Sharky's is a local neighborhood spot with a very similar vibe to Jimmy Geez in North Haledon. There's only street parking available since they don't have a dedicated parking lot. There is a limited amount of seating inside with about 5 tables and an L-shaped bar. When we arrived there were no tables available so we ate at the bar. Service was friendly and we didn't rushed. We ordered the 5pc boneless wings with Honey BBQ sauce and another 5pc order of the boneless wings with the Boom Boom sauce. The tenders were massive, really crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I preferred the Honey BBQ sauce over the Boom Boom sauce since I'm not a huge fan of spice. We also tried the cheeseburger sliders and the pulled pork sliders. The pulled pork sliders were by far my favorite dish. The slider buns were soft and fresh, the BBQ sauce was the perfect amount of sweetness, and the pork was very tender. I look forward to visiting again soon to try some of their other sauces and the bone-in wings. Do all possible combinations truly have value? At what point does variety become a little ridiculous? That said, the bones -- so to speak -- are very good. The wings are fried well, generously sauced, and satisfying in whatever flavor palette you ultimately settle on. Just do not expect the decision-making process to come easily.

My fiancé and I went to Toli's on a Friday night with no idea what to expect as we are out of towners. We walked in on the tail end of kareoke night. I must say, I was quite impressed with their contenders. We walked in and sat at the bar. We were greeted by a friendly bartender. He quickly grabbed a menu for us and made our drinks exactly as ordered. He had a great personality, very sociable! We only ordered wings and they came out pretty quickly. Did I mention they were steaming hot?! Well they were and we couldn't wait to indulge. My fiancé loves loves loves wings so he's had many Buffalo wings and he even said these are the best he's ever had. To our surprise, the owner, Mike Toli, introduced himself to us. We were glad because we enjoy complimenting food and services especially when they're done right! He was extremely friendly and grateful for our gratitude. Everytime we come to the area, my fiancé and I have both agreed, that we will come visits Toli's.
