Honestly so very disappointed I love this place but today My girlfriend and I ordered 2 bowls waited in line for more then 20 minutes and once I had gotten them mine had a hair in it. Didn't mind at first (didn't take a bite yet) went back told a worker the manager nor the worker apologized for what had happen. Get back to my car and my girlfriend finds another one in hers. It's great smoothies and bowls, I understand the pandemic situation can't wait inside for the order. It would be great if employees went extra mile and take you the order to your car or waiting area instead just to the door and calling everyone at the same time. If they're worried about people gathering inside this is what is happening outside while people wait, get a few orders ready and call multiple people to get their order. So basically why bother sending people outside to wait. read more

It's a little disappointing that customers have to wait 20 to 25 minutes for a smoothie. I understand the new circumstances but as a business you have to learn to adapt when life throws you a curve ball. The owner and manager and staff need to come together collectively and figure out what they can all do in order to make sure that everything runs more efficiently and that they are doing all that they can to make sure that their customer receives their product in a timely manner. read more

I went to Jamba Juice today right after I went to the dentist. My mouth was numb and I was told not to chew anything till my mouth stopped being numb. I thought good what an excuse to buy a Juice. I signed up on Jamba Juice web site a couple of weeks ago. My grandson and I enjoy the drinks there. It wasn't busy when I got there around 12.44pm. I told the guy behind the register I wasn't sure how to use the coupon I received for signing up on their web site. He didn't seem interested in helping me. His lack of enthusiasm in saying hi how are you doing, can I help you was definitely lacking. He rang up the Juice and said how much it was. I asked him to repeat himself $3.38. I gave him a $5 and 38 cebts. Next thing I see is him getting change. I said wait I don't want change back. How much was it? He said 39 cent. I owed him one cent!! I said to him I thought you said .38. He said no I said .39. I asked him to repeat it just cause I wanted to give him my change. Instead of saying to me (before digging for change) I still needed a penny he said nothing!!! His attitude and lack of customer service was amazing. He really needs improving. I'd strongly dislike for employee like him to be the reason why people are not going to this Jamba Juice. I would also dislike that this Jamba Juice to lose money and have to close because the employees do not care how they treat the customers. I just recently started coming here about three weeks ago. I am completely addicted to the acai berry Primo bowl. The three stars have to do with the quality or price which are both fine. It's the fact that every time I have been in there ...there was no one else in there guest wise and three Associates in there awkwardly staring at me.. impatiently waiting for me to make a selection. And asking me multiple times am I ready yet. This would make sense if I was standing up at the register, but considering I was standing back away from where you order so I could take my time to look at the menu it got pretty annoying. I have been there 3 times this month and they have done that every time. They are like chomping at the bits to get my order and make me hurry up and decide. read more

Ordered two large smoothies. An orange karma and a surf rider then waited about 10 minutes while the 4 teenagers talked their life away while working, kinda. One chunky college age looking kid doing nothing but talking to the cashier. "Sir your jamba juice is ready" another said. I responded "I ordered two". It was then that I realized that they had given my orange karma to a homeless that had walked in and picked it up a couple minutes before. "Sorry we will make u another one". 5 minutes later "sir it's ready". I got up only to realize that it was small. Then I waited again until they finally got it right. Only thing I got to say is less talk, more attention and better hygiene. read more

I can't, for the LIFE of me, understand why this store continues to place their chairs upside down on the tables during prime hours!!! I witnessed and elderly lay STRUGGLING to take one down just to sit in it. Of course, i helped her, by WHY does she even have to do this. Can you imagine a child? Shame on you! To be honest we do not go to this place much. This might have been the first time I have ever entered one. We stop by on Black Friday morning for breakfast smoothies. We like them and being on the road we had not had one in quite a few days. This place was in a strip mall near the mall which was quite busy from the shoppers. Ironically when we walked in our daughter started to throw up. My wife rushed into the bathroom and took care of everything. There were no patrons in the restaurant at the time so we did not gross anyone out. The actual throw up happened on my wife so nothing to clean up in the restaurant except her shirt. The staff was very nice to us and offered a lot of help. They really could not do anything but it was nice of them to offer. We actually still ordered a few protein smoothies. They were good and my little one actually drank a little of one. The price for the smoothies was reasonable and the place was clean. The bathrooms were also very clean. read more

we had a large order and something got messed up along the way, we couldn't figure out if it was customer or store responsibility because we hadn't realized until after we got back to our hotel and dispersed all the drinks, but we went back to the store and they were so so sweet and accommodating and made an annoying situation way more smooth. i don't know how effective reviews are on a smoothie shop but i definitely was pleased with the experience and they made our day so much better. read more

Jamba Juice located in Visalia, on Mooney is the best place to get a healthy drink, This place offers great customer service and fast service, And if they mess up on the order they always fix it right away.My favorite drinks from here is the Acai super antioxidant drink and the Kale Caribbean breeze, These smoothies give me energy all day and are really good, Also the Island pitaya energy bowl is delicious, This was the first thing I tried at Jamba Juice and I really liked it.The workers there are really polite and always willing to help you decide what to order or if you have any requests they always make sure to follow your request.This is good because if you're allergic to something like peanuts or are lactose intolerance they make sure your smoothies or bowls come out the way you want them, This place is my absolute favorite I recommend this place to everybody and also my Exeter Community.You won't be disappointed. read more
