I visited on 6/18 and I walked in at 8:40 p.m., 20 minutes before closing, so the restaurant was still open. I stood at the counter looking at the menu--even though I already knew what I wanted--waiting to be acknowledged by the employee, who was counting money at the register. After standing there for about a minute without so much as a greeting, he finally looked up and said, "We're out of bread." I'm not sure how a restaurant that primarily sells subs can be completely out of *all* bread. I asked if they were out for the night, and he simply replied, "Yeah." While I understand it was close to closing time, I find it hard to believe they had absolutely no bread available. It seemed more likely that the employee didn't want to make another sandwich since he was already counting the register for the night. What bothered me most wasn't just being told they were out of bread--it was the lack of acknowledgment, the rude interaction, and being denied service while the restaurant was still open. After I left, I called the store and tried placing an order over the phone. This time, I was told it would take about 15 minutes to make more bread. I said that was fine, but then the employee stumbled over his words and quickly changed it to, "I'm sorry, I mean an hour." The inconsistent explanations only reinforced my impression that they simply didn't want to serve another customer before closing. If making sandwiches 20 minutes before closing is an inconvenience, then perhaps this isn't the right job for that employee. read more

Husband had to drive back with our subs when wrapping the paper was inside the sub and when opening paper was stick and pulled the insides off second ones looked better but tasted odd we will stick to ordering from international dr first and last time for this location read more

Fast, Fresh & Friendly!!! This place was very clean and the employees were welcoming and efficient. I got a great value for the money. Everything I have come to expect from a Jersey Mikes over the years. I got the #9 on white added pickles & banana peppers, with cheddar sun chips and a sweet tea. It really hit the spot! This is a small location right off of Business 17 in Myrtle Beach. It's next door to a Starbucks and Craft Taco, and also very close to a brand new McDonald's that just opened. Lots of parking out front with one online order only dedicated spot directly in front of the main door. There's maybe 10 or so tables inside and a relatively limited selection of soda's (only Diet Pepsi is offered for example), though they do have one Sobe choice as well as vanilla cream soda. Refills on drinks are free and are do it yourself. I do enjoy some of the subs offered by this chain, but I really don't eat at Jersey Mike's much because it doesn't offer a ton of fast food value. A regular size Big Kahuna (Philly cheesesteak with shrooms) is $8.49 plus tax and it's only about 8 inches in length. It is made to order so it's served hot and melty and all, but still, after tax you're looking at over 9 bucks for a small fast food sub. That ain't exactly cheap. They only offer white and wheat bread in case you've never been to a Jersey Mike's location. I've only frequented this location one time, but as I spoke with both of the two employees here, I found each to be quite friendly and accommodating and the store to be clean. Not sure if they have WiFi or not as my phone just automatically connects to the Starbucks next door. Tip: download their app and sign up for their loyalty/customer program and they'll email you a link for a free regular sub and soda that you can use for 1 year following your birthday. They just scan it at the register. I've been redeeming it for several years now without issue. And so with that, you get over 10 bucks worth of Jersey Mike's for free! read more

I went to Jersey Mike's for dinner after a church convention. I ordered the California cheese steak sub on white. It had chicken, white American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise and was a heated sub. There was plenty of meat and toppings on the sub. I only ate the toppings it was to much bread for me. It did take them a minute to get my order ready. I didn't eat there again while visiting, but I would recommend for Jersey Mike's if you're looking for a light lunch or dinner. read more

This Jersey Mike's location is my favorite in Myrtle beach. They are so nice, so quick and so accurate. I have always enjoyed stopping by there to grab a sandwich and a bag of chips. While all Jersey Mike's subs are good it's always nice to be greeted when you walk in and serviced immediately. read more

Called ahead and fresh subs, chips and drinks for 5 people were ready when I pulled into curbside pickup area. Perfect!

Quick service, attentive and friendly staff, good food. I came here on a weekday in the middle of the lunch rush and was so impressed by Yulia, who I assume to be the manager. If she isn't, she should be. The young man working the register rang up my order incorrectly and Yulia quickly refunded me the overage, while staying calm and collected, even with at least 7 more customers in line behind me.
