Hospitality at its best, especially for a classic hamburger fin restaurant. My first time to experienced the great tasting burger and the works was in Killeen, Texas back in the late 90's. I like the vibes and the colorful neon lights on the wall. Of course, above all, I enjoy the build your own meal with awesome and friendly workers. Thanks guys for keeping it real out here in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC.

If you've ever been to a Fuddruckers, you know the drill. One member of our party wanted to go to Fudd's, so here we were. I am not a fan of making a trek to a bar with huge mounds of lettuce, etc., and picking a portion to put on my plate, but if that's your game, you will be happy as a hog here. Booths were clean, and service was adequate.

First time at a fuddruckers and WOW! The service was incredible. We tried cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, grilled cheese, chili cheese dog, fries, and onion rings. Everything was absolutely delicious. The hamburger buns were amazing. Topping bar was clean and fully stocked. Many condiments to choose from. I can't wait to go back!

This is actually a 3.5 star place. Big, bright, clean and inviting like I remember Fuddruckers many years ago. Not sure if the menu changes were organic or caused by the pandemic, but there weren't any BIG burgers, just additional patties. DH found that disappointing, but the food was great and cooked to order; in my case, medium rare. All the servers were friendly and helpful. We liked this place.

We have been to this location probably 5-6 times already... we missed the Fudds where we used to live when it closed. So when we moved here and found this Fudds we were ecstatic! The burgers are always juicy and flavorful. The fries or onion rings and always crispy and yummy. And the cookies !!!! Yum I doubt I will ever have room in my tummy to try the shakes but the look good. One of our visits we came behind a bus full of high school boys who just finished a tournament. We ordered and our food was done in an amazing short time. Bring a crowd because this location knows how to feed everyone fast!! The staff are always nice and helpful- Nicole and Russell are fun and sooo very friendly! And they are the only ones whose name we got- the rest of the staff are amazing too! Yes we will be back!!

Hands down, this is the best burger in the US and the french fries that come with it are out of this world, they remind me of the moljo potatoes I used to get near Mt. Hood in Oregon. Went for lunch on the 22nd and went back today the 24. Was told this location will not be closing down 2/3 pound hamburger gets 25 stars potatoes get 25 stars Onions, cheese, and all the trimmings get 25 stars Colombian ladies working at the counter get 25 stars even shorthanded my meal was out quickly and with a smile Added all up and this place gets 100 stars!

Best prepared burgers in Myrtle Beach! I really like how the buns are made in house, and they have a salad bar with all of the toppings.

They quickly seated our party of five, which was a great start to our visit. The service was okay. Nothing over the top, but not bad either. There were a few times our drinks got low, and we had to look around for our waitress, but it wasn't a huge deal. One thing I did notice was that the restaurant felt a little warm and humid inside, but with how busy it was, I can understand why. Now let's get to the best part--the food! My mom ate the crab cakes and cleaned her plate. She said they were so good she almost licked the plate clean! The kids had the chicken tenders and loved them. They were just a little overcooked, which is why we ended up taking some home, but they still enjoyed them. My wife ordered the HUGE grilled shrimp salad and finished every bite. She left happy, but she did mention she would have liked a few more shrimp, especially considering the price. As for me, I had the Catch of the Day, which was swordfish. Let me tell you--if you've never tried swordfish before, go to Carolina Roadhouse and order it! I had mine broiled, and it was cooked perfectly. It was tender, flavorful, and hands down one of the best fish dishes I've had. My only complaint? I wanted more! Overall, my little family had a great experience, and we'll definitely be back. Next time, I'll finally be trying the famous ribs that everyone keeps talking about. Thanks for a great meal, Carolina Roadhouse! From the Griggs Family

Hated paying to park. But the server and host were awesome. The crab legs were ok about a three on a five scale. Whoever thought to make it savory instead of sweet missed the mark. The flavors of the slaw clashed with the rest of the plate. The fish was tasty and the chips were seasoned well and plentiful. Our table enjoyed delicious margaritas, the Autumn Power salad - fresh spinach, dried cranberries, fresh apple slices, and a refreshing dressing. The crab legs were delicious, two clumps with butter and lemons. We also had the shrimp and fries- 8 large shrimp lightly breaded with shoestring fries. Our land lover enjoyed the Reel burger- a juicy combination of chuck and brisket cooked to order. The bun was toasted and held up well to the burger. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. We were promptly seated and drink orders were taken. The waiter reappeared about 15 mins later with drinks and cheese rolls and took the table's order. We settled on the Aspen family meal which consisted of 2 meats and 4 sides. We chose smothered pork tenderloin and fried chicken along with mac 'n cheese, collard greens, fried okra and candied yams. Fried chicken was awesome, crispy, with an assortment of dark and white meat pieces. We were looking for a knife because of the pork tenderloin and realized you don't need it. It was that tender. You could cut it with a fork and it too was awesome. Everyone raved about all the side items except the mac & cheese it was a bit on the bland side so it was not our favorite. There was no need for a refill of any of the food. The first round was very ample sized and everyone left very satisfied. And if I have a bit of feedback, our waiter was not attentive unlike the waitress serving the tables in our same area. He was didn't bother to come back and see if we needed a refill on any of the drinks or the food. The only disappointing thing was they no longer offer you a small sample size dessert to finish up your meal. It's been a while since I've dined here so I'm not sure how long that change has been in place. However, we understand the food industry continues to be impacted by the current economy. Overall, the restaurant was very clean, including the restrooms. It's a nice place to feed a large family who hates buffets.

Will say the area, the location, the draw and the atmosphere is fantastic, but not the food. Our family left disappointed by the overall quality of the meal, particularly given the establishment's reputation and the high price point. The cost for 4 people exceeded our expectations an amount that felt disproportionate to the overall experience provided. The service was adequate. Our waitress was courteous, but could have kept up on our drink refills. The food fell significantly short of our heightened anticipation. Dishes arrived at the table within minutes of ordering, far quicker than would be consistent with individual dish preparations. This is served family style with options of your main courses and sides. The okra was good, but had some very hard pieces. I bit down on one that was so hard it could have broken a tooth. Green beans were decent, but extremely salty. The creamed potatoes were the best thing in my opinion and we were able to be served both the white & brown gravy's. The fried chicken was so dry and uneatable, with extremely minimal flavor and texture that did not meet standard expectations for Southern-style preparation. We realized after the fact: you can request the chicken parts. The macaroni & cheese tasted mushy offering little depth of homemade character. The biscuits were also very dry. They looked great, but tasted bland. The fried fish & tartar sauce was probably the most memorable dish. However, not everyone in our party had it because they do not like it. There's other options for "main" choices, but you'll have to compromise as a group. You'll have to do the same as far as the sides too! I would not recommend Paula Deen's Family Restaurant based on this visit and would advise potential patrons to consider other options for Southern comfort food while in Myrtle Beach. There are many more options within this great broad-walk complex. That said, I would suggest shopping in the gift store located in the downstairs of the building, as there are lots of merchandise that represents Paula Deen far better than her eatery. * If you happen to be a Food Network FAN (like I am). Flavor Town is coming to the other side of town. Location will be at the Myrtle Beach Mall & will open in June 2026*
