Excellent cheeseburger and fries! Cooked properly to medium. Fries were out of this world! Reasonably priced. Will return again!

I visited this location today and the cashier honestly ruined the experience for me! She was very rude and condescending, saying "no, no, no" to me when I asked her to fix my order that she repeated incorrectly to me. I was with my boyfriend and he ordered a regular size fry, I said "why don't we get a large to share?", the cashier said "ummmm are you sure you wanna do that?... the large size is meant for four people", kind of felt like she was judging our choices. The lady who handed me my food just continued to stare at me instead of saying something - "enjoy your food!" Isn't very difficult to say. I give 2 stars for the food, without that it'd be 0 stars for this location. read more

Nothing impressive at all, and especially not for the outrageous price!!! This was my first time trying them because my husband raved about them...i'd never bother again!! I could make a better burger at home. No flavor whatsoever in the burger!! It's like they just take the meat and slap it on the stove and that's that...no salt, pepper, etc..nothing! Fries were disgusting as well....cold, soggy, no salt. Don't waste your time, and even more importantly, your money on this "burger" gimmick of a place. Knew the food would be good but the customer service today was great! Am not a regular to this location but stopped by on weekend vacation - the manager spoke with me as we waited as did another employee just to see how we were doing. Personal touch appreciated! And the little order of fries was more than enough for two. read more

The burgers were a-okay, but nothing special in my opinion. I would rather have In-N-Out, Fatburger, or Shake Shack any day!

I was very disappointed with my meal here..... when I got there I was the only person there and it took 20 minutes to get my food.... then they didn't even give me a good about of fries... I have been looking forward to this burger and it was dry.. it makes me want to drive 4 hours back to home just to get good service and a good meal... What a place to hit the spot! Fresh French fries are to die for (the large fries feeds a family of four) and the regular size burgers are monstrous. Fresh ingredients and toppings making for a filling and delicious meal. From Winston Salem to Arlington (home of the first) to Myrtle I am never disappointed. Vacationing in Myrtle Beach and went here b/c husband had heard of this place on Fast Money or one of those shows he watches. It's brightly decorated in red and white with just simple tables and chairs. No frills there. As you walk in the door, you hear the employees calling out "Two in the door" or " Four in the door!" and then someone is waiting to take your order right away. it's a hamburger and hot dog place where you order whichever and then there is a list of add on condiments which you select. The day we went they were out of onions. ?! out of onions?? How can that happen at a fast food place? but no matter. the burgers were very tasty. and like others have said they give you a ton of fries. I would recommend highly giving it a try. read more

Just had some yummy burgers. They were fresh, hot, and made exactly how we wanted them. I'll tell you what really impressed me, was the manager coming out and checking on every table. He was friendly and cared enough to make sure everything was perfect. GOOD JOB! read more

My wife was craving a burger for a week. It was a while since I had Five Guys. We had to wait over 20 minutes for food with nobody in the store. When we did get our food, the toppings were old and the burgers were overcooked. Would not recommend this location. Other locations are better than this one. read more

I've not been to a Five Guys since I left Marlboro, Massachusetts and I didn't like it there. I was taken to lunch here today and was quite pleased. We walked in and were about the 4th person to be waited on, since it was right in the middle of lunch hour. I ordered a small burger, my friend and I shared a reg order of fries and I had an iced tea. Kyle took our order and he was most pleasant. He had a nice smile and kind words and was very friendly. Our food was brought to our table in a bag in less than 10 minutes. These were some of the best fries I've had and someone told me it's because they were hand-cut. They even had Malt vinegar (beside the ketchup) so I was in my glory. I love my fries with Malt vinegar. My burger was just enough and I had it MY way with cheese and mushrooms with little ketchup. Great burgers but do not get them to go as they will have reverted to their grease state by the time you get them home. They are much better eaten in the restaurant. Fries are excellent and the serving size is enormous. read more

I always appreciate great customer service and this place has it! There was no prodding for our order some while we were taking our time deciding right in front of the register. After the order was made, the guy at the register asked how our day had been and made some quick small talk which I definitely liked. The wait time for the food was quite long despite there being few people, although this can be expected at any 5 guys. The guy who brought out our food shared a great quick tip for our food and sent us on our way. By the time we got home the buns of the burgers were a bit soggy but the patties were thick and loaded to the point it's hard to fit in your mouth. Also the fries were a little cold by the time we got home but the taste was excellent. I recommend this place for the food but I will surely come back for the service. read more

Nice place, but very busy. Food was tasty and hot, but typically a greasy spoon. :) If you are looking for traditional american grilled foods this is a good place to find it. read more

The best of everything!!!!! Impossible to do better, staff goes above and beyond, one of the cleanest place on the Grand Stand. The staff never stopped when I was in this restaurant, cleaning assisting customers and the list goes on. Staff checked to make sure I was enjoying my experience. The food not only met expectations but surpassed them with leaps and bounds. If all five guys were as good as this one all other burger places would have to close up and move on... I visit this area at least twice a year ... I will be sure to visit this spot every time ... Great work read more

Great staff and great food. I will come back here again. This place is also very clean. I had such a great time here. Again I was very impressed with the staff and the food. You can tell they actually have fun on the job and it shows in the hospitality and good atmosphere. I would come back to Myrtle Beach to this place alone lol. read more
