Great service , very short wait time to get food , very hospitable Just a good ol' down home feeling

A great place for breakfast if you are in the area. We were staying across from lulu's during our vacation in Myrtle beach so we had to give the place a try. The service was quick and our waiter was very friendly. We ordered banana bread French toast, biscuits and gravy and rise and shine egg platter which came with a side of grits. My favorite was the biscuits and gravy. Biscuits were light and fluffy, gravy was delicious, with a little bit of hot sauce on top it was out of this world. Banana bread French toast was really good as well. We had a great experience all in all. We will definitely stop by next time we vacation here.

Came on an Easter Sunday and was seated immediately inside. Very attentive workers. Asked the waiter best location to park and she pointed out their parking lot (located on both sides of its building. Essentially, the sandy lots are their lots and not exclusively belong to the hotels next door). I was expecting larger sized & fresh shrimp for my scrambled eggs, but it doesn't look like it were fresh shrimp. The overall taste is decent - there are few spots where it's more salty compared to rest.

So glad we stopped to eat brunch here. The mimosa was excellent! Food was great! We sat outside and had excellent service and got to enjoy the ocean breeze.

TLDR: 9/10 breakfast spot with great service, overlooking the ocean view if you sit outside! Free parking as well. Standard pricing and pretty tasty food! Strongly recommend the Breakfast sandwich and the biscuit bacon, egg, and cheese. Sb: They don't accept Apple Pay so have a physical card ready.

Walked right in for a late breakfast and sat at the bar. I was greeted with quick, friendly service. I had the Veggie scramble with home fries. Everything was well seasoned and came out great. Definitely a great breakfast spot.

This lil breakfast spot in Myrtle Beach that was so good! We kept it simple with the eggs benny & a simple sausage & eggs plate. Besides the nice staff & cool decor the real stand out were these home fries. I don't know how they were seasoned, but they were fire! Side note: I was actually surprised I couldn't really find an active social media account.

This spot looked busy on a Thursday morning and was close to our hotel so we decided to go here for breakfast. Waiter was very polite and attentive. Unfortunately, the sausage was incredibly rubbery and even difficult to cut. Pancakes had a fluffy batter and I would recommend getting a stack. Coffee had a burnt taste. Eggs were average.

I noticed this cute little cafe on the way back from watching the sunrise at the beach. Its right across the street from my hotel. They were so nice and the food was good. I left my card in the room but they got my number instead, which was great because I was starving. The waitress was so kind and made sure I got what I needed. If you're in the area and want an affordable, unique brunch, this is the place!

Popular for breakfast, we arrived just before a rush. Service was prompt and good. Menu is limited, especially for my vegan daughter (no non-dairy milk even); she had fried pickles. Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was good. I want to go back to try the pineapple upside down cake mimosa.

We have driven by this cute place so many times and never been able to stop either because of our timing or because it was full!! This trip we finally did and it was so good! The service was wonderful, the vibe was relaxing and nice, there is parking available right on-site (if you're not staying along Ocean Blvd), the food was really good and there's a nice bar! What's not to love?! You can enjoy your meal inside in the comfortable and chic dining room or outside on the cute terrace. There is a large list of breakfast cocktails (which are always a win in my book) and plenty of delicious dishes on the menu (all good size portions)! Definitley recommend a visit to Lulu's! Open 8am-1pm (current as of our visit April 2024, may change in season)!

We were looking for Eggs Benedict on a Saturday morning and Yelp recommended Lulu's Cafe. Thanks Yelp, a good pick. My Partners Benedict was the best she'd had (so she says. I had a Southern. A open biscuit covered with two eggs and bacon, smothered with sausage gravy. OMG. It was excellent. Seating and service was quick at 7:45 am, by 8:30 it was filing up with customers. It is a diner with picnic tables outside the wooden benches inside.

No one answers the phone at this business and the other day they looked shut down from the street. Anyone know if they're still open for business?

They're closed for the season. They should reopen sometime after the middle of February!

    Is there parking?

There is free parking in the lot on the south side of Lulu's. It's not paved but it is free.

I was a bit skeptical because we passed it a few times on our way to different places in town, and from the outside you couldn't tell that it served upscale cuisine. But it had great reviews so we took a chance. Ambience: The inside was dimly lit with an old school feel. Reminds you of an old school New York establishment from the 80's. I liked it. It had a welcoming feel and I noticed there were at least two regulars the staff greeted. Food: We ordered an appetizer of calamari and the short ribs. Additionally, I was going to get the salmon but they had a special of red snapper with lump crabmeat, green beans and rice. The food was delicious. The calamari was one of the best I have ever tasted. The addition of the fried peppers complimented the dish well. They were nicely fried and seasoned. Very light crust which I love. Sadly I didn't get a chance to taste the short ribs because I was just too enthralled in my dish. The snapper was perfection! Everything on the plate paired well together. Also, if you're not going for an alcoholic beverage, their freshly squeezed lemonade is so refreshing. Service: I'm truly bad about remembering names and as is my usual, I don't recall the name of the waitress, but she was truly attentive and nice. She was also knowledgeable about the food and patient. Truthfully, all the waitstaff seemed genuinely kind towards the patrons, which was nice. If I am ever in the Myrtle Beach area again I will definitely be going back. Loved it!

The food was incredible -- I had a filet mignon, green beans and mashed potatoes, and it was all perfectly cooked to order. My husband had short ribs and said they were wonderful. The meal was not cheap at all, but considering we spent $60 on a breakfast buffet somewhere else (and inflation in 2026,) we knew that was coming. Definitely the place to go to celebrate. It was an experience to remember!

The sauce was phenomenal and it was perfect for the garlic mashed potatoes. We were looking forward most to the lobster mac & cheese, but disappointed that it was bland. We were also disappointed that they did not have the French onion soup this week. The potatoes au gratin stole the show. All four of us agreed those were the best. The polenta base under my wife's Seabass was not edible. The indoor decor is fun too (Ace Ventura would call it a lovely room of death) with all the animal trophies on the walls. The pork ribeye over sweet potato mash isn't going to win any beauty contests, but don't judge that book by its cover because it was very tender and delicious. It's definitely a new favorite! The Steak Au Poivre is another one with a sauce that elevated an already well-cooked (but not well-done!) steak. My wife's Seafood Alfredo was wonderful, including the bites she let me steal, and the Lowcountry chowder was excellent. Her other favorites are the Filet Neptune and the Mahi-Mahi. The Thai BBQ ribs are also a big hit with the family, but somehow I still haven't gotten to try one. Next time. This is the "good" Joe's. They don't serve hamburgers here, but they do know how to cook a steak. The food is excellent, the service has always been good, and they've nailed the local upscale-casual restaurant and bar vibe.
