not to try it out, do yourself a favor and try it. The chicken is juicy and perfectly breaded. The biscuit is soft and chewy with honey on top. It's more expensive than KFC, because they are nothing alike. KKC Krispy Krunchy Chicken is to KFC what Shake Shack is to McDonald's. Amazing restaurant. My go-to halal spot in Paterson! You have to try their honey-glazed biscuits and their cajun chicken tenders!

Ordered delivery after having a craving for fried chicken. The chicken was okay, as were the mashed potatoes with gravy. The mac n cheese had a good consistency but needed salt. Although the meals are supposed to come with a honey butter biscuit, mine came with a blueberry biscuit which I was not at all a fan of (way too sweet). My bf ordered a honey biscuit and it was drenched in honey and possibly oil. Again, not worth the 5 mile run it would probably take to burn it off. read more

I was craving fried chicken and wanted to try out a new spot. Based on the few, but great reviews this place had, I decided to come here. As someone mentioned, the place is clean and bright, which is nice and the employees are friendly. *Note* - The location moved down the block to: 1143 Main St, Paterson, NJ 07503 We ordered 8 piece Krispy Chicken ($11.99), red beans & rice ($2.99), a large seasoned fries ($2.99), and 2 honey butter biscuits ($0.89 each). I have to say the chicken was cooked perfectly, it was not dried out and hard. It was nice and crispy on the outside, hot and tender on the inside. My issue with it was that it was lacking a bit in flavor. Enjoyable, but definitely could have been seasoned a bit better. As for the sides, the fries were tasty but they were mostly soggy, like they'd been left hot in a closed container for too long. The honey butter biscuits were tasty, but undercooked, and for the red beans & rice, the beans were alright, but the rice was kind of hard, and undercooked it was lukewarm. With COVID, there's no dine-in but they do have a little seating area outside the place. There's a small parking lot in front, but it was full. We were able to find parking right around the corner. There was a line to order when we got there, but it moved quickly. Prices are OK. Reading the other reviews, I wonder if we just got unlucky especially with the sides. I might give this place another try at some point. Tl;dr: OK prices, fried chicken cooked well, but needs more flavor, sides not so great, clean place, friendly staff, bright and clean place with little outdoor seating area. Some open street parking plus a small lot in front. read more
