Started going to Jersey Mikes right after they opened here in Temecula, my husband & I love their subs, they have more meat than Subway and when we arrive the staff remembers us. They always ask how are days been going and make conversation while making our subs. We love their rewards program too!! I called 3 times again tonight just now and no answer, no voicemail, nothing. Evidently if you don't use their app or go straight in to order you're sol. My husband decided to go pick it up instead, after ordering through the app, there were no customers in the restaurant (so they weren't impossibly busy) when he walked in, nobody in the parking lot. stopped on our way to BIG BEAR for a long snow weekend. very nice crew. attentive service but have a hard time getting excited about squishy-roll-lettuce sandwiches. ordered the #2 (JERSEY SHORE's FAVORITE) which came on a giant, WONDER bread hot dog roll with ham, provolone and cappacuolo (this trio barely made an appearance) with onions, tomatoes and a huge mound of shredded lettuce. nice punch from the vinegar and oil dressing. however the ratio of bread and lettuce to everything else is way outta whack and kinda hard to ignore since the giant, squishy rolls aren't very good. really what they're serving are salad sandwiches. read more

I've been a big fan of Jersey Mike's for awhile now. Definitely one of my faves. Jersey Shore's Favorite and Italian are the best in my opinion and getting it done "Mike's Way" (onions, lettuce, tomato, vinegar, oil and spices) is the best way! I always get the Mini which is plenty for someone like me. This location in particular had pretty good customer service. No complaints. The only negative is the parking situation. It's horrible if its the weekends or dinner time. Not enough spaces and really small. Someone else suggested parking in the home depot parking lot and walking the extra steps. Awful service! They basically made me a lettuce sandwich and my brothers sandwich was lacking any ingredients. The "avocado" was disgusting kinda tasted like old guacamole. This won't be much of a review, as I can be long winded with my reviews at times. I don't know what all the hype is about. Must be a lot of Eastern transplants, reminiscing of their homeland (I dream sometimes that most would return and / or stop relocating here, but that's a whole other rant - kind of JK). I love the combination of provolone, Swiss and green bell peppers in the veggie (#14). It has a distinct Italian-inspired taste when ordered Mike's Way and is a nice alternative to the California-style sub shops, if that's what you want. The staff come out to take hot sub orders in line during super busy times; I wish every sub place would do that to get things moving. Nearly everyone who works there is fast, knows the menu well and goes out of their way to ensure you have a great meal. They are fast, friendly, employees are young, and energetic, and the place is kept clean. I recommend a giant #9, Mike's way! First, the unskilled laborers (sandwich maker for goodness sake) couldn't comprehend that I wanted something more than bread cheese and meat. They wrapped the sandwich up without asking about toppings. When I asked for mayo and mustard, the "sandwich makers" rolled their eyes, and said "It's already wrapped up!" Finally, a sub shop besides Subway that's close and convenient. Been there two times and got the Old Fashioned Italian, made Mikes Way. Excellent. Bread is fresh, meats are good quality, and the service is excellent. The only reason I knocked off a star was the other night when I got the Turkey Wrap for my wife it was a little light on turkey and since she just got turkey & lettuce there was an exclamation of "You paid $7+ for this much turkey?!?" But she couldn't deny that the meat was good. Another thing to watch out for is the parking. I don't know what the builder was thinking when they designed that little parking area...it can get really crowded and difficult to navigate. It's true. The staff is friendly and give good, speedy service. The place is clean. Maybe staff get 4 stars but the sandwiches don't rate that high. 1) The bread = cardboard. Flavorless. 2) The meats are not as good as Rock N Jenny's or Firehouse Subs. 3) I had a #13 Mike's Way and it was boring. 4) The "red wine vinaigrette" tasted like watered down red wine vinegar. 5) The amount of vinaigrette and oil they drowned the sandwiches with was almost ridiculous. This is a national chain so I doubt they will change their products to make a better, superior sandwich. I was thoroughly impressed with the service, particularly the two employees behind the counter -- Jackie and Justice. I came in about a half hour before closing and while I was vacillating between options, Jackie was extremely thorough in answering my questions. And I can confirm the sandwich was delicious and fresh tasting, even for the ingredients being from the beginning of the day. This week Jersey Mike's Temecula ran a fundraiser for Great Oak HS. My daughter gave us 5 coupons for the five of us. I took my son to get our 5 sandwiches and was surprised to see a sign ... "1 coupon per person." OK, first this is a fundraiser, I need 5 sandwiches for the 5 of us. Hmmm, not cool. Why on earth do I need to have 5 of us standing in line with 5 coupons? Stupid. Let my daughters and wife stay at home while the boy and I go out and hunt ... 5 sandwiches. So while standing in line ... a little pissed that 3 of my fundraiser coupons are going to go to waste, then these guys inform me they ran out of BREAD. Seriously, how does a sandwich shop run out of bread??? Now, I have to find humor in this ... fundraiser has stupid rules and they run out of bread. I'm an A-Hole ... I know this, its the way I am. So I'm having a little fun trying to negotiate the use of my 5 coupons with only 2 bodies there since there isn't any bread. The staff probably took me wrong, but I'm an A-Hole. Then ... the manager walks in with more bread, the sandwiches are being made, I have friends and clients standing there so I can game their stupid rules with my 5 fundraiser coupons and everything works out. Although the manager tells me staff didn't appreciate comments about "how does a sandwich shop runs out of bread?" Obviously Jersey Mikes got hit hard and underestimated the demand of the coupons. These guys are off to a good start in South Temecula. Went in shortly after they opened and probably going back today for an Italian sub. The staff is well trained and exhibit a positive vibe and great sense of humor. Kudos to whoever does the hiring and training. This place will make a nice counterbalance to Submarina, which until now, has been the only real game in town down here. UPDATE - I did indeed go back for lunch today and again, all the kids behind the counter were very friendly and engaging.
