To my surprise, their house-made sandwiches are served on freshly baked bread, made with fresh ingredients, and cost under $10 (Panera could never!!!). Their baked goods were also reasonably priced with generous portions. We picked up the Cinnamon Burst Bread, a cinnamon roll, a honey bran muffin (which completely stole the show for me; it was incredibly moist and I'd come back just for that) and an almond poppy seed scone. The service here was just as impressive. Everyone was so friendly and personable and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed being there. I also loved their "Giving Rack," where anyone in need can take free baked goods. It's such a thoughtful idea and says a lot about the kind of business they are. This is easily one of my favorite bakery finds and it'll definitely be a regular stop whenever I'm back in the area.

I was slightly worried because we had a second game in 2 and a half hours but I knew it would be okay. We ordered and sat inside. The staff was kind enough to let us move tables around. Then I'd say within 10 minutes our food orders started coming out. The orders then continued to come out at a very steady pace! We were shocked. Then we were shocked at how DELICIOUS the food was. One by one like a chorus of glee, each person commented on how much they enjoyed their food. The menu was so vast that no one had the same order in the adults and each person loved their food. There was only one hiccup. One of the parents order a canned drink but didn't notice that it was alcoholic. This was in no way the fault of the restaurant as it was obviously beer. The parent didn't complain he just opened it and left it. The waitress who was bussing our area asked him was something wrong if he didn't like it and the dad said, I didn't realize it was alcohol. The waitress walks over with the POS machine asked him is order number found the drink and refunded it to the dads card. She did this completely unprompted and strictly because she felt it was the right thing to do. THAT is how you provide excellent service! Thank you The Local Provisions for your gracious hospitality! I hadn't been to Jersey Mike's in a long time, but after two visits this week, I'm reminded why people keep coming back. I originally stopped in because I saw a promotion for a chicken salad sandwich at a great price. Unfortunately, they were sold out when I arrived, but the team still honored the deal and helped me choose another sandwich. That alone was appreciated, but what really stood out was the customer service. So often you walk into a fast-paced restaurant and feel like you're interrupting someone's day just by being there. That was absolutely not the case here. Every staff member was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The restaurant was clean, the area behind the counter was organized and spotless, and despite a steady stream of customers and stacks of pickup orders, the team handled everything like a well-oiled machine. I had such a positive experience that I came back again a few days later, used some Mike's Points I had forgotten about, and grabbed another sandwich. The food was great both times, but it was really the people who made the experience memorable. A special shout-out to Donovan, who was working both days. I was grateful to see him again on my second visit and have the opportunity to thank him personally for his kindness and the way he runs things. He did an incredible job managing all the moving parts while keeping a positive attitude and communicating clearly with the team. You can tell he has a great working relationship with the staff, and his leadership helps everything run smoothly. His calm, professional presence creates an environment that feels welcoming for both customers and employees. Thank you for taking such great care of me--and for the extra pickles, which are always appreciated! Experiences like this are a reminder that great customer service still exists. The staff on this day was fine except for the woman yes women ( not a kid) that was cutting my meat pretending like she couldn't hear me because I was wearing a mask... my issue isn't about that stupidity though... my issue is about being ripped off , they have drastically made the bread smaller but charging almost $2 more for less product. I'm sure that corporate hopes that you don't notice. I also noticed that the sandwich wasn't that good, used to really enjoy their food but not anymore. We paid $49 for two giant sandwiches 2 small drinks 2 small bags of chip and a coffee cake. Needless to say I won't be back . If I'm going to spend that kind of money the food should at least be good. I'm not sure what changed besides the size but I'll build my own sandwiches for less at home from now on. read more

I was in the mood to get a sub but then I noticed the "B" rating on the window of the store. It is a major turn off to see a "B" rating for things that are hazardous to human health. I looked into why they got that rating and it was things such as improper cooling methods; which means potentially hazardous food. Why would I need to take that risk? Also there were chemical spray bottles above the food prep sink which these toxic substances are definitely not good if it fell into the food that is being served to customers. There were many more negative things on the report I read from the health department. I will NOT be coming to this location and will strongly advise others not to as well. read more
