The food was okay, the service was good until I was asked to take my emotional service dog out because he barked a child who came up behind him and tried to touch him and in mine and my on the spectrum sons space. The mother then complained I always thought you ask to touch someone's dog (always) and you are not suppose to touch service dogs never. So next time I ask that you find out what happened before you ask someone to remove their service dog. Is it against the law to ask you to remove your service dog? The ambiance is not bad. This is actually a 3.5 star place. Big, bright, clean and inviting like I remember Fuddruckers many years ago. Not sure if the menu changes were organic or caused by the pandemic, but there weren't any BIG burgers, just additional patties. We have been to this location probably 5-6 times already... we missed the Fudds where we used to live when it closed. So when we moved here and found this Fudds we were ecstatic! The burgers are always juicy and flavorful. The fries or onion rings and always crispy and yummy. And the cookies !!!! Yum I doubt I will ever have room in my tummy to try the shakes but the look good. One of our visits we came behind a bus full of high school boys who just finished a tournament. We ordered and our food was done in an amazing short time. Bring a crowd because this location knows how to feed everyone fast!! The staff are always nice and helpful- Nicole and Russell are fun and sooo very friendly! And they are the only ones whose name we got- the rest of the staff are amazing too! Hands down, this is the best burger in the US and the french fries that come with it are out of this world, they remind me of the moljo potatoes I used to get near Mt. Hood in Oregon. Went for lunch on the 22nd and went back today the 24. I haven't been to Fuddruckers in a very long time. I have fond memories of eating at Fuddruckers in Hilton Head during my college spring break visits. On this vacation to Myrtle Beach, I was determined to visit a Fuddruckers. On our last day after we checked out of our rental unit at 10:30 a.m., we headed for Fuddruckers, which opened at 11:00 a.m. We were a bit early and the kids weren't hungry yet, so we stopped to shop for a bit. After our souvenir shopping, we arrived at Fuddruckers around 11:30 a.m. There was no line, but there were a few people eating already. I ordered a 1/2 pound burger and a chocolate milkshake and we sat ourselves at a table. Our burgers were ready before the milkshakes were ready. So I visited the toppings bar to load up my burger. I was a bit disappointed to find that there was no bacon, mushrooms, chili, or grilled onions at the burger bar. There were only basic toppings like mayo, ketchup, mustard, onions, jalapenos, relish, tomatoes, and lettuce at the bar. I guess I had forgotten that you have to order the good stuff with your burger. Anyway, my burger was delicious with the toppings that were available. I loved every bite of it and I'd definitely visit again. I wish we had a Fuddruckers near home. read more

Our first time coming to Fuddruckers. The servers were very nice and the service was quick! The fries were steak fries but they seemed to be soaked in grease ( not crispy) they had seasoning salt but not salty. The burgers were fresh and good! It was expensive, $42 for two combos! Located in Myrtle Beach, walking distance from the Breakers, we wanted a quick and delicious lunch, so we ordered some burgers to go. They were super quick, and amazingly helpful when doing a pickup order. How do you make a bunch of burgers to go? they gave me an extra box to put all the toppings and sauces in. Additionally, they gave me a bunch of sauces in there as well. I was able to walk the food back to our room no problem and all the burgers were delicious! The only drawback (which made me drop a star) was we also got the ribeye steak sandwich... which was like... hardened spam re-heated in a microwave. Not only is it more expensive, but it was also borderline inedible. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website or menu. Stick to the burgers and fries, and you'll be pleased with getting what you expect! Will surely be back for the epic burgers. Cheers! read more

This is our go to stop when staying in Myrtle beach. The burgers are fresh and tasty with fantastic homemade buns. The fries are always piping hot and I just love that cheese sauce. We were at the beach for a week recently and ended up going here twice since it offered the best meal we had at the beach. Suggestions for improvement would be that the onion rings aren't as good as the fries and the tomatoes never seem ripe enough. Otherwise, this place is perfect. Only tiny "dings" from a 5 star would be the slightly unseasoned burger and it appears everything comes out well-done now. I'd give the place 4.5 if yelp allowed. The burgers came out on a bun that was huge...much too large for the tiny patty that came on it. The onion rings were delicious. The burgers were underwhelming. The price tag for 2 burgers fries onion rings and two sodas was almost $40! Too much for too little. Wouldn't recommend or return to this restaurant. read more

We wanted to try new places on our vacation and stumbled across this place. Let me start off by saying it was NOTHING like we expected. None of us were fans of the waiting in line, ordering process, finding somewhere to sit and wait for our name to get called to go get our food. For some weird reason, some people in our party got actual cups to put their drinks in while the rest of us got given to go cups. The fries are not good what so ever. I'm not a fan of wedges anyways, but these hardly had any seasoning or salt on them. I ordered the chicken tender meal and it is EXTREMELY OVER PRICED for what you get. I had like 5 or 6 tenders, the wedges, and a drink and it was like $16.. Its really sad that my chicken tender meal at Texas Roadhouse is cheaper than this place. Definitely did not expect that. My family wasn't really a fan of what looked like trash can lids that our food was served on. They weren't really a fan of the "build your burger" bar thing either. It says on the website this location has an arcade.. Don't believe that. It's literally like 2 claw machines and a key machine.. Hardly an arcade. It was really loud in the restaurant, too. Busy place! We got in just before a huge rush! We ordered 2 hangover burgers, 1 kids chicken tender meal and 2 cheeseburger meals. The food came out fast, but they got the cheese wrong on my husband's and forgot my kids ranch, oh well, not a big issue. The place was so clean and the condiment bar was full. My favorite part is the cheese dispenser! There were a couple of bus boys walking around cleaning tables and offering to grab our dishes. The location was easy to get to and has lots of parking. Limited menu choices, especially if you prefer to honor your health and fuel your body with wholesome choices. Sorry burgers, fries, baked goods and shakes don't do it. So why did I go? Group thing. I did find a grilled chicken sandwich and smothered it with mushrooms, onions and cheese. Very messy but silverware is provided and it tasted just as good eating it with a fork. The sandwich alone was plenty for lunch. If you're near the Myrtle Beach convention center it is within an easy walking distance from there to Fuddruckers. I love Fuddruckers, having dined in the Spartanburg location for most of my life. This one in Myrtle Beach is horrible! From outside, everything looks well. Inside, I instantly noticed trash on the floor. No one greeted us despite another party coming in immediately after us. They weren't greeted either. In fact, the male cashier was more intent on finishing his conversation with a coworker instead of taking our order. We did order, and as I walked by the toppings bar, I was disappointed by the dry-looking diced tomatoes, the dull looking pico de gallo, and the browning shredded lettuce. My husband complained about the lettuce, and an employee brought us a plate of fresh lettuce. The hamburgers looked steamed, and many condiments, like the fry sauce were out or the dispensing canisters weren't working. Not really a fan due to the price, even for the beach. We haven't been to a Fuddruckers in a number of years so maybe they're all this expensive now, but when we compare them to River City, well, they just don't compare and cost more. Two medium (1/2lb combo meals was $30+ before tip). I have to admit that the hamburgers are fresh and they taste good. Due to the Covid-19 changed, the self-service topping bar was unavailable, and while they still allow you to get things it takes away from one of the reason's we liked eating at Fuddruckers in the past. The restaurant had a few dirty tables when we walked in, which is always a turn off, and straw wrappers and a few napkins on the floor just make us feel like the cleanliness as a whole might be in question. Our server was very nice and she was also very attentive, so no issues with service at all, but we'll not be back in here again with all the other options available. read more
