Went here for the 1st time on Friday September 25th 2026 with my parents and some friends for a nice start of the day for breakfast. Bob Evans is a restaurant that serves breakfast and southern foods, and also has a small store as well. Store isn't as big as a competing brand but they did have some cute items. After looking around the store, we decided to sit down. There was no wait for a table. We sat down immediately. Our server was friendly and nice and made sure to check in on us. Their menu has a lot of combination platters, but does have plain items. I settled on the chocolate chip pancakes. For drinks we all got coffee and water. Waitress did a great job taking everyone's order and remembering the separate checks. Food came out in a timely manner and very much enjoyed my pancakes! Oh and restrooms were used this visit and clean. Our bill was 54.07 total and paid with a credit card up front and left the waitress a cash tip! Will be back if we want to try breakfast again! read more

I love me some Bob Evans and this particular experience left me disappointed. Our waitress was aight. She didn't come around to check to see if we needed anything until I called her over about my undone pancakes. It took 25 minutes to get our food in a pretty empty restaurant. I got the farmers choice: 3 pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs and home fries The pancakes were not cooked all the way. They were gooey in the middle still, getting stuck to the roof of my mouth. I did sent them back. She asked if I wanted more, no. It has already taken 15 days to bring me these and they weren't even done. My daughters was the same. My cousin ordered the strawberry pancakes and you can see the picture. You do not get fresh strawberries. There's a sauce with chunks of strawberries that they put on there, again, just a mess. She didn't stop around to ask if we wanted refills. The place was rather empty, nice and clean read more

Bob Evans has a good breakfast, however, I don't know what that yellow substance is on the toast. It certainly is not butter.

I love bob evans for decades , but now they do not give you enough gravy with the biscuits and gravy order two good sized biscuits and a small container of gravy that only is enough for barely one biscuit. Very disappointing read more

Food was not good and the place smelled like pee as my dad said. Also service wasn't great with only 5 people in the place. Should have gone to Cracker Barrel read more

My husband, friend and I had a great brunch here last week. We were up late the night before so Bob Evans definitely did the trick the following day. I started with a cup of chicken noodle soup. I really enjoyed it and plan to order it again at the Bob Evans near me hoping they have the same style soup. My husband and I each had the whole hog breakfast which came with a couple eggs (you choose the style), a ton of breakfast meat, potatoes, a pancake and a slice of French toast. Everything on the plate was delicious. The price was relatively cheap considering all of the food you receive. I forgot her name but the lady who took care of us provided excellent service! She was very attentive as she kept our drinks filled and our order was accurate. She was patient as it took a few minutes for us all to decide what we wanted off the menu. When it was time to pay at the register it took over five minutes of waiting for someone to take our payment because they were supposedly completing another take out order. Although we were impatient at the time, I will not let that overshadow the great meal and service we had while dining in! read more

Bob Evans - If you are craving a Thanksgiving meal... - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Had a big order, got some breakfast and some lunch. Country fried steak, over medium eggs, and breakfast potatoes for breakfast. Country fried steak wasn't bad at all, good flavor on the gravy. Eggs were over done, potatoes had zero seasoning on them. Not a good breakfast, but tolerable. Lunch, ordered mashed potatoes with beef gravy, Mac and cheese, honey butter chicken, and chocolate cake... Mac cheese was good and creamy. Potatoes were good, definitely taste that they had actual potatoes for theirs. Gravy was flavorful. The chocolate cake came with ice cream and it was delicious. The honey butter chicken was a let down. It was 2 small pieces of chicken, and they served a sealed container of honey with it. Straight honey on chicken is not how honey butter chicken is made... I was looking forward to that, but it was a let down. read more

Everytime I come to bob evans I have a good experience except when I came today. The waitress we had, is an older woman with red hair and she did not have a good attitude. She slammed the plates down did not ask us one time if we needed anything. We asked for no tomato in our salad, when it came we picked the tomato out. We didn't even have a chance to tell the waitress she came to our table twice. This experience was terrible. She slammed the check on the table read more

I usually do not go to breakfast alone but I was returning from an appointment and decided to stop for my favorite Sunshine Skillet and a side of sausage gravy. I was seated immediately and watched three couples be seated after me. I sat for 10 minutes before a server even acknowledged me and watched the other tables receive their drinks and eventually food before I even received my coffee! My order was eventually taken and I sat watching the others finish their meals and leave. I received my order, waited on a coffee refill and noticed my breakfast had no sausage in it which is one of the standard ingredients. I couldn't get anyone's attention, so I ate it before it was cold. I finished, went to the front to pay, was asked how everything was, and before I could get beyond the part of waiting to get service, was told they were very busy, had only one cook and two servers working...and she walked away before I could ask for a manager. Unacceptable! My review of this location...overpriced, subpar quality, poor service and undermanaged! read more

This location has restored my faith in the Bob Evans chain. We visited this location while vacationing and we were impressed by our food and the friendliness of the waitstaff and workers. Our waiter, Henry, was incredibly attentive to our needs. He replenished our water glasses and made sure we had whatever we needed and provided a pleasant experience. And then there's the food. It came out hot, and it tasted fresh and delicious. My mashed potatoes and gravy were so hot, and I truly appreciated that because I hate when I receive my food and it's just warm. My chicken was hot too. I highly recommend this Bob Evans restaurant. We were highly satisfied. read more

Good breakfast stop. More "homey" than IHOP but not as over the top as a Cracker Barrel. Fast and friendly service. More of a local feel. You won't be disappointed. Updated: have come back several more times since initial review. I have added an extra star since it has been consistently good and I have tried more varied meals offered. The wait staff has always been excellant. Will continue to patronize this place. read more

Zero Stars Online orders NEVER SHOW UP CORRECT We orderd from the Bob Evans on Brooketon Circle in Myrtle Beach and 2 out of 3 times the order is incorrect or incomplete. When we call the store to inform them, they tell us we have to re-order online and pay the delivery fees and drivers tip. This is bullshit and corporate need to make It right. TAKE MY ADVICE, DO NOT ORDER FROM BOB EVANS ON BROOKETON CIRCLE IN MYRTLE BEACH. read more

Was catered food from this location and wasn't impressed at all. Everything tasted incredibly generic and bland. I guess I'd compare it to cafeteria food. Kind of the first thing you get when there's nothing else. read more

The service was okay, kind of slow, waitress stacked orders and people coming in after us were getting food first. My entire family was sick after eating here. I gave them only 1 but Yelp is posting 5. My boyfriend and I come here Sunday after church. Sometime it's good, which is what keeps us continuing back. But today It was horrible enough for me to write a derogatory review. AaaWe walk in and are seated in the empty dining room. Our waiter took a little while to come and very apologetic. He seemed flustered. So I said to myself maybe he's having a bad day so I didn't complain. I ordered the the Farmer's Breakfast which is a little of everything. 2 eggs, choice of meat, hash browns and pancakes. My boyfriend order a breakfast bowl which he always ordered. The waiter was apologetic and said he would put the order in right away and that they had their best cook working so our food would be fast and quick. I joked and said well you're lucky I just came from church and I'm feeling very forgiving! lol so 20 mins later he comes with my boyfriends meal which literally was 1/2 the bowl, portion was literally 1/2 of what we normally get. You could literally put another meal on his plate. I get served my egg, bacon and home fries, also a smaller portion. He said to me your hot cakes and toast will be right with you. So 15 mins later and half my meal eaten, he comes over and I have to remind him of the 2 items that were missing No pancakes or toast. He brought me the toast and offered to put my pancakes in a to go box.m, whiteout any apologies or Recognition that there was an error made! At this point I realize he was taking advantage of our kindness because he exhibited no care for his lack of service and played like he did nothing wrong. He Proceeded to give us a check without any discounts or apologies for his lack of service, small portions Disregard of the food that was never brought at the time that the meal was delivered. So with this being said I probably won't be visiting after church next Sunday. Covid should not be an excuse for your lack of not giving 100% in anything that you do. And these days paying for breakfast is a luxury and my luxury was completely ruined by someone who took advantage of my kindness and didn't care. But being the person I am I still paid for the full price of my meal, gave the man a tip and never turned him in. read more

Old Bisquits and no gravy for the country fried steak! I guess 3rd time is a charm with the delivery! After working all day, all we wanted was a good home style cooked meal. Absolutely not what we got. Instead, we got dried out hamburger steak patties, Mac and cheese that was awful, and biscuits that they should have painted black and used them as hockey pucks! This is our third delivery they completely screwed up! It's not like we live 10 miles out in the country. The delivery service was quick and friendly. But terrible food. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Sub par portions and temperature because certain higher ups in restaurant don't want employees to put too much on the item being served. Will not go back. Had the exact same item at this and another local Bob Evans location before, but this time it was awful. Had to ask for and argue with waiter about an add-on mentioned in the menu for my meal that waiter did not want to give. Corporate, management, and higher-ups should want to give a good presentation to customers, not be skimpy! read more

Excellent food and excellent service! We were heading home after a few days at the beach and the food here was better than most of what we had the whole trip! Lots of options and a great value. read more

Good food for any appetite you may have. Service is always friendly and caring. Go there frequently always a pleasant experience.

When on vacation, I'm not usually a fan at eating at chains since you can find them almost everywhere. However, my boyfriend and I were starving and were looking for a place to quickly pick food up to bring home at a low cost. We quickly found this Bob Evans and placed an order online. Within 15 minutes our food was packed and ready to go! We never ate at a Bob Evans before so we were interested in how the quality of the food may be. We wound up getting the the 12 chicken fingers deal with a mash potato side, dinner rolls and Cesar salad. We were actually very impressed with the quality and abundance of food they gave us! The best part was that everything was absolutely delicious! Fresh salad, yummy potatoes, dinner rolls were hot and soft, chicken had a ton of meat and nice and crispy! I also love how they do not skimp on the side sauces and gravy like a lot of places do. By the end of the meal, both of us still had a ton of leftovers. The inside of the establishment was pretty cool too, a decent size and I found it to be pretty nice that kids eat for free Tuesday Nights. read more

I came to this Bob Evans on a Sunday around lunchtime. I was in the mood for breakfast but most places don't serve breakfast all day Bob Evans is one of those chains that does serve breakfast all day! I've been to other Bob Evans locations in Kentucky West Virginia Florida. Their breakfast food is usually consistent and it's a solid spot to stop when you're on the road. I ordered an omelette everything came out good no complaints. The service was good I have no complaints with the service. If there's one thing that I've learned from eating at different bobevans locations it's that their restaurants are usually really consistent. I prefer going to a bobevans over an IHOP or Perkins. In New York we don't have Bob Evans. So it's kind of becoming a habit to hit up a bobevans whenever I'm traveling. Overall this was a solid location everything was cooked fine. Are all the restaurants along the road but none of them are doing breakfast all day. And a Bob Evans you're going to experience consistency quick food that is not going to be extremely expensive. I would recommend anybody stopping at this location. read more

We stopped in here for a late lunch because we are familiar with the chain and have had good experiences with Bob Evans. We were seated right away and the hostess was very welcoming. The restaurant was clean and even though it was past a rush period (it was about 2:00pm) there were enough staff there that tables were cleared and several employees asked if we needed anything as they walked past our table. My wife and I both ordered breakfast and the server was extremely nice and helped my wife find a selection that offered what she wanted. The food came pretty quickly and our server kept our beverages full throughout our stay. The meals were fresh and hot, and as we were finishing our server offered complimentary biscuits and "to go" drinks. My experience here was so good we talked about it on our way home and decided we would definitely return very soon. read more

My husband and I stopped in to order a piece of pie each, a cup of tea and an Arnold Palmer drink. It is 3:30 in the afternoon, hardly any customers. It is now 20 to 25 minutes later and there's no sign of pie however we did get our beverages shortly after we arrived. There are far too many restaurants in this area to come back here again. Horrible time getting seated and this,is second time told short on wait staff. Two areas had people seated and open seating for the entire time in two areas where others were seated.
