    Asada fries!
    Simon S.

This was our 1st time here and we will definitely be back soon. We ordered: * asada tacos which were delicious with zero "chewy" nasty fatty pieces which is what you seem to get more of now a days. My wife got two tacos which she said were really good. The lady who took our order was polite and friendly. The location is well lit and in an area that is semi busy. Bro we are not from Visalia the spot really made us feel at ease not only waiting for our food but eating in our vehicle in the parking lot. Only bad part is their hours. Thank you! I highly recommend.

I can't stop won't stop with this taco spot. The wet burrito had WARM & FLAVORPACKED salsa verde with melted white cheese on top (was it motz or jack I'm not sure but it melted wonderfully). This fixed a craving I didn't even know I could have! Definitely going to be a go to! I loved how much sauce they included because as I ate a forkful I could dip into the leftover sauce / cheese mix! They are so generous with this delicious sauce - it was mild-medium with a very soft kick. I will be dreaming of this burrito until I could have it again! Next time I plan on asking if they can top it with some sour cream on top! The wet chicken burrito was quite large and I couldn't finish it without some help! 10/10. Bonus! The frijoles in this burrito were not from a can they were fresh!

We have been looking for a taco truck for a few years, and tonight, we drove around trying a few places. The reviews drew me to Taco N' Tento. The asada meat was perfect. They grilled the meat until crispy but not burnt or dry. They had cabbage as an option, which is a plus for me. The green salsa is perfect for flavor, and once you add the red salsa, you have the heat! They do not sell al pastor, which is my husband's fav, but I say if you can perfect asada, you have my business. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They have tables and chairs that they keep clean. Their salsas and fixings are kept at the right temperature. I'm looking forward to going back. Thank you for taking pride in what you serve the community!

Decided to try a new taco truck today... and was pleasantly surprised. Owners were very kind service was quick and the food was made to order. While I waited, I was able to help myself to sides such as Salsa's, Lemons, Jalapeños, cabbage, and Guacamole salsa. The torta was a good portion size and tasted great. The tacos have plenty of meat on them and we'll seasoned. (Only tried the Asada & Chorizo this time around). We will be back. The taco truck is in a good location, very clean, and a well lit area. They also take orders over the phone.

For 1 burrito and 1 taco with tip, came out to around $33. Don't do delivery from here. The Burrito was not very good. The meat was almost like ground beef in texture but also non existent at the same time. I tasted more beans than rice but even then, it was more of a soupy burrito with a tortilla that you had to rip at and hope each bite wouldn't undo the whole burrito. There was some kind of salsa inside it that wasn't apart of the description. It gave it an off flavor. Al Pastor taco was meh. The corn tortillas tasted homemade, which was nice. But the meat was stringy, kind of fatty and an off color almost a light orange. It tasted better than the asada but still wasn't very good. I do appreciate they followed my request for extra salsa, but these packs look like they come from a frozen dinner you get at the store. Absolutely off putting. The flavor was "ok" but nothing special. Overall, not worth it. $33 and I was left with an upset stomach. I had such high hopes! I haven't been in a long time and was hoping it would have been an amazing experience. I was wrong. I gave 3 stars cause I do appreciate them following the special instructions most other restaurants don't. But that still can't justify the food.

I always get tortas at taco trucks so I got that asada torta - which I should have just stuck to the tacos smh. The torta was small it was wrapped up and the size of like a hamburger. Honestly it was so dry smh I didn't even eat it all. Service was good although they were busy it went pretty quickly. Ordered 1 torta and 13 tacos waited maybe 15min. Paid about $50ish for it. All the toppings are on the second line you just go up too and serve yourself. Also got champurado and it was like watered down but I'm used to the authentic thick creamy champurado this was not it. Would I try them again, no I'll stick to other taco trucks nearby. Defiantly just get their tacos js.

Even after circling downtown Visalia for a solid 10 minutes trying to find parking (absolute chaos), this place delivered. Right when you walk in, you notice the ordering kiosk--which, honestly, is necessary given how busy they are. That alone told me I made the right call. While waiting, I saw a cook putting together a big order of quesabirrias, and that sealed it--I added one to my usual single-tortilla carne asada tacos. Let me be clear: they do NOT skimp on the meat. Easily a 10/10 in that department. The flavor is on point, the salsa hits, and portions are legit. If anything, I over-ordered because the tacos are more filling than they look. This place is operating at a level where they either need a bigger location or to start franchising--seriously. Only minor knock: the music was a bit loud for my personal preference. But that's it. Bottom line--well worth the stop. I'd go back without hesitation.
