Absolutely love this place. Come here every time we are in Myrtle Beach. Awesome menu, very authentic, lots of German beers on offer and incredible customer service.

Underneath the schnitzel in the German Feast for 2

Absolutely loved our meal here this evening. My daughter chose this restaurant and she wasn't disappointed! We ordered the German Feast for 2 and there wasn't a thing on that plate that wasn't delicious. The pork Wiener schnitzel was pounded thin and perfectly crisped. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and buttery soft inside. The sauerkraut and red cabbage provided a bright contrast to the heavy meat plate. I don't know the difference between the brauts but they were all tasty especially when adding the sweet hot mustard. We had quite a bit of leftovers so we will enjoy the meal again. The Bloody Mary was perfectly spiced and bold. Our server Kayla was attentive and efficient even though the place was packed. We made reservations which I highly recommend doing. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

Who'd a thunk you could get an authentic Bavarian meal a couple blocks off the beach in Myrtle? We walked in and were quickly seated at a high top table in the bar area. Service was friendly and helpful. Food was just what we were hoping for. The salads, apps, mains and sides were all fresh and well seasoned. Oh, and the beer was cold!!

Sachertorte, direct from frozen. And cheesecake crème brûlée. Also from frozen. Only $9.00 a slice.

Went for dessert because they are known to have sachertorte. We ordered that and a piece of crème brûlée cheesecake. Both obviously came from a frozen cake. Neither was very good. At $9.00 a slice I expect more. The server never once asked us how they were. Their dinners smelled good and they have a nice ambiance. I'd go back for that but I'd definitely skip dessert.

Showed up for happy hour just to have a couple of German beers. (Not hungry, hahaha!) Sat at the bar and had a flight of 6 beers on tap then a couple of pints (actually 14 oz), and ordered food from the happy hour menu. Schnitzel bites, fried mushrooms, and a pretzel. Omg. I could drink the beer cheese from a straw. I don't eat meat, but I filled up on carbs and yummy sauces. Oh and Noah was our bartender- he was awesome! The vibe is fun, and we completely forgot we were in Myrtle Beach! Live music on a Friday evening with an accordion. Prost!

I'm making this review for my wife who was visiting the area for a conference. She had some time to kill and had spotted this restaurant on her way in to town. I have to say that I was on the phone with her and she was just blown away. She was raving about the decor, the service and especially about the food. She lived in Germany during college so she knows what she's talking about. If you like German food and are in the area this is a "do not miss" spot.

These almost disappeared as fast as the Beer Cheese Soup.

Greeted and seated at the perfect table. Jeff our outside table server was kind, friendly and helpful with our Happy Hour request. Our food and beers were great, look at the pictures for treats and you can almost taste them.

    Spätzle or Spaghetti

Ok not sure what is going on here, and have heard via the grapevine that the restaurant we have come to love for its German food has changed hands and is under new management. Let's start with the stable of German cuisine, the Weiner schnitzel. It is breaded Veal. Here the breading is falling off the Veal combined with a lack of any real flavoring other than a massive amount of salt. The veal is also stringy and super tough (Make sure u sharping your choppers.). Let's now move onto the Spätzle. Again no flavor combined with the consistency of spaghetti. Breading falling off of veal is a sure sign of poor cooking, (not breaded properly, or oil not hot enough. Spaghetti like Spatzle is more of the same.) I know the restaurant advertises a chief from Bavaria, however the food makes me question if this Bavaria is somewhere in Mexico or South America. The Service like the veal is tough an unfriendly. May also want to suggest to the wait staff to clean/wash there German outfits, no one wants to see bits and pieces of 2 week old meals on there uniforms, makes me think.....if the wait staff looks like this, what is going on in the kitchen. Cost of a dinner for two about 80-100$ including tip. Bottom line strong pass on this Restaurant with the suggestion that if they did changed hands they immediately rehired the German Bavarian Chief. If not, the beer is good and plenty full just eat somewhere else.

My dinner German schnitzel, and veggies, steamed with garlic sauce and fried potatoes

Went here on Thursday February 12th 2026 with my parents, aunt, uncle and a few friends as a total party of 7. We did make a reservation online and highly recommend to do that. When we arrived, the parking lot was jam packed and we almost couldn't find a spot. However, we were luckily able to park in the back somewhere. This place is like a little house with german memoria on it. in the dining room, they also had an accordion player. When we walked in to the door, we waited about 6 -10 minutes for a host to greet us. When the host finally did, she sat us down right away. Then, we sit down and our server still didn't greet us until like 15 minutes or later. Now, i understand that they were busy- but acknowledge us, address us, take a moment to start us with waters. Although this gave us time to look over the menu if we didn't know what we wanted. Finally the waitress comes over and gets us 7 waters, and 6 beers. We also put in an order of Bratwurst, Bauernwurst, as well as the pretzel appetizer. Appetizers came out in a timely manner. I enjoyed the Bauernwurst, which i think is the one that tasted like hot dogs, as well as the pretzel. The pretzel was big and we did end up sharing it with the whole table. For Entrees, I ordered the chicken Jager with mushrooms and gravy with a side of german potato salad and string beans. The String beans were the vegetable of the day. Oh, and the waitress did a good job with telling us the specials and communicating once everything calmed down. Food seemed to take long to come out, but when it finally did, I enjoyed my Chicken Jager. Only issue is that some others in my party said that their sides/food was cold- even after warming it up a bit- which the waitress did try to fix at least. Maybe the heat lamp is broken, or the food isn't directly under it, I don't know but this should be improved upon. We were offered dessert but skipped it. We did separate checks for our party- which the waitress accomodated. Paid via credit card and left a cash tip. May be back again!

First start off with the Hefe-Weizen beer. They serve it in a nice chilled glass and a great way to start the next enjoyable 1+ hours of tastebuds delight! The pretzel is a must! It's served warm and was so so so soft. It will make you regret you ever ate one at the mall or carnival. We had the jagerschnitzel and the breading was perfect. I think any of the schnitzels would be great. The bartender told us about a special off-menu item that included 3 types of bratwurst. Each one had a unique flavor for the others. My favorite was the peppercorn one. It was one of the best dishes we ever had. This is an absolutely must get dish! For dessert, the apple strudel is the way to go. It's one of the freshest desserts you'll ever have.

My boyfriend and I went to Germany about two years ago, where he ate schnitzel every single day he was there (for a week), so when he found this place so close to our house, he berated me until we tried it. A standout favorite for this spot is that they give you blankets when you sit outside which (in my opinion) should be a standard in restaurants with outdoor seating. Our waiter was super friendly and really knowledgeable about the menu, which is always great when dining with my boyfriend who is known to order whatever is most recommended. We started with the spaetzle (which will be replacing my current go-to mac and cheese order) and then had the Frankfurter Schnitzel and the Jägerschnitzel. Everything was tasty and cooked to perfection! We had to order the Schokokuchen for dessert which was incredible, rich, chocolatey, and the perfect end to the meal. We had a great night and would definitely go back. It will absolutely be added to our favorite dinner spots!
