Stopped here on the way home from picking up a friend from the airport. We placed our order with a very friendly worker. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, fries and 3 drinks. Went to find seats and there was not a clean table in the restaurant. The chairs, the tables, the floors all needed to be cleaned. The fries were delicious as always and the cheeseburgers were tasty but they got the toppings wrong. There were 6 employees working and at some point the manager who had plenty of time to lean on the counter, needs to get his people working on getting orders correct and cleaning the restaurant. read more

Five guys has gotten extremely expensive. Considering how expensive it is, this place was filthy. Our chairs were sticky and visibly dirty. The high chairs look like they've never been cleaned. If you order at 4pm or later, make sure you get enough fries in your bag if you're ordering a large. Paying over $7 for fries and getting a little fry topper feels bad. The lunch crew seems to portion correctly, but the night crew unfortunately does not. The burgers are the best. I highly suggest loading up on toppings in order to justify the cost. read more

What happened to this place. We used to come here all The time for the fries. Today the fries were not as tasty or crispy as usual. The shake machine was down and the serving size appears to have shrunk. Very disappointing. I could not have been more surprised by the bill here if the guy behind the counter had leaned over and stapled it to my forehead. "Here's your total...cash or charge, cha-chunk!" I'll say this for 5 guys. If nothing else, they're terribly courteous and they damned well should be at these prices! Seriously, I found myself in that weird 'buyer's remorse' mode before I'd even taken my first bite. My eyebrows were stuck in that "WTF just happened?!" position for the entire meal. As others have noted, their prices suggest they believe their hype. Personally, I've found if the masses are singing a joints praises, chances are, I'm not going to fall in line. Such is the case here. 5 guys has taken off quickly in this area and they do indeed make good burgers...just not that damned good. Will I eat here again? Probably. Will I go out of my way? No. Why? The aforementioned prices. Just not price appropriate... Anyway, I'd put off going here for a few years and my wife had been wanting to try it so I gave in. Like I said, the employees are courteous, the decor is utilitarian and the place is clean. I anticipated quality food..Five Guys are everywhere now..never had a bad burger at one. What I didn't anticipate and thoroughly enjoyed was the amazing customer service! The entire team appeared to be in sync in their effort to complete my large to-go order of 6 different burgers, fries and milkshakes! The young lady at the counter informed the cook staff of my arrival. They acknowledged my presence and let me know they were preparing my hot fries and would be finished soon. Communication! I snacked on some peanuts (you have to do that) and watched them add the whip to the milkshakes... With my hands covered in peanut dust, the young lady at counter mentioned to her manager that she was going to help me take my larger order to the car. Now!!!! This is above and beyond my expectation. The manager agreed and temporarily took over the counter for the young lady. And she helped me to the car! I tipped her for her ability to anticipate and meet my needs. Quality counts! Great team at this Five Guys location. read more

After a 20 minute wait due to equipment failure. Not even offered a free soda we ordered hamburgers that were literally that size, shape and color of hockey pucks. Burnt to the point of crunchy. The mushrooms and tomatoes soaked into the bun to the point had to choke it down with a knife & fork. The fries were so raw & greasy asked for money back (a first) $16 for 2 small burgers and 2 medium drinks after the fries were refunded. Only 3 rd time I've eaten at a 5 guys and the last. The person I was with wanted to try it and she will never go again. 3 hours after we both ended up with food poisoning. Had to be from the toppings or the ice tea. She's on concierge duty for a family hotel & had been sending them customers. After her visit she said might as well go to Burger King and get a kids meal, unfortunately I would have to agree.
