Went yesterday for the first time and now here we are again today!! Delicious and fresh sandwiches!! Hot crispy fries! The staff is super friendly and helpful! Love that I can fill out my own order and have all the options right there to check off!! My husband isn't usually one to overly brag on food but he went on and on both days about how good it is! Here is what we've tried the 2 days we've been there..... Egg salad Turkey bacon ranch Reuben Steak Fries both days!! My parents both got the Italian and bragged on it as well!! We've been down here a year and 1/2 and just now finding this place but this will be a regular stop for us when we want fresh, tasty sandwiches and fries!! His response to my original review was simply a lame attempt to try and save face somehow. Original review: Bad news. I understand the kitschy ordering system; they're known for it. But it's ineffective and causes confusion and grumpy, discouraged customers, not to mention it slows down what's supposed to be a fast food sandwich system. I do like that they toast their subs, but they have only basic white or wheat bread and The Grinder recipe sub I ordered was a disgustingly greasy mess. No way I'd order it again. Please, please see my pic!!! Gross!!! They do NOT have Wi-Fi and they serve basic Coke products with Diet Coke being their only diet soda option. Yuck. Only garbage cans are at the store entrance; none at the rear seating area. Importantly, this place ain't cheap either...a 10 inch sub will run you over 9, yes 9 bucks!!!! No value here at all. Haven't been in one for a while, as ours in Summerville closed. Things have changed: now only 2 ordering bags, no instructions, so I asked if I could order at the register, but the clerk said "no, you write your order on the paper bags." So I used the B.Y.O.bag. I thought I was ordering the large black bean avocado sandwich, which is $11.99. My husband paid and told me it was $17. He didn't ask for a receipt, so I called over one of the line guys, who was very sweet. Oh My GOD... Which Wich has the most unbelievable sandwiches. Beats Subway into submission without even trying to. I had an incredible experience with The Reuben. So perfectly done and incredibly tasty. My son had a Pepperoni Pizzawich, and I didn't even have to ask him to finish it. It was already gone. I did taste it before the disappearance, and the Marinara sauce had vibrant tastes and he loved it. My wife had The Ultimate BLT which was equally incredible. Hubby and I chose the middle sized sandwich and it was huge! I think I would have been ok with the smaller of the three. Toppings are fresh. Meat slices are plentiful -- not skimpy at all. We bought 4 subs with chips for about $45 (because of the different sizes for sandwiches). We drove about 30 minutes to get to the hungry family and found that the sandwiches did NOT get soggy! OK, can we get more of these in Vegas? Because I'm absolutely obsessed! I loved their bag ordering system. Take a sandwich-sized bag with the lunch meat of your choice and use a marker to choose your sandwich options (sandwich size; hot, cold; bread; add-ons, etc.). They take your paper bag and put it on the sandwich-making assembly line and it's ready in a matter of minutes! They'll call out your name when it's ready, which you write on the bottom of your bag. Very quick and friendly service. Love that there's a wheat bread option, and milkshakes and ice cream sandwiches to fulfill a sweet tooth after your meal. Usually very busy around lunch time but with their efficient system behind the counter it clears out quickly. They have a punch card - one punch for a small and 2 punches for a medium or large wich. After ten, you'll earn a freebie. I wish this were closer to home. I'd have it for lunch every day! read more

You can even choose to have your sub 'skinnied' bu having some of the bread cut out or having it in a bowl like a salad. The thank you turkey is literally the best sandwich I've ever had, and it is consistent every time... I would know... I've filled out a few punch cards already. Aside from the genius ordering process and unique menu options featured at any of these places, the MB (more like Surfside in my opinion) staff is extremely nice and they always joke around and seem to be enjoying their job. I've ate at which wicH in Fayetteville NC before and never had an issue. But when I moved to Myrtle Beach Last October I was highly disappointed. The food was excellent and pricey but I already knew that would be the case. The issue at hand was the customer service. We came in a little bEfore close and as we sat down to eat the girl told us they were closed. She recommended we sit in 40 degree weather or in our car. Now myself working as a superVisor at a grocery store I know that exceptional customer service you do not force a customer out of your business even if they did walk in shortly before close. You can let them know you're closed but never tell them thEy have to leave due to the fact. Anyway! Regardless of the great meal I will never go back becaUse of the poor customer service. read more

Did not know what to expect. When we walked in we were greeted by a young lady who explained to us how it worked. This is kind of an upscale Subway. Instead of walking the line to set up your sandwich you pull these paper sleeves from a rack and then with a marker check off how you want your sandwich. You have a choice of three sizes which I really like since I can't eat as big a sandwich as my husband. He ordered the special cheese steak but there was no choosing the size and it was really small so it was not enough for him. So he went and ordered a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to add to it. Next time he will go with a regular sandwich so he can order the 14" size. We will definitely be returning, especially since it is near the new Publix that we really like. read more

Do not order with Which Wich online!!! I placed an order with them about a week ago and never received it. They partner with doordash and the driver never came to my business. They cancelled it an hour later so I called and spoke with a manager and they gave me the owners phone number to try and get a refund. So I call the owner to find out what happened and hes all sarcastic and rude and doesn't even apologize that my order was cancelled an hour later he just tells me it's my fault and he doesn't have to refund me since I accidentally gave the wrong number. But I didn't give the wrong address so its a pretty shitty excuse to not give someone a refund. Me and my coworkers order from there literally once a week and spend a lot of money on our orders and we will no longer be ordering from them. I hope not giving my $30 back was worth losing close to $50 a week! read more

I would not recommend their lettuce wraps. The first one I had, there was way too much lettuce and it had multiple brown spots. The manager had offered to make me another lettuce wrap to try but it was still poor in quality and the vegetables were soggy.
