Been on a burger kick lately. Been some time since I stopped here. I know why it's been awhile. Very clean and easy on the eyes but the burgers are what fall short. I didn't sit in m, I took it Togo. I sat to eat and found the bun hard and dry along with a tasteless under seasoned burger. The fries were average. Pretty pricey for a sub par product. I was kind of disappointed in my meal today. I thought that I would stop in here for a "cheat day" cause it's my bday! I went to the counter and told the employee that I had never been there and I heard they had fantastic food. She could have cared less. No personality at all. I also told her that I wanted the smallest, healthiest burger and asked for her help. I asked what the difference was with the regular burger and the Wagyu. She said " some people prefer Wagyu" Wow. Ok So, I ordered a regular burger with cheese and the regular toppings. Also ordered a small fry with ranch and a bottled water It came to almost $19.00 That's insane for a chain burger. Anyways- the place was clean, and very spacious. It has a virtual golf section too. I just felt so not helped with what I was looking for and there was nobody else behind me. Burgers are one of my favorite foods and this place did not disappoint! If you love just a good satisfying burger I would highly recommend this place. The fries were amazing as well. The burgers are great, but you have to get the onion rings. My family is obsessed with BurgerFi and was excited to take us there. They have three main options burgers, chicken, and hotdogs. There are some vegetarian and vegan options as well. I had a single burger with bacon jam. It was tasty and I liked you could get one patty instead of two. Needed something fast in a rush that wasn't typical fast food junk so gave them a try and GLAD I DID!!! One of the top burgers I have ever had!!! I got the all day breakfast burger (bacon, cheese, fried egg, hash brown) and I can't believe what I tasted!!! The truffle fries are amazing because instead of it being drizzled it is a Mayo type truffle sauce that is you get to dip as you want!!! Our favorite! Love the lettuce wrap option and the hand cut fries! Love how it's hormone antibiotic free meat and clean ingredients. Went to BurgerFi last night and absolutely everything we ordered was delicious! Excellent pricing for the quality of the food, as well. I had the spicy Swag Burger and would definitely get that again. Their onion rings were the best I've ever had. My daughter ordered their chicken strips and I already want to order those again. Pretty darn good, the CEO never disappoints. The sauce is classy but the beef itself I've had better tasting at other burgeries. Sometimes the burger meat matters the most, but it is prime quality here. And taste is subjective but I would appreciate more flavor to the actual meat (salt, spice, mix and such). The banana churro shake comes with churro pieces (nice texture) but I thought the shake the actual flavor of churro and banana. The shake itself is very mild in banana flavor. read more

I went to BURGERFI for the first time today for lunch. The menu was varied offering angus beef burgers, plant-based burgers, hot dogs and chicken sandwiches. They have a kids menu as well and kids eat free after 5pm on Tuesdays. BurgerFi has beer and wine choices as well as the regular soft drinks from Coca Cola along with bottled water and tea. The restaurant was not very busy and there was some trash on the dining room floor. The place had several televisions tuned in to ESPN and trendy music was playing. I ordered the cheeseburger which was a double beef patty (it looked like all their beef burger options were two patties) and the usual veggie toppings and the BurgerFi sauce. The trademark brand appeared on the bun. The burger was substantial but not special. The burger was juicy and requires several napkins to eat it but lacked anything that separated it from the burger found at any other gourmet style burger restaurant. The fresh cut fries were more than plentiful but very limp and greasy. BurgerFi has desserts featuring custard but I did not try any. Overall the experience was not different from what you would find at any other casual dining restaurant. I would probably not return since there are options available locally that provide a more satisfying experience. read more

We read the great reviews on BURGERFI and since we were in the area we decided to give it a shot. I must say that it didn't disappoint! My husband ordered the CEO and I ordered the cheeseburger green style (wrapped in lettuce). We also ordered a side of onion rings and fries with Parmesan and garlic aioli. I wish that I had gotten a picture but it looked so good that I had already eaten half of it by the time I remembered. The icing on the cake was one of the workers here. He was literally the friendliest man, always had a smile on his face and you could tell that he genuinely enjoyed being there. You don't find this trait often anymore. Come to find out, he was the owner (Larry)! You would have never guessed. He just acted like he was just another employee there. I would go back here just to see his smiling face! I always feel like i have to specify pre-pandemic or currently in pandemic when I do a review. We are still in the pandemic and things have started to open up for carry out or eat on patio. Burgerfi is a new experience for us. We've never been to burgerfi anywhere let alone this location in Myrtle Beach. The dining room was closed off but we did eat on the patio. They had the tables spread out and everyone was respectful of social distancing. No iced tea. Huge bummer. Food was amazing ! Cooked to order my CEO burger was delicious. So tender and great flavor. Fries were a little flimsy but good taste. Onion rings were great. Service was good. Bathrooms were clean and everything you need was just an "ask" away.
