The spot is clean and spacious for a baseball team or family lol. Ordering was simple and I had their Mcallister's Club with a side salad. I must say their mustard is sooooo good. Like I could dip some chips in it if they served it on the side. The sandwich was hearty and fresh. I think they must also make their thousand island in house because it tasted just as good as the mustard! To wash this down I had to try their sweet tea and am going back for a refill because the heat and humidity has me parched today. A great refreshing choice for this hot southern summer day! I can only speak to the food because we ordered carry out. I had a 1/2 sandwich and baked potato. The sandwich had fresh ingredients and tasted yummy. The baked potato was cooked well, but they did not include enough butter, sour cream, and toppings for the potato. Had I been in the restaurant I could have asked for those things, but because I got carry-out I had no way of knowing they didn't include enough. All-in-all, not bad. read more

We ordered a sweet and smokey chicken, a jalapeño turkey crunch, and my wife got a drink. We got a fruit cup and macaroni for sides. Out of all the food, my sandwich and her macaroni were the best. However, my sandwich was even wrong. In the photos you can see, very clearly, a fruit cup. This fruit cup is over halfway empty, and I hadn't eaten a single thing out of it. The fruit was all poor quality, and there wasn't a lot of all the fruits, only one. The jalapeño turkey crunch was absolutely NOT fresh. The chips were soggy (mind you, we had a five-ten minute drive after we left with the food AND we were there to pic it up ten minutes early.) and to top it all off the avocado (pictured below) is brown and not fresh. It is at least day old avocado. More gripes and issues? Only one of us got a pickle, but you can clearly read in the final photo -- where I attached our order -- that we both ordered one. My sandwich was great, despite being one of the messiest presentations I've ever seen. I will describe it for you since I failed to take a photo. It looked like whoever assembled it was shaking from their lack of a morning coffee, went heavy on the sauce, light on the chicken, and then sat on it after it was all said and done. Still a great sandwich, although horrid to look at. Strangely, it (my sandwich) had corn on it? So, a sandwich that isn't supposed to have corn had corn, which means one of two things: either they use the same spoon/serving utensil for everything, or they don't have a clean station/restaurant. It was not very much corn, it was fewer than five pieces, so it wasn't intentional. Really just a poor experience all around. The only thing I can say they did REALLY WELL was how they wrapped the sandwiches. These were some of the best wrapped sandwiches I've ever seen. ALSO, how could I forget to mention the rude worker? Not that I don't sympathize with someone doing their job, but if a customer is walking up toward the register, and you want to speed by them with some trays, maybe you should say excuse me instead of rushing past them and cutting them off? No apology, no words, just rudeness. TLDR: Great packaging, poor quality ingredients, incorrect ingredients, missing food, not fresh, skimping on fruit servings, etc etc. Rating-- 1.7/10 = 1/5 stars. Paid too much money for a shabby experience. Go to one of the other locations. Place didn't used to be like this either! Should be shut down. read more

the service was horrible... i walked in to pick up a to go order - no one (there were at least 4 staff behind the counter along with a FOH manager) and no one spoke.. i sat on the bench for folks who are picking up the to go's... i was the only one there.. and the computer board was cleared.. .still no one spoke to me.. i finally asked.. if they had my order.. it was given to me.. and still... no thank you.. no sorry for the confusion... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Uncharacteristic disappointment. We frequent McAlisters other locations regularly, and after dropping off relatives at the airport stopped by at this location. The order delivered was incorrect, the ceasar salad we thought was included as a side (not so we were charged $4.99 extra for this) was inedible. We spoke with the manager who offered free desert as an accommodation, appeared disengaged and uninterested in the problems we experienced. Then my favorite salad is the Savannah chopped, which has nice amount of blue cheese, almonds and cranberries. Check out their soup board, I tend to go for the loaded potato soup. They also have baked potatoes and now offer small warm entrees of various pasta dishes or mac n cheese. This is usually a busy location, but they have their service down and get your orders out in reasonable time. The interior has been updated and offers tall tables with stools, along with many 4 top tables. There is also a nice covered patio. A guy in front of me started yelling so they decided to take his order. Then it was my turn they continued fumbling around ignoring me and everyone behind me. I've been to a one other McAlister's deli, and I have to say the theme of "you need it we'll get it for you" rang true at this location as well. It makes me happy to see other chains adopting a streamline standard of service. I got the New Yorker, and they really load on the meat. It came with a side of Mac n cheese and it's that really good, fat noodle, with creamy cheese type of Mac n cheese. I could eat a gallon of it.
