Ordered a big spread for NYE and the chicken had a great flavor. Pepperoni pizza (halal!) also fun and tasty, standard amount of cheese and pepperonis. We got some mac and cheese on the side also good. I loved the honey biscuits, so unique and delicious. Crispy wings as well :) my sister orders from here often and always has had a great experience! Although I wasn't a fan of the original flavor wings or the other sides, the fried chicken is great and so is the pizza, AND our big order came on time with everything fresh.

The delicious crispy and crunchy chicken so crunchy on the outside and very juicy on the inside. It is very very delicious. It made my stomach tingle. The service is above and beyond and ambience is as well. The tables are so shiny I could saw my own face. It was so amazing so clean so the service was way better than a Michelin stars restaurants so is ambience and the food. My favorite chicken spot in Patterson will get it every day from now on.

I have been eyeing Krispy Kruncchy Chicken for a long, long time now. Probably since it opened. And I finally got to try it yesterday and was so excited. My father and I were in the area, waiting to pick up food, and needed to wait another 30 minutes. So I decided to check this place out. I didn't order anything fancy as I didn't want the food to take too long to prepare. So I ordered the chicken tenders meal that were at the counter. I expected the tenders, fries, and biscuit to be warm and not crispy; but they were hot and crispy. We were pleasantly surprised. Additionally, it came with a ranch dipping sauce, which was a tiny bit spicy... a nice touch. For about $12, we received 4 pieces of tenders, a honey biscuit, fries, and a drink. I didn't want the drink, so I asked if we may substitute the drink for another side, but they denied our request. The seating area itself is mostly clean and was empty on a Friday afternoon. I deducted one star because there was a chicken wing bone on the floor, and it kind of bothered me. The fact that the restaurant was empty, the staff should have been paying extra attention to the cleanliness of the place. Overall, the food is the most important part, and I enjoyed the food I tried yesterday. So I plan on visiting again to try their other menu items. InShaAllah.

I was in South Paterson for work and I was driving down the street looking for somewhere to eat. I couldn't read most of the signs in this area and stopped at a place that called itself a deli, but wasn't a deli at all. And then I went on yelp and saw there was a fried chicken spot down the street. Thank you yelp! I wasn't sure If this was considered the hood or not, because people always say you gotta go to the hood to get fried chicken! I'm usually skeptical to try places like this when I'm too far from my own bathroom, but f**k it, at least I can read the menu. I got 2 pieces of fried chicken and fries for under 5$. It was banging, so this must be the hood! The fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. I don't know what magical recipe the have or what they did to those fries, but it worked! My biscuit was a little dry, nothing a little butter can't fix. I can't speak for the pizza but I appreciate the variety. The service was quick and friendly. The prices were cheap. They had limited inside dining and outdoor as well, although nobody was eating outside, I guess cuz this is the hood? I'm not going to drive 20 minutes out of my way for some fried chicken, but if your in south Paterson or Clifton, they're at the corner of Crooks and Main Ave. and can fry the s**t out if a chicken. I kept expecting to see Gus from Breaking Bad show, but he didn't. And I didn't even have to run to the bathroom.

I am so sad that now krispy krunchy chicken is so cheap on garlic sauce. Last 2 order, I didn't get any of garlic sauce. I bought a lot of meals and sides for those orders. I have to ask them for it, and they just gave 2. I hope they understand that the garlic sauce is one of couple reasons why we love krispy krunchy chicken!

There is outdoor and indoor dining but since it was blazing hot out I opted to stay inside in the cool AC. Came for brunch on a Sunday so had to try their sangria. I had a little of each, but my favorite was the short rib hash. Great flavor and the sauce was fantastic. The steak had a perfect cook on it, and the fried chicken was crispy and flavorful as well. The server was friendly and extremely attentive. He recommended a good dessert which we ended up splitting. When in doubt go with the chocolate brownie Esther vanilla ice cream !

We didn't have a reservation, but they were still able to seat us in the dining room as long as we could wrap up before 1:30, which we appreciated. I wasn't super hungry so we shared the crispy cauliflower and lamb ribs from the appetizer menu. The crispy cauliflower was excellent -- hot, actually crispy, and not drowning in sauce which I really appreciated. The lamb ribs came over labneh (a yogurt base) and the first plate arrived with the lamb cold. I asked our waitress if that was intentional and she said only the labneh should be cold. They immediately replaced it with a fresh order and handled it really well, which I appreciated. Great service recovery and overall a really enjoyable brunch spot with a lively atmosphere.

They do have coffee so that's a plus. And the coffee is made with a French press. Very tasty. They have a good menu. Something for everyone. We started off with the guacamole app and clam chowder. The guacamole is plentiful and tasty. Also the salsa was delish too. My table patrons didn't like the clam chowder. They said it was too salty. For the mains we ordered the roasted chicken, hot chicken sandwich and the Cajun seafood alfredo The Hot chicken was divine and huge. You won't be disappointed with that one. Good amount of spice. The roasted chicken was lemon rosemary jus was delicious as well. I ordered the pasta which was supposed to come with jumbo shrimp and andouille sausage. As soon as I received my dish I asked the waitress where the sausage was, she couldn't answer but went to get her manager. The manager said normally it's under the pasta. Still, no sausage in the pasta. They apologized and made the sausage and added it to the pasta. I wish that was the only issue. The menu states that it's a cajun Alfredo sauce and hate to say but this was just bland. Not flavorful at all. 2 waiters recommended it but I'm not sure why. I'd give it a 2.5 out of 5. The portion size was good but again no real taste. Overall this was a nice place. I just need to study the menu and read more reviews about what to order here.

If you get her as your server, it's a start to a pleasant and great meal. Angelina knows what she's talking about! One feedback would be to learn how to better time the serving of the foods. We got our soup and shrimp cocktail as starters but literally 3 minutes later, our entrees were served to the table. Our entrees got cold while we tried to finish our starters. Please look to have the servers better time the serving of entrees AFTER the starters are finished. I had the New England Clam Chowder and the Prime rib. The clam chowder was tasty but lacked clams. They added andouille sausage to the chowder to give it a nice tasty twist but this should not have taken away from the amount of clams expected in a clam chowder. Prime rib was a good thick cut. But served warm and almost at room temperature. Not exactly how I would like my prime rib. Shoe string fries were tasty. My boyfriend ordered the Clam Chowder and Shrimp Cocktail as starters, followed by Cajun Sea Pasta and a bunch of side dishes - southern Coke slaw, black beans and rice and the loaded baked potato. Shrimps in the shrimp cocktail was good sized shrimp topped with old bay seasoning. The pasta was seasoned just right, very tasty and delicious. Cole slaw was crunchy which meant the Cole slaw was freshly made and not sitting in the sauce for too long. Loaded baked potato was of good size and baked to the right softness. Black beans and rice was the only side dish that was a bit too salty but went great when mixed with the baked potato. Overall, we were impressed with Angelina's services, friendliness of the staff and quality of the foods.

Seating is first-come, first-served, and guests are placed based on availability, which keeps things fair and efficient even during busy times. The tables for two are intimate and cozy, perfect for conversation, though they can become a bit tight when ordering several dishes at once. That said, the staff was attentive and checked in often enough to clear plates and make room, which made the experience much more comfortable. The dessert menu is separate, allowing guests to enjoy their meal at an unhurried pace before deciding on something sweet. Their beverage offerings are thoughtfully presented. Herbal tea options include green tea, chamomile, and English tea (Stash), and the tea is served in a container that provides two full servings. The cappuccino is well made and served with a sugar crystal stick, adding a distinct old-world charm that enhances the café's European feel. I regret not asking for an additional order of Turkish coffee so that's a regret . What we ordered: * Greek Salad - $18.50 * Cappuccino - $6.80 * Herbal Tea - $6.00 * Uštipci - $17.25 * Musaka - $22.95 * Šnicla (Cutlet Sandwich) - $20.75 * 2 Diet Cokes - $8.00 The musaka is a baked dish and does take about 25 minutes to prepare, as it's made fresh with baked eggs, seasoned beef, and sliced potatoes layered on top. The wait is well worth it, resulting in a hearty, comforting dish that tastes authentically homemade. The Šnicla (cutlet sandwich) arrived beautifully presented on a wooden board, adding a rustic, elevated touch that matched the restaurant's aesthetic. Mom felt it lacked in seasoning but she Didnt leave any crumbs . The Uštipci were a standout--served with feta and honey, generously portioned, and so plentiful that we happily took some home. We were too full for dessert this time, but it's absolutely on the list for a return visit. Due to winter weather, we couldn't explore the back of the restaurant, but even from the main dining area, the decor is undeniably charming and full of character. Overall, Cafe Bubamara offers authentic flavors, generous portions, attentive service, and a cozy, old-world atmosphere that makes it a place worth revisiting.
