They even had a proper carving station with heat lamps. It all looked so amazing and tasted even better. All staff was in uniform, and they were very cheerful and polite. They went above and beyond the entire day to help me and my entire family to make sure everything worked out beautifully. People were raving about how delicious the food was even days later. We had neighbors telling us. The smell from the food truck were making them crazy! I especially have to give a special call out to the flank steak with the chimichurri sauce.
