This young woman worked quickly preparing the sandwiches. Anyway, we brought the subs home. They were absolutely delicious. Exactly how we requested they be prepared. If you're expecting a typical dinner, think again. The tasting menu featured around 12 courses, and by course ten I was completely full--but somehow still excited for what was coming next. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, packed with flavor and very tasty. For me the standout of the night was the very first dish which was Vinnie's homemade mozzarella with tomatoes, which was so good that we even bought some fresh mozzarella to take home. The meatballs were also outstanding, and the steak and eggplant course was another highlight. After all that food, finishing with a cannoli just felt like the perfect ending. The atmosphere is casual and inviting, but the food is every bit as good as what you'd find at restaurants that cost a lot more. Live guitar music throughout the evening added to the experience created a nice vibe. My only suggestion would be maybe to turn it down a notch or two as it was a little hard to hear others at our table. Still a very nice touch though and all songs you would know. I always like it when a chef comes out of the kitchen, especially at a tasting menu, and Vinnie came out several times to chat with guests which was very nice. It just added a personal touch and showed how much pride goes into both the food and the overall experience and we got to hear his back story. This tasting menu is an incredible value and a great way to try dishes you might not normally order. Just remember to come hungry--and maybe skip lunch beforehand. If you can get a reservation for one of these tasting nights, don't hesitate.

Patrons milling around waiting for food, people spilling their trays/sauce/drinks all over the floors trying to get through the crowd, etc. My wife and I each got combos. First impression: the quality and taste of this food is not congruent with the hype. This was literally a plain chicken finger in poorly seasoned breading. The food lack flavor. Chicken was juicy, etc, but had hardly any taste. Fries were crispy, but had no taste. Texas toast lacked flavor. Not terrible, but not something I would return for either. Pair the poor flavor with the chaos that takes place here, and it's a one and done for me. Dave's Hot Chicken has the upper hand over this place every time.

It's not as big as places like Jersey Mikes or a deli. This location isn't too close to me but they had a groupon for $6 for $10 worth of subs. My total came out to $11.32 so I really only saved about $3. It's better than nothing I guess. I'll go back for the blimpie best not the turkey, but that's about it. They have a deli case with various salads Macaroni, Potato, Coleslaw, Pasta, Tuna, etc. which you can peruse while waiting in line. The place is Clean, the employees very Hospitable, and the food is Fantastic!! They DO NOT SKIMP when preparing your sandwich, salad or entree. Pricing is Extraordinary. If this had been any other Deli, I'd have paid at least $10-$15 dollars more. Since my original visit I've been back 2 times. I plan to try a different sandwich on each future visit I can safely say It will be a Long Long time if ever, before I go to a "Jersey Mikes", or "Blimpies," again.
