I tried this food cart when I was at the World Cup Fan Zone at the Bk Bridge. Service: The wait time was very very long, up to 30 minutes in the line and another 10 after I ordered. I might understand its because we are in a fan zone and the number of people is overwhelming but I believe an extra person or 2 should have been added to avoid such issue. Food: I got the Cheeseburger sliders that comes with fries. Although the portion was small, The fries were delicious and crispy. The burger were alright and definitely would need improvement in term of the beef patty size and have the bread toasted or add some sauce to it. read more

The Stuf'd food truck was parked inside the Javits Center food court today during a trade show inwas attending for business. I liked that they offered a non meat or pork option. So I went with the Stuf'd Beyond Burger served up on a multi grain roll and topped with vegan fixins. A side of their house purple slaw came with it. Damn tasty and vegan friendly! Rebecca and her team were absolutely amazing! They catered my wedding almost two weeks ago and we still have people reaching out to tell us how great the food was! She is very accommodating and flexible, which was amazing, given that we had a budget, Norse themed wedding, and my husband really wanted a taco bar- they made that all happen and everything looked, and tasted, awesome! Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the appetizers and dinner food, but I snapped a shot of the deserts- her Red Velvet Cup Cakes are seriously a MUST (woke up the day after the wedding with those on my mind!). Attended at a small food truck festival. Pulled Pork Sandwich between Challah bread was well seasoned but I would next time ask for a side of their BBQ sauce! My preference is pulled pork that's drenched and juicy. Fries were crispy and delicious - chipotle chili(?) mayo-ish sauce they offered was great. We hired the Stuf'd Truck for a work event. We hired a few trucks to thank our 300+ labor crew. I had the grilled cheese which had I think three different cheeses on it and the bread was so good. For your own sake, find someone else and DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Their incredibly shitty service almost ruined our wedding and made the day significantly more stressful. We had problems throughout the process as Rebecca was disorganized, and plans changed without warning or conversation. The single worst thing they did was try to UPCHARGE US OVER 50% A WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING. Even though our guest count dropped by a 1/3rd due to COVID, they wanted to increase the price OVER 50%, claiming a litany of excuses. It was only when we said we were going to walk away and just get take-out that they relented and agreed to follow our original agreement. More than anything, the underhanded way they went about this, and the fact that they waited until just about the last moment to really give us no other option, is why we wanted to warn people about this place. We likely should have just cancelled, as the day of service was likewise terrible. First, they changed the menu without telling us. We had agreed on pork belly for American Chinese style Char Siu sandwiches, however the meat they served us was not only incredibly dry, but was also not pork belly and served with American BBQ sauce. Even worse, it tasted nothing like what they served us at the tasting before we booked them. Also, we were a small wedding (40 people), but we still had tables wait over 45 minutes for food, long after other guests had been served and even finished eating. These are just the most inexcusable examples, but there are literally dozens more. Again, in the strongest possible terms, do not work with them for your wedding. They are untrustworthy, awful in the services they provide, and generally just a nightmare to work with. They will make your day needlessly harder or just straight botch the whole thing. read more

Perfect for my wedding rehearsal dinner. Rebecca was an amazing communicator which brides really appreciate in the madness of planning a wedding. The location was 2hrs away from their normal area but they made it possible to be there for it regardless. Rebecca was very easy to work with when picking out a menu. I could tell she really wanted to be able to serve what I was interested in and even made other recommendations based on how each dish would pair with each other and she was also price conscious and kept things within the range she knew I was comfortable with. On the actual day of the event, the truck set up and atmosphere they brought with them was tidy and very professional in appearance. I went back to ask for the BBQ sauce and was told it was already included and they did not have any before. If there was sauce on that sandwich they managed to make it completely indiscernible. Stuf'd catered my wedding in Warwick, NY on 9/15/18 and we really can't say enough nice things about them! From the very beginning when we first reached out to them, Rebecca has been kind, responsive, and helped us create a fun menu for our all outside farm wedding. For our tasting, they came to my in laws home to cook for us and John made one of the best dinners we've ever had, made up of samples from our ideal menu. Throughout the planning process, my day of coordinator became more of a hassle than anything and without question, Rebecca took charge and handled things that didn't even involve them! She knew that the coordinator wasn't really doing anything so she made sure to ask all the right questions and tell me everything to make sure we were prepared. They arrived early on the wedding day to set up and what i appreciated most, was that they did not ask me anything day of. I can't tell you how much that means to a stressed out bride! Rebecca arrived, told me to relax and they would handle it, and they did without a single question or comment. In my personal opinion, they should go into full party service including coordination since Rebecca did what i paid another woman to do, without even a hesitation. The food was incredible, the service was amazing, and they even did our wedding cake which was a delicious cannoli cake (my fave). The maple buffalo chicken bites during cocktail hour are still the hit of the wedding, coming in just above the oreo cheesecake stuffed french toast that i'm still drooling over.
