9pm hunger struck and my sister in law suggested this local food truck for some good eats! I ordered some carne asada fries with only fries, cheese & guacamole and I was genuinely impressed. The meat was charred and chopped finely so it was crispy & tender. The crinkle cut fries were a pleasant surprise because they were thin and crispy and seasoned enough that it worked well with the meat and cheese. Which they did put a generous amount of cheese too! The guac was a little on the over powering side, I'm not a fan of chunks of tomatoes in guacamole, so I could have done without that but overall I can't wait to visit family again to try other items on the menu! read more

This is my 3rd time in last 10 days This place not as good as before. The red head girl taking orders is not friendly at all and in to big hurry when your ordering. Then you get the food the meat are cold and tortillas are under cooked. Then sometimes you get cups of salsa then other times salsa to pre packaged and bought from a company somewhere. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Food was FANTASTIC & I don't say that often about food. We ordered their shrimp burrito, 2 carne asada tacos and 2 pollo. We also ordered their horchata. We also noticed that their tortillas are hand made and rolled in a dough press. So cool! First bite of their shrimp burrito had me trippin' out cuz it was sooo goood! This burrito is spicy so be warned! In a good way though. The sauce inside tasted a bit like in-n-out sauce BUT spicy. The tacos were equally delicious. The meats were super tender and cooked to perfection. Extremely flavorful! I'm wanting more food from this place just writing this review. Their horchata was good. Just your typical horchata. We have been coming here for a long time ! The food is usually very good and it was our favorite taco truck . But as of late , the food and service has seemed to go downhill. The last few times we have went my tacos are so soggy . The tortilla looks and taste basically raw like it's not even cook . The taco falls apart from the soggy tortilla. The rice and beans have no flavor . I can't even finish them . And I asked the man who took my order for three salsas . He said he put two in the bag already and I asked if I could have one more because we use a lot of salsa and he said yes but when I got home he never put it. Also they keep forgetting to put the sides for us that usually come with the food like the onion , Chile, and lemon. We won't be stopping by anymore sadly . Too many bad experiences the last few times and it's a waste of money :( hopefully they get it together again read more

But yesterday I went and ordered plenty of food for my family and I asked the girl that is always wearing lashes to please give me extra sauce and she replied to me as in MORE ?! I love looking for new taco places for my boyfriend to try as he loves them. We were actually heading to a different taco place when we passed by this one with a huge crowd in front of it. So I decided to turn around and check it out. The taco truck itself is very cool. I love how you can see everything that they are doing because of all the windows on the side. They make their own tortillas fresh right in front of you, which is super cool. Everything looked extremely clean and organized. The guy who took my order was really nice and attentive. He read back my order and got it accurate. The price was fair. They have cheaper tacos than a lot of the places we have been to. They have seemingly more options than a lot of places we've been to. I had my boyfriend try about four different types of tacos and he said they were all really good! This is now his new favorite place to get tacos. We also didn't have to wait very long to receive the order even though there was a big crowd. They packaged everything nicely and included hot sauce and a bag of lots of other sides. I was kind of torn as to what to rate them. Their tortillas are freshly made, you can taste the freshness like momma made them. But when it comes to the carne asada, the meat lacked flavor as if it didn't even have any salt. The quality of the meat was grade A, almost a immediate giveaway after your first bite. Now the big ingredient that sets all taco trucks it just tacos apart is the SALSA. The salsa was bland just like the meat like it wasn't even seasoned with salt. Definitely not one of my top 5 spots in Tulare or even top 10 in the county. Not sure I'll be making a visit here again. Sorry guys. read more
