I cannot say enough good things about their food! I love that they still do the trays outside of the food cart and you're allowed to add the veggies and salsa to your own tacos. The people are amazing and the last time I went there the lady remembered my daughter from the time before and was super sweet to my daughter. It's nice to go back to a place where people remember your face and acknowledge that to engage with the customers. There are lots of tables to sit at and have napkins dispensers on all the tables. Even in the heat, there were still tables in the shade. They just moved locations a little bit down the street. It's a way better location than the parking lot of the gas station. They seem happier at the new spot! We always order asada tacos or the burrito. Can't forget the cucumber mint drink they have or the jamaica drink!!! read more

I have come to this taco spot many times over the past few years and let me tell you, their quality has gone WAYYYYYY down. They used to be very tasty, worth the wait, and even the price, but not anymore. The past few times I've ordered my order has been wrong, and the taste of the Asada is so dry it just tastes like they threw meat on the grill and didn't season it. The rice quite literally tastes like dog food, like the smell of when you pour your dogs food into a bowl. They don't wrap the burritos good anymore, my wife's burrito literally fell apart the moment she tried eating it. I used to love coming here but now I can't order unless I know Spanish because the language barrier makes it hard to communicate. They used to be that go to spot in town, and with the locals always raving about how good they are, comparing them to the taco spot on Inyo and E street, and having fun arguments over which spot was better, they are becoming a disappointment and are just running with their old reputation to keep the business that might not be there anymore. read more

1st time here for me but we stopped by after the harvest event going on in Tulare. The food had lots of flavor different kind of salsas and free beans and onions. They had fresh aguas we got the lemon one and it was delicious. But any ways it was all good but woke up with a sour stomach and the runs dont know if it was the tacos the salsa or the torta. I didnt eat anything at the harvest event but had 1 beer. Plus my torta had lots of butter and no beans no onion just meat. I dont know were they learned to make these tortas lots of meat but you have to make it your own. I guess no one told me.... My boyfriend has been swearing over a year about the tacos here, so I finally went with him. He was right, they are delicious!! I got 4 tacos, 2 asada and 2 buche. To be honest I couldn't tell the difference with either one of them, same flavor and texture. The green sauce is delicious, and the red sauce compliments it well. I like that they have a taco bar and you can add whatever you like. I also like the seating area, really comfortable and big. Food is very food and authentic at a reasonable price. From the meat, to the salsa, everything is very good. A big plus is they offer free rice and beans. Just ask for a plate and you could serve yourself from a hot plate container. They also stay open pretty late. Only docked them a star because they don't accept phone orders like other taco trucks offer, which is inconvenient for people like me that drive from another town and just want to pick up food after a long day from work, because wait times can be a little long due to how busy they can get sometimes. read more

This is by far the best tacos locally in Tulare. Kind of by-the-train tracks type of place and is at a gas station but sanitary measures look good. They're constantly wiping tables with bleach water and maintaining cold temps with their salsa and condiments they pass out. Carne asada tacos are great. Careful with the spice if you're sensitive or if you ask for a burrito with everything they'll put their hellfire salsa on it. read more

This place grew so fast. I think it started from a different gas station. You can tell that the money they make they put right back to the business tables, chairs, lights, music. It's like a taco club. It's always full of ppl. I do recommend the al pastor I mean it's like staring at you from the window lol. They don't skimp out on the meat too which is good and the toppings you put your own which I love. Shit you can even get beans. They don't take long even if there's a line so don't let that intimated you. BUT one thing I didn't like and I hope they change it is the Tripas. They just need to clean them more honestly it had a after taste and I live for tripas so I know what I like. I like them a little crunchy too and it wasn't. I even asked for it crunchy. Its ok at best. Not impressed at all. No jalapenos or onions. Tortas plain just beans and meat. The burritos are skinny compared to other taco trucks. Also they had no pastor cooked. I will not be coming here again. Save your cash and find another place to eat at. read more
