We were going to check out the falls and wanted to find a sit down breakfast place. This cafe has ample parking, very friendly service, prices are good! It's very clean and smells amazing! They had Palestine sodas which I thought were so cool! Good was yummy. The best part- the olives in the salad. Delicious! Definitely recommend!

I was in the Paterson area and decided to visit the falls. I remembered there was a new cafe that opened up near the falls that I saw on instagram and decided to pay a visit. The cafe is about a 4 min walk (depending on which side of the falls you're facing). Seems very family friendly, staff was super nice and welcoming, prices seemed affordable and had great options. I ordered the mint lemonade and it was delicious. They had a display of gummy desserts too. Can't wait to try their food next time. They also have parking which is a plus!

New cafe that just opened up in Paterson. They have parking which is great. They are near the Great Falls so you can grab a drink and take a walk. They have plenty of seating inside. I got a pistachio latte iced and it was okay. I would like to return and explore more of their menu since they are new. Good service. Person taking the order pointed out the menu and let me know to order when I was ready.

Came in to get a iced latte to go. I got their silk city latte and was hoping I would be wowed. However I was not I really wanted to like this drink however truth is I didn't even finish it threw half of it away. For close to 9$ I was hoping it would be worth it but it was not. Gave this place three starts because I haven't tried the food and the pastries look good . Once I stop by again I'll def follow up.

Did one know that May 5 is National Hoagie Day?…read more A hoagie is a bread roll sandwich piled high with deli meats, cheese, fixings, and dressing, and is usually at least six inches long. The term 'hoagie' is most commonly used in Philadelphia and South Jersey. They are usually served cold because of their association with Italian American culture. Located on Lafayette Avenue in Hawthorne, this iconic establishment is an award-winning sandwich shop where locals know it for their large and filling sandwiches. Upon entering Bogie's Hoagies & Deli, my partner and I knew right away this was going to be a nice lunch spot as we were greeted by the staff and a huge deli selection menu. Besides sandwiches, they have pizza cooked inside a brick oven. We decided on the Meatball Marinara and Honey Turkey 1/2 size hoagies after comparing the sizes. The Honey Turkey packed a punch with the meat, lettuce, canned sweet peppers, tomatoes, onion, provolone cheese, mayonnaise, and oil & vinegar. The meal was tasty, and well seasoned. However, with the bread being thinner, it made the meatball sandwich soggy and fell apart. Even with the half size, we took the sandwich home. The price was reasonable. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I was told by the staff that size does matter for a sandwich, and this place did not disappoint as first-timers, which we can recommend.

A few of my coworkers have been raving about this place, they're all first gen here in the US, so when they go nuts over Italian/Italian American spots, I take heed. I was lucky enough to be in the area today for work and stopped in, very small, super clean, everything on display looks delicious and the ppl were nice. I want to say what I got was called "The Giuseppe"? It was chicken cutlet, fresh mutz, roasted red peps and I added balsamic...this was THE BEST chicken cutlet I've ever had outside my friend's off the boat mother's kitchen, truly outstanding. As for the price...wow, talk about getting your money's worth, this thing was enormous and the price was more than fair (just over $13)

This place is definitely it. Frank was phenomenal and easy to work with. After a long morning, we couldn't have asked for a better place to be. And, my mom was 100% Italian heritage. I have to believe she was vicariously enjoying everything through us. Thanks to the staff. This review is the least I could do to convey my thanks and appreciation.

The cacio e pepe my wife had was very creamy but could have used more salt. My daughter had the carbonara with crispy guanciale that was fantastic. Shout out to Maria and the rest of the staff! Will definitely be back.

I had seen Catalano on Yelp and knew they have pour over coffee. My idea of a great coffee shop includes pour over coffee. Catalano takes my idea of greatness to the next level! First impressions are the shop is modern, clean, and bright. Steve (the barista) was knowledgeable and friendly. They had a number of bean choices at various roast levels for pour overs. He recommended the Tolima coffee from Colombia and I agreed. I had a seat in a luxurious armchair, so delightful! Moments later, the pour over was ready. I had been reading for a few minutes but one of the customers had been a coworker of Steve's and they were discussing their passion for coffee and travel. I ended up enjoying a really nice conversation with the customer. What wasn't lost on me during the lovely conversation in the delightful chair was that the coffee was outstanding! Smoothly roasted and perfectly brewed, I was tasting nuances that I'm not always capable of. Really great experience! I look forward to returning!

The cold brew is stand-out, uniquely smooth with a natural hint of sweetness. However, the hot latte was a major letdown, the milk was scalded to the point of burning my tongue, which completely masked the quality of the espresso.
