Went here on Monday June 15th 2026 with my dad after running some errands, and wanted some lunch. Also had a gift card, but didn't use it this visit. We parked, and then walked in. Decided to order a medium NY steamer, and a medium Cajun chicken sandwich. Made one of them a combo. Dylan, the cashier was very pleasant and made sure that we were okay with the toppings on the sandwich, as well as the side of pickle. Basically a combo one can get chips and a soda. For the soda, we use the soda machine and can pretty much pick our own soda. We paid with a credit card with a total of 27.16 for 2 sandwiches. We also ate it there, and found a clean table. Service was terrible. We waked in and no one would make eye contact or speak. We finally just left after feeling very uncomfortable. We have been to this location before and the service and food were both good. Hopefully the crew working will find happiness somewhere else read more

Orders need to be CORRECT and the bread should be HEATED! Please clean your tables! LESS BREAD means that the inside of the roll should be scooped out. When "extra caramelized onions" are ordered , it means there needs to be LOTS of caramelized onions. read more

Terrible we got ther and 5:41 and didn't get out food until 6:20 the people were very rude and put our order last there were rude people and no one told the lady to be quit. my food was steamed in the outside but once I got to the middle it was so cold it was uncomfortable to eat. I also asked for no deli mustard yet there was an unreal amount of deli mustard. One of the employs would not speak to me or my family and then finnaly one nice women came up and apologized but it was obviously forced considering she went up to her manager and talk about to where I could hear. I enjoy eating fire house subs but it is fair to say this was the worst experience of my life DONT know if i will ever eat at another one after that. read more

Received the wrong order delivered by Grubhub and a receipt was not provided. Contacted the establishment and the 1st manager was so "damn" rude I had to hang up. Call back later, once I got my temper in check... was connected to a 2nd manager.. and I explained the order was not correct. And I quote... "you use an outside delivery sevice, therefore, we have no control of you receiving the wrong order." Me... I am hungry so can you send out the correct order? Manager.. it not our policy to give food away free and hung up... ugh never never again... I ordered $40 worth of food... Update.. was given a courtesy lol refund. read more

Good sub a little high dollar, but unlike Jimmy John they don't cut portions and still raise the price.

Have been visiting FHSubs weekly, download the App and received a free large drink . Great ,, so stopped this afternoon and was told , sorry were out of large cups ! Come back next time !!! This is my first time at Fire House Subs, and if this is any indication of how this franchise is I'LL BE BACK! There is a nice variety of subs that you won't find in most sub places. I had the NY Steamer which is corned beef with pastrami and melted provolone and it was do tasty and just melted in your mouth. I would like to update my review because the past couple months I have been going back to this location and the subs have been amazing every time! The speed could use some work sometimes but overall it's dramatically improved! Sam the manager has always been so nice as well. I'm happy to say they're back on my rotation of food places! This location has really gone downhill fast. I miss Drew so much and am so sad he transferred. I hadn't really come back until recently and it's been a hit or miss. Either I get a horrible sandwich or it's just okay. It's been more on the horrible side lately which is why I'm writing a review. It's unfortunate because this is one of my favorite places and now I avoid it. They've made my sandwich wrong so many times when it's so simple. Literally 3 things go on it. Samantha a new manager has been helpful and made it correctly for me a couple times now but I hate that the manager only knows me from complaining. It shouldn't be that way, I never use to have any problems ever and I practically lived there. I broke down and went yesterday before work (I should have known to call ahead or put the order in online as they take forever even when they're empty in there) I asked while paying how long for cookies since they were out of every dessert treat they said 15 mins. Waited 15 mins for my sandwich and asked if the cookies were done, no one knew what happened to them... come to find out they were never put in the oven! They told me if I wanted to wait 15 minutes I could and I was like I already waited! They are horrible,stay far away unless you have all day for them to make something correctly. read more

This is really the only food place in Carolina Forest area you can count on. The staff is always nice, food is always fresh and the only place that we have never gotten sick from eating there. Thank you so much for always being great!! I would suggest the steak and cheese. It's my favorite. You can subtract or add ingredients just make it your own. We went to FHS for dinner. We ordered 2 subs. The bag that the subs were in was covered in something wet and got all over my car seat. I specifically asked for no tomatoes but there were tomatoes on there.. this is the 2nd time this has happened. We are supposed to get a pickle with each sub and we only received 1. This is also the second time this has happened.. probably won't return to this location. read more

I have been to this location and this was definitely my most favorite visit yet! The staff was very friendly and constantly checking up on everyone. The subs were very delicious and hot.
